Do you like meat? Today, I visited a restaurant where the owner personally selects premium Japanese beef. The first dish was their signature steak, perfectly cooked with a beautiful texture that brings out the essence of Japanese beef with every bite. The side dishes were also delicious and well-prepared. For the second dish, I recommend the clay pot rice, which is mixed in front of you by the staff. The rice alone is satisfying, infused with the rich flavor of beef bone broth, and topped with luxurious wagyu yukke. This restaurant is highly recommended for those who want to indulge in the taste of Japanese beef to the fullest!

Entered the restaurant at 13:15. The lunch menu with limited quantities is displayed at the storefront. The roast beef bowl was sold out, so I decided to go with the special beef cutlet set meal (1,300 yen) which was the last one available. I arrived at 13:24. The beef cutlet was about 1.0-1.3 cm thick. The batter seemed a bit oily, but it didn't bother me much once I added wasabi. I enjoyed it with wasabi, rock salt, and sauce. The meat itself wasn't tough and had a strong beef flavor. The beef soup with white leeks had a great texture. The rice portion was small due to the size of the bowl. I had an extra serving of rice and finished the meal. While the beef cutlet might be considered affordable, the rice was delicious and had a nice texture. After paying the bill, I left the restaurant. Thank you for the meal.
