We stopped by Puchipukkito Seijo. We're going to have tea with my father later, so we're having lunch first. I ordered the Shrimp Whopper Junior set. My daughter got the Chicken Nuggets Spicy Z with a chocolate sundae. Spicy and sweet, both extremes! The Shrimp Whopper had nice plump shrimp, but I wish there were more. The Garlic Shrimp was good for a hot day. My father joined us halfway through. It's Father's Day, so let's go have some cake! Oh, I almost forgot, "Grilled food is delicious."

I had no plans to visit my parents' house, but I ended up going. During a phone call with my mother the day before, I mentioned that I might go to a sweets shop in Seijo, and my mother asked me what time I would be coming to the house. I replied that I had no plans to come, but my mother insisted that if I were going to Seijo, I should stop by. In the end, I agreed to visit if I felt like it. My sister then messaged me saying she wanted to join me for lunch at a restaurant called BURGER KING. We decided to go together and ordered a Cheese Mexican JR. set with a side salad instead of fries. I also got a cola to drink. The food was not too spicy, and I enjoyed the avocado in the burger. The patties were delicious as always at BURGER KING.

I recently moved here and one thing I'm struggling with is the lack of a nearby Burger King. When it comes to burgers at home, it's always Burger King. I was planning to eat it when I visit my parents, so on this day, I decided to have a meal here before heading to their place. I had some errands to run in Seijo Gakuenmae on my day off. Feeling a bit hungry, I stopped by the Burger King near the station. I used a coupon to get the Spicy Whopper set at a great price (540 yen). Burger King has a nice BBQ aroma to their burgers. It was delicious.

On April 25, I went for a walk for the first time and walked from Tsutsujigaoka to along the Nogawa River towards Seijo. I found myself near Seijo Gakuen-mae Station, so I decided to have lunch here, even though it was a bit early, around 11 o'clock. This time, I tried something other than the burgers at Burger King, opting for the "Chili Beans Hot Dog Set" (760 yen). I had a Coke Zero with it. There were seating areas on the 2nd and 3rd floors for dining in, and I chose the 2nd floor. There were only about three other customers, maybe because of the time. The Chili Beans Hot Dog had plenty of ground meat and beans on it, but surprisingly, it wasn't very spicy (-_-;). I wish it had been spicier. The sausage inside was thick and had a satisfying snap when you bit into it. It was enjoyable, but personally, I still prefer the Whopper or other items at Burger King over the hot dog. Seijo has a reputation for being expensive, so I was surprised to find not just gourmet burgers but also options like Mos Burger and Freshness Burger nearby (*^_^*).

Occasionally, I have a strong craving for a hamburger, specifically a meaty one. When that happens, I head to Burger King (BK). I used to frequent a BK store near Takeshita Street in my 20s, and even after it disappeared from Japan, I would make it a routine to eat at BK when traveling abroad. Now that it has made a comeback, I still visit occasionally and rely on the BK app to choose from the recommended and discounted menu items. I usually go for the Teriyaki or Cheese Whopper set. I'm not a fan of overly salty fries, so I order them with less salt. As for drinks, I like to enjoy a salt-free Minute Maid orange juice. I like to pair my BK meal with a beer at home. I'm avoiding eating out, so I ordered takeout. The Whopper Junior was half price, but unfortunately, they don't apply the All Heavy discount to sale items. Still, it was delicious as always. However, what really caught my attention was the fact that due to the ban on going out, when I finished placing my order and waited at the pick-up counter, delivery drivers from services like Demae-can and Uber Eats kept coming in one after another. I was the only customer, but the delivery drivers formed a line and the store got crowded. I hope the coronavirus situation calms down soon.

I remember there used to be a McDonald's here, but now it's a Burger King. Burger King used to have a high image, but their Whopper Jr. lunch set is only 500 yen including tax. It's cheap. I have an appointment at 2 o'clock today, so having a drink included in this price for lunch is great. The fries are crispy and fluffy, and the Whopper tastes better than McDonald's. There used to be one in Kanda as well, but it doesn't seem to be as popular. Overall, I think it's good to be able to have lunch at this price.

That's why I came back again. I'm not picky about photos because I was in the photography club, I just like to have them as objective evidence of my visits.

