Located on the 3rd floor of Lalaport Toyosu (right by the escalator), Pietro's restaurant is famous for its dressings. There can be long lines during lunchtime. The holiday lunch set includes pasta, salad, and dressings. The salad is all-you-can-eat! Plus, Pietro's dressings are brought to your table in 3-4 varieties, so you can eat as much as you want.

I like fancy Italian dishes, but personally, I enjoy the typical spaghetti. I was able to get pasta that met my expectations. I captured a photo of the chili seasoning (Pietro) which was delicious. It's hard to say whether I prefer it over my beloved Tabasco, but both are great in their own ways.

I had lunch at Pietro in Lalaport Toyosu (^-^). Pietro used to be a popular place for pasta, known for their dressing. I had the crab and miso spaghetti in a regular size for 1,595 yen, and also had sparkling wine. The taste was okay. The frozen grapes were mediocre. The pasta itself was bland and left me wondering what I was eating. There are definitely many other more delicious restaurants out there.

Located in Lalaport Toyosu, this pasta restaurant caught my attention with its seasonal limited menu. I opted for the daily set which included high-quality and minced meat pasta. By presenting a movie ticket, I received a 10% discount, bringing the total to 1337 yen. The set came with a drink, so I ordered an iced coffee. A salad with free refills was also included, with four types of dressings available: mellow lemon, plum, soy sauce, and a special salad topping of fried onions, fruits, and nuts (orange peel, raisins, barberries, almonds). The food was served in about 7-8 minutes. The seasoning of the pasta seemed a bit vague, relying heavily on the high-quality vegetables. I ended up adding a lot of garlic oil and chili sauce to enhance the flavor. Although I wished for some salt and pepper to adjust the taste, they were not provided, so I had to rely solely on the oil and chili sauce. By the time I finally got the flavor right, the plate in front of me was already stained red from the pasta (the redness of the empty plate made it look like a different dish altogether).

I visited Pietro because I was craving the pasta I had there before. The store in Toyosu had a lot of stylish menu options. I tried the recommended pasta called "Nintara," which is a combination of garlic and cod roe. I had it with white wine. However, the pasta that was served had firm noodles with no elasticity. I wonder where the pasta with a good chewiness has gone. Despite being a 1300 yen pasta, it lacked volume and seemed poorly made. The garlic, which was supposed to be the main flavor, tasted bad as frozen garlic was used, making it mushy. Both the texture and taste were not good. With this cost performance, I might not come back for a repeat visit.

Pasta & Tapas Pietro☑️ Pietro Lunch Set 1,628 yen - Chestnut and Salsiccia Parmigiano flavor. It's been a while since I had lunch at Pietro in Toyosu, and this restaurant is operated by them. During lunchtime here, you can have all-you-can-eat salad! Plus, there are four types of Pietro's dressings and unlimited nuts toppings, which made me so happy. This time, I quickly decided on the Chestnut and Salsiccia Parmigiano flavor pasta. I thought there would be more chestnuts in it from the photo, but the chestnuts and salsiccia were delicious. The portion of pasta here is satisfying, with the traditional smooth and chewy noodles. The Parmigiano flavor was just right. The matcha cake for dessert was unexpectedly delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised. I want to go back again. Thank you for the meal. #ToyosuLunch #ToyosuCafe #ToyosuGourmet #Pietro #PietroLunch

I revisited Pietro's Pasta & Tapas in Toyosu, dining alone for dinner. I ordered my favorite garlic and tarako pasta "Ano, Nintara" and a Setouchi lemon highball. I was looking for a pasta with a punch, but this one had a mild garlic flavor and a weak tarako taste. When I came here before with my wife, we ordered a few dishes and they were pretty good. This restaurant feels more like a family restaurant, so next time I want to try a salad with Pietro dressing. Thank you for the meal!

☆Pasta Lunch Set
I chose two types of pasta, shrimp and shiitake mushrooms, in a tomato sauce. You can choose two of your favorite ingredients and customize your pasta with additional toppings. You can also choose your sauce. The salad comes in a bowl and you can ask for refills from the staff. They also provide a variety of dressings for you to try. The pasta portion is quite generous even in the regular size. The mini dessert is a matcha cake with whipped cream sandwiched in between. Despite being mini, the dessert is surprisingly filling. The moist and rich matcha cake is delicious. For a restaurant located inside the mall, the set with dessert was a good value for money at Lalaport.

The prices are on the higher side, but still reasonable considering the overall increase. It can be frustrating to order and then have all the food come out at once. Not sure if it's a service issue or kitchen timing. Would like to see improvements in this area. The atmosphere is a bit chaotic due to the location. Forgot to take a picture, but the pasta and pizza were good at Buono.

Oh, I changed my icon, lol. I like Pietro, so I thought this place would be good too. Oh, I see, it's tapas so the portions are small. I want to line up lots of tapas on the table. It would have been nice if the Caesar salad came in a bowl the size of the one underneath that's being chilled. But I wanted to eat pasta too, so I kept it moderate. The pasta was delicious! Especially the crab one. It's even better when you drizzle the garlic oil provided on the table.

