Project H - A World of Self-Satisfaction (Only for those who understand) (^ ^ A certain former idol entered a restaurant during a fan service event. It's not here though. I heard that Maratang is popular among Korean girls, but it turns out to be Chinese cuisine. The image is like adding glass noodles to a hot pot, so is it a similar dish? The sign at the entrance is in Japanese, but starting from the sticker on the door, most of the writing inside is in Chinese. From the staff to the customers, everyone speaks Chinese. I heard there was a set menu, but the paper on the storefront menu says they no longer offer it. The delivery menu naturally has set meals, but for an old man like me, I didn't know what to do. I hope they bring back the set menu. When I asked, "What do you recommend?" it didn't go through. I was given a big bowl and tongs, and I didn't know what to do... For now, it's a hot pot, with meatballs, beef, mushrooms like enoki, and my favorite tripe. This is a lot. And tofu... this looks like dried tofu. Also, Chinese broccoli and glass noodles. I brought them to the register. This comes to about 150g. Calculating 20g for 100 yen. If I add a piece of beef, I get 30g of noodles as a service, they said. So I added a little more. When I went back to the register, they said if it's over 1,000 yen, I get even more service... but it was too much trouble, so I just said, "This is fine," and got a little extra beef tendon noodles as a service. There were customers from the continent who came later. It seems they took too much in the bowl, so they weighed it, then put back the ingredients in the fridge... (^^; Oh my. After waiting at the table for about 5 minutes, the bowl arrived. First, the soup... it was like a light and spicy tonkotsu soup. The spiciness was normal, but it was quite spicy. I realized it when I drank water after finishing. There was quite a bit of Sichuan pepper in it. The taste of water... (^^; I thought, if I go on a hot pot diet, I might lose weight without feeling the spiciness... as I left the restaurant.