On this day, after walking my dog, I was hungry and wanted to have Burger King's croissant morning set, but they didn't have it. So, I ended up getting the Whopper Cheese set with onion and a cola for 920 yen. With a coupon, it would have been 570 yen, which is a good deal. I was really craving the morning set, but without a coupon, it was a bit expensive. The Whopper was tasty, but high in calories - 840 calories for just the burger! I thought maybe I could skip lunch to balance it out. The taste was like a bigger version of McDonald's cheeseburger. Maybe McDonald's has gotten better or Burger King's taste has declined? I should have gone for kiri's burger lunch instead. The newly opened store in Seijo was clean and the first customer was just me. I thought I could enjoy a quiet morning at 9:00, but then more customers came in, including a family with energetic kids who were quite noisy. Despite the noise, everyone was quietly eating and enduring it. The service was friendly, but when I asked about the morning set, they seemed apologetic and said it was not available. I hope they bring back the morning set in the future! Next time, I'll come back when they have a half-price promotion starting on June 21st. Burger King is struggling in Japan, with 23 stores closing down and 20 new ones opening. I hope they don't go out of business and keep trying their best. The store was really nice, so give it a try!

From the rooftop, you can overlook the railway tracks and check the real-time train positions using the Odakyu app, so I waited for the Romancecar to approach while predicting which color (red, silver, blue, white, brown) would come. It's a cheap form of entertainment, isn't it? lol I always prefer this over the Fish Burger Whopper. The crispy fish patty with a slice of cheese on top has a very rich flavor, overshadowing the main character. I wish I had brought tartar sauce from home, but enjoying a canned beer is happiness. Oh, a white Romancecar has arrived.

When you hear about Seijo Gakuenmae, you might think of the upscale residential area of 5th and 6th avenues. It is known for high-end stores like "Seijo Ishii" and "Yaku no Seijo," making it a prestigious area in Setagaya Ward, along with Futakotamagawa. Despite its high-end image, there are also many burger chains and fast-food restaurants in the area. The local McDonald's may have closed down, but Burger King has taken its place. The locals seem to be equally satisfied with either brand. I ordered the "Teriyaki Lettuce Burger (290 yen)" and a "Small Hot Coffee (100 yen)" separately. The burger, while not exceptional, was surprisingly tasty. It must be worth the price. The coffee was better than McDonald's, but I ended up adding milk and not finishing it. The variety of seating options like tables, counters, and high tables make the interior of the restaurant quite pleasant. They also offer free Wi-Fi.

Whenever I order at Burger King, I always ask for "all heavy." This means they will give me extra sauce and toppings for free. In this case, with "all," I can get extra of everything that is available. I usually order the Fish Burger, and although I think they only give extra tartar sauce, the amount of extra sauce is insane (laughs). It's all mushy (laughs). I'm completely satisfied, thank you for the meal!

When I was living in America, I was disappointed by the lack of flavor in many dishes. Even lobster was just boiled and served with tartar sauce. The steaks were tough compared to Japanese wagyu beef, and the salads were huge. Even the bread from bakeries was not very tasty. The only delicious foods were pizza, hot dogs, and hamburgers. Gourmet burgers didn't exist back then, so I would go to Burger King for a decent burger. The best part was the crispy onion rings. They were probably loaded with chemicals and hidden flavors, but once they were covered in oil, they tasted great. Of course, they always gave you plenty of ketchup. Burger King recently opened in Seijo Gakuenmae. I bought a cheeseburger and onion rings, but they were just average. The onion rings lacked the unhealthy, junky flavor I was hoping for. Where can I find the onion rings from my memories?

There are now a Mos Burger and a Burger King on the other side of Seijo Gakuen-mae Station, both of which opened around the same time. It seems like there has been a sudden increase in hamburger chain restaurants near the station. I also went to Mos Burger around the same time, but it was more crowded than Burger King. This place used to be a McDonald's, right? The potato fries at Burger King are cheaper than McDonald's, with a small size costing 100 yen including tax. They are freshly fried and crispy on the outside, although the texture inside was a bit too soft. Nevertheless, the deliciousness of the batter and the right amount of salt made it enjoyable to eat.

A new Birkin restaurant opened in front of Seijo Station. I wanted to grab breakfast before catching the bus to Todai University (a long one-hour journey) since they open at 7:30 in the morning, but surprisingly they do not offer a breakfast menu. I didn't feel like having a Whopper for breakfast, so I just settled for a coffee. What a hassle, such poor usability.

This used to be a McDonald's, and then a gentleman's suit store. I was drawn in by a promotion and decided to try it out. I got the most popular items, the Whopper Cheese and Smoky BBQ Whopper set for takeout. Normally priced at 440 yen each, getting two for 500 yen was a steal, so I couldn't resist. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the burgers were. I recommended them to all my friends and acquaintances. I plan to visit again tomorrow.

I bought a Whopper Jr. because it was half price, and it was really delicious. I ended up having it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner until the 4th (lol). I've had too many Whoppers to count in the past, but the Whopper Jr. is only my second time trying it.