Arrived with family on Sunday morning around 11:30. The table seats were full, so we sat side by side at the counter. They had a holiday lunch set menu, with options priced around 1,600 yen, 1,700 yen, and 1,800 yen. I ordered the pasta set with squid and asparagus in anchovy butter sauce, which was in the middle price range. The set included all-you-can-eat salad, a bread called Volcano with cheese and anchovy, and the pasta. The salad bar had a variety of dressings to choose from, which was great for tasting different flavors. I chose iced coffee as my drink, and for dessert, I tried the Volcano dish for the first time and it was incredibly delicious! The pasta, made with Pietro's garlic pasta base, was also very tasty. By the time we finished, there was a long line forming outside, showing that the restaurant is quite popular. I will definitely come back. The only suggestion I have is to add more options like salmon cream or mentaiko dishes. The staff was attentive, although they cleared the dishes quite quickly after we finished eating.

I visited Lalaport Toyosu and wanted to have a light meal. I tried the Iberico pork carbonara (including tax 1408 yen). It was served piping hot, which made me very happy. I love it when food is hot! The grains of the fresh lake were also delicious, as expected from Pietro. However, the menu was a bit confusing despite having a variety of options. I saw someone next to me enjoying a delicious-looking salad and thought, "Oh, was that on the menu?" Next time, I'll try harder to find and order it.

Pietro runs the restaurant, so there is a wide selection of dressings to choose from, and it's great that you can have unlimited refills of salad. The pasta was of a quality somewhere between a family restaurant and an Italian specialty store. The cost performance is good, so I would like to use it again.

I was looking for a restaurant at Toyosu Lalaport and stumbled upon this place. I've been a big fan of their Retort Despair Spaghetti, so I decided to dine in immediately. I ordered the Volcano, Stir-fried Broccoli, Shrimp Ajillo, Crab and Crab Miso Spaghetti, Despair Spaghetti, and Grilled Pork. Everything was delicious. The spaghetti dishes had more volume than I expected, so I recommend ordering multiple small sizes. I was once again impressed by the high quality of the Retort Despair Spaghetti.

The other day, I went to Pasta & Tapas Pietro Toyosu for dinner. This casual Italian restaurant is known for its dressings and is owned by Pietro. It opened in May last year, and this was my first visit. The cute mask case is nice. The plates have drawings of mustaches on them. Since there is no alcohol due to the state of emergency, I spent the evening with non-alcoholic drinks. Oolong tea - 462 yen Low-temperature cooked grilled beef rib roast with fried potatoes and mustard sauce - 1,408 yen The surface is crispy and the inside is moist with a nice touch of pink, cooked perfectly. Spaghetti with crab and crab miso - 1,518 yen Rich crab miso coats the pasta nicely. The generous amount of crab meat is also great. Hakata mentaiko carbonara - 1,265 yen The pasta is cooked al dente and coated with a rich sauce. You can also enjoy the chewy texture of mentaiko. They had various condiments on the table like garlic oil, spicy sauce, and chili sauce, typical of Pietro, which added to the enjoyment. It was a casual and enjoyable Italian dining experience.

I really want to eat lots of vegetables after all. It's hard to find a restaurant that serves a lot of vegetables, but here you can have unlimited salad refills with plenty of dressings to choose from. The staff is friendly and always ask if you'd like a refill. The pasta is also delicious, and I love that you can choose the sauce. I will definitely go back again.

On May 28, 2021, I visited Pasta & Tapas Pietro Toyosu for the first time. It was their one-year anniversary at Lalaport Toyosu, and to celebrate, they offered a complimentary dressing of your choice. Pietro is known for their dressings, and originally started as a pasta restaurant in Tenjin, Fukuoka in 1980. The founder, Mr. Murata, was an interesting person who also enjoyed driving an Aston Martin, but unfortunately passed away, and the company is now under the umbrella of Nisshin Oillio. I have visited their original store in Fukuoka during business trips, but the pasta didn't leave a strong impression on me. Japanese people love pasta, and there are many popular pasta chains like Bamiyan, Tapasta, Jolly Pasta, Aruden-Tei, and the most popular, Yo!sho. Pasta has a high profit margin due to its low cost, even higher than Japanese soba noodles. I tried their signature "Despair Pasta," which is actually a Peperoncino pasta made with oil sardines. Some people love the unique taste, while others may find it too fishy. It wasn't exactly to my liking, but the salad bar with unlimited refills was a great option for getting more veggies. Overall, I would like to try a different pasta next time. Thank you for the meal.

This is my first visit for lunch on a regular day. The restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of "Urban Dock Toyosu Lalaport". It is a pasta restaurant originating from Hakata, and I remember going to a certain restaurant when dressing was popular in the past. Lunch starts from 1,408 yen, which is a bit on the higher side. You can choose your pasta and in some menu items, you can also choose the sauce, so I chose "Sausage and Shiso" and opted for the "Basil Sauce" (although the recommended sauce was "Peperoncino"). A "salad" and "4 types of dressing" were served first, and the salad seems to be all-you-can-eat. The "Sausage and Shiso" pasta doesn't have a strong basil paste flavor, but it has plenty of pine nuts and is delicious. But come to think of it, "Basil Sauce" + "Shiso" seems unusual. The pasta is delicious, but at 1,408 yen, the cost performance is not the best.
