On 23.2.09, I found my favorite shrimp crackers, "Ebi Homare," on sale for a great price of 398 yen at the Gyomu Super store. I immediately bought them. According to online information, these crackers are made by letting the dough sit for over 3 days to achieve a crispy texture, then frying it quickly at high temperatures. They use shrimp powder and dashi salt to enhance the shrimp flavor. Matsuko Deluxe highly praised these crackers. I love them just as much as Matsuko does. There is a similar product called "Ebi Tofu," but I find "Ebi Homare" to have a lighter flavor. However, it is more affordable, making it easier to purchase. The crispy texture and light shrimp flavor leave a lasting impression. Despite the generous amount in the pack, I finished it in just 2 days. When I went back to buy more, they were discounted to 298 yen due to the approaching expiration date. I immediately bought 2 more packs. Thank you for the delicious meal!

I purchased frozen curry, pilaf, and chicken rice, each 1kg for 516 yen including tax at this wholesale supermarket. I bought them based on My Viewer's recommendation, and I find them to be cheap, easy to cook, and tasty. I cooked two pans at the same time. I made the curry spicier by adding curry powder, while I enjoyed the chicken rice and fried rice as they were. The fried rice had plenty of ingredients like eggs and char siu, more than I expected. My Viewer's family eats one pack per person, but for us, one pack for the whole family is just right. Thank you for the delicious meal.
