I recently visited the Maruushi Meat yakiniku restaurant in Shinbashi, which I have become obsessed with. The atmosphere was more casual compared to the Nishishinbashi branch, which I really liked. I was planning to order the uni roll towards the end of the meal, but I ended up getting too full and couldn't eat it, so I started with the uni roll. I ordered various meats and alcohol a la carte, including the luxurious uni roll with rib loin, tongue with salt, harami, salted hormone, liver, and Maruushi karubi, along with napa cabbage kimchi. The long-awaited uni roll was exquisite, with the rich umami of rib loin and uni blending perfectly. It lived up to my expectations with its superb taste. The tongue with salt had a smooth texture and a satisfying crunch, with a rich and juicy flavor that was delightful. The harami was tender, juicy, and allowed me to fully enjoy the flavor of the meat. The salted hormone melted on my tongue, providing a unique texture and flavor that I savored until it disappeared. The liver was surprisingly delicious, with a sweet and melting texture that I had never experienced before. It was so smooth and creamy, and the flavor and aroma of the liver as it melted in my mouth were irresistible. The cabbage appetizer, which was free refill, was also delicious. The fresh sweetness of the cabbage combined with the creamy and slightly tangy dressing with a Japanese twist was a perfect balance of flavors. It served as a great palate cleanser and a tasty snack. I still love Maruushi Meat! The best part is that the bill was very reasonable. If you order the dishes you want, the course menu becomes a great deal, but they also offer a la carte with all-you-can-drink options, allowing you to enjoy premium meat and alcohol at a reasonable price. I went on a Sunday during the long weekend, and there was already a line of reservation customers before the opening. The restaurant quickly filled up with more customers coming in, and by the time I left, it was almost full. It's rare to see such a bustling restaurant in Shinbashi on a Sunday or holiday. If it's this busy on weekends, I imagine it must be just as crowded on weekdays. The luxurious uni roll with rib loin is limited to 30 servings per day, so it's best to make a reservation no matter when you plan to visit.

We ordered the premium luxury course with an early discount, and we were very satisfied with both the portion and the taste! The staff were also very nice, and I would like to go back again.

The 2nd floor had all private rooms, which was perfect for our company gathering. Since everyone at the company drinking party loves to drink, all-you-can-drink is a must. It's hard to find yakiniku with all-you-can-drink at this price, so it's great for salarymen. On this day, we had a reservation for 8 people and were guided to a private room. The organizer had reserved the course with all-you-can-drink for ¥5,500 (tax included). The course included: Kimchi assortment (2 types), Namul assortment (2 types), cabbage salad, premium beef tongue with salt, assorted meats (kalbi, harami, lean loin, pork kalbi), 4 kinds of horumon assortment, cold noodles, sherbet. Despite the low price, the meat was surprisingly delicious, making this a good place for cost-effective yakiniku. Ordering can be done on the tablet at each table, which is convenient. This is a stylish yakiniku restaurant with high-quality meat. The 5,500 yen course with all-you-can-drink was a great deal. Since I arrived right after opening, I got a private room. They offer cuts like lean meat, harami, premium kalbi, and pork belly. They even had hachinosu (organ meat). It's a very popular place, so make sure to make a reservation.

I made a reservation for a course, but my companion was quite late. However, they were very accommodating with the meat service and other things. The restaurant was full on a weekday early in the day, but we had a great time enjoying delicious yakiniku in the new interior. The quality of the meat was really good.

Whenever I come here, it's always delicious! The lamp meat is the best when it's grilled! The kalbi has a good portion size and I'm happy to have yakiniku here every day. I was impressed once again by the delicious meat they serve. When I went after a long time, I was disappointed to find out that the amazing cabbage appetizer had been discontinued. The unlimited cabbage refill was one of the reasons I liked this place, so it was a shock. However, the meat was delicious enough to enjoy.

We used this place for a group of 7 women to have yakiniku in Shinbashi. We had to climb a steep staircase to the 3rd floor (which was tough for older people). The 3rd floor had narrow aisles but the table for 8 was fine with 2 grills. We chose the ¥6,000 all-you-can-drink course and ordered drinks on a tablet which were served promptly. There were many foreign staff members. Not suitable for company parties but good for a girls' night out.

The daily yakiniku is delicious and never gets boring! The beef tongue is cooked just right, with a rare texture that is really tasty! The salt provided is perfect and complements the meat perfectly! The lamp and peppers can be quickly seared, and I couldn't resist getting seconds of the lamp! Finally, I tried the liver and heart, and the thick heart was a first for me! I probably will go back again!

I visited on a regular weeknight. I ordered premium sirloin, thick-cut harami, upper tongue salt, ichibo, middle-cut kalbi, upper mino, and cold noodles. The sirloin is cooked by the staff and you can dip it in wasabi. It was smooth enough to drink, but you could still taste the flavor of the meat. It's definitely a must-try! Some meats were sold out, perhaps because I had a reservation at 8 p.m., but all the meats I ordered were delicious. The cold noodles had a lighter flavor than expected, refreshing but a bit lacking in satisfaction.

On Sundays, the popular karubiya is closed, so I visited this place which seemed to have a wide variety of lean meat options. However, most of the skirt meat options were sold out. I wanted to try something light, but they didn't have any chicken. They did have pork though. The staff were mostly Chinese and I had trouble understanding their explanations.

I used it for a farewell party with girls, and the seating was a bit close together, but it was clean and had great value for money! The meat was delicious and it had all-you-can-drink, so I want to go again. It's clean and suitable for welcome and farewell parties, girls' nights out, or casual dates. The staff were also nice.

Tokyo business trip. Had a lively drinking party with Tokyo members at a place in Shinbashi, about a 5-minute walk away. The restaurant is narrow and tall, and we sat on the third floor, which was a private room. It was nice that we could select our dishes using a touch panel. We chose the 5000 yen course with all-you-can-drink. Kimchi (cucumber and cabbage), namul (bean sprouts and ferns), cabbage salad, and then we started with the meat. The startan meat was really good, with a nice thickness even though it was from the cheaper course. The meat platter was also good quality, all delicious with no complaints. The hormone meat had four different kinds to enjoy. It's not high-end, but in Tokyo, this is really cost-effective, and it's delicious. I wanted to eat good meat, so I made a reservation and was able to enjoy excellent meat as I had hoped. I savored the thick tongue with a satisfying chew, the melt-in-your-mouth tenderloin, and the refreshing yet meaty sirloin. Just one piece of good meat has an amazing richness from the fat... my mouth feels happy for a while after eating. This is a recommended restaurant for when you want to eat good meat!

We simply searched and decided to visit here! This time, we made a reservation for the luxurious premium course, and overall, it was well put together! The two beautiful ladies seemed to enjoy themselves, which was great to see. Located in Shinbashi, a business district, the location and convenience are excellent! Reservations seem easy to make, so it's also suitable for dropping by spontaneously! I love the amazing kalbi here. I love it so much. It's incredibly thick but disappears in an instant. The sweetness of the fat is so delicious, it's practically a drink. The appetizer is also super tasty! I could almost say I come here just for this. The onion-based dressing is surprisingly delicious. The finely shredded cabbage is moist and easy to eat. It goes so well with the dressing that I keep eating more and more! And it's all-you-can-eat, too. Thank you very much. I also like that it's casual and easy to visit. Thank you for the meal ^_^
