Recently, I haven't been eating out for lunch for a while. I want to eat out, but I don't have many opportunities. However, on the day I go to the hospital for a check-up once a month, I always eat out, and this time I visited this ramen shop in Jingumarutamachi. The chicken white soup ramen is said to be delicious, but I was drawn to the limited menu "Thick noodle mixed noodles - the power of wheat." The catchphrase "Beware of noodle addiction" caught my attention. Also, you can choose up to 500 grams of noodles. For now, I purchased a ticket for this thick mixed noodles at the ticket machine. When I sat at the counter, I was immediately asked about the grams of noodles and the amount of garlic. I wanted to become addicted to the thick noodles, so I asked for 400 grams of noodles. I also wanted to put a lot of garlic, but I asked for a small amount because I had work in the afternoon. After a while, a large bowl was brought to me. Plenty of thick noodles topped with bean sprouts, cabbage, menma, a mountain of pork back fat, two giant chashu, minced garlic, and plenty of black pepper sprinkled on top. The presentation that stimulates the appetite just by looking at it. First, I lifted the noodles and mixed them well with the sauce and garlic so that they would be well coated. Then, I slurped the noodles. The thick noodles were cooked firm, but they were chewy and well coated with the sauce and garlic. Thick noodles are delicious after all. I could understand why many people who love the firm and thick smell are so fond of them. Maybe because I ordered 400 grams of noodles, no matter how much I ate, it didn't seem to decrease much. As I continued to eat the thick noodles, my jaw started to get tired. But it was so delicious that I could keep eating. I was in a state of being addicted to thick noodles. The giant chashu had a chewy texture, and when I chewed it well, the umami flavor overflowed. It was as strong and delicious as the thick noodles. The generous amount satisfied my craving for meat. While thinking that I should have added a little more garlic, I slurped the thick noodles noisily and enjoyed the meatiness of the chashu. It took a little time, but I finished eating within 15 minutes. I enjoyed the thick noodles and satisfied my meat craving. The mixed noodles here have a punchy flavor in the noodles, sauce, and chashu, and they are incredibly delicious when you're hungry. Just as the catchphrase says, I became addicted to the noodles. I really want to try the chicken white soup ramen with salt called "Shine of Salt" at this shop, but I think I will end up eating the mixed noodles again on my next visit. I want to visit this place again and again.
