Near Oimori Station, the supermarket Oozeki stands tall. Well, maybe not that tall. Oozeki stores always have a cluttered and cramped feel to them. The density is high, so to speak. Towards the center and slightly back of the store, there is a drink section. Some items may be cheaper compared to other supermarkets, but overall, it's not that cheap. Iced tea. It has a refreshing taste with a clean aftertaste, which is quite characteristic. It's a drink you'd want to have in the summer rather than winter.

This is the Oimori Ekimae store of a food supermarket chain located in the basement of the building where the former Keisei Department Store (Ito-Yokado) used to be in front of Nishi-guchi Station. I bought New Year's items such as Kanetetsu mochi (185g for 598 yen), Kuridatemaki (180g for 698 yen), Hyogo Prefecture's extra-large Tanba black beans (260g for 998 yen), Tea-smoked duck breast (160g for 258 yen), and Duck loin (180g). Since I went early, the store was not crowded.

I bought some fried chicken. It was delicious.
