The custard cream had just the right amount of sweetness, and the combination of banana, custard cream, and crepe dough was delicious. The Buttercream Cake, as described in the store's cake guide, had buttercream sandwiched inside. It had a simple and not too sweet taste, and it was delicious. Overall, the prices are good compared to other cake shops. There were various other cakes and sweets, so I would like to try them as well. If I have the time, I would like to enjoy them in the cafe at the store. Since they are only open on weekdays, it's a bit challenging to visit, but I had a great experience.

I ordered the Deli Lunch daily sandwich set with homemade soup and a drink. The sandwich of the day was Bacon Egg and Pork Ginger, and the soup was Kapuschnak. I chose milk tea as my drink. The restaurant had a mix of people enjoying cakes after their meal and those having lunch. Surprisingly, my order was served quickly in about 2 minutes. I started with the Bacon Egg Sandwich, which had a delicious combination of bacon's saltiness and the flavor of fried egg. Next, I enjoyed the tomato-based soup with plenty of cabbage and carrots, which had a nice sweetness. I also savored the texture of the potatoes and the comforting taste. The second sandwich with pork meat, ginger, and lettuce had a good balance of flavors. The taste of watercress was also delightful. I finished my meal in no time and had to drink my tea quickly as it was a rushed lunch. Next time, I would like to try the Quiche Set or Double Cake Set.

I bought three cakes - Parisienne, buttercream cake, and ricotta cheesecake - to share with my two colleagues at work. The flavors were nostalgic. The ricotta cheesecake was the most delicious, but the buttercream lacked a strong buttery taste. The cream in the cream puff was tasty, but perhaps due to trying various desserts recently, it didn't leave a strong impression. The staff at the store were very friendly. Since I had plans for dinner later, I only had the cakes divided into three and some unsweetened soy milk for lunch. It was just the right lunchtime.

Tamamachi Kimuraya is a cake shop located in Uchisaiwaicho Station and Hibiya Font Tower in Ginza. It was founded in 1900 as a branch of the main store Kimuraya in Ginza. In 1920, they opened a cafe section to promote bread consumption. Initially, they focused on bread manufacturing and sales, then later opened a Western food section. Currently, the Western food section has moved to Mita. Cakes and baked goods are delivered from the atelier (factory outlet) in Nishi-Shimbashi. Their most famous and beloved item is the "Banana Cake". Unfortunately, it was sold out when I visited, so I opted for the Strawberry Tart, along with a cup of coffee. The tart was luxurious with plenty of sweet, red strawberries on a crispy crust. The coffee was made strong to complement the sweet cake. The "Baked Custard Pudding" in the showcase also looked delicious. It was a lively atmosphere with both male and female customers speaking in Kansai dialect. The staff was also new and friendly. Uchisaiwaicho seems to have a warm and peaceful atmosphere, different from Ginza or Yaesu. I hope this charming place continues to thrive.

However, it is always crowded during lunchtime. Luckily, we were able to get in right at 12 o'clock. We ordered the Delica set for 1100 yen, which came with a hot sandwich and soup. Coffee is free refills ☕️ The sandwich was neither good nor bad. Why is the cream soup lukewarm? The carrot rapé was fresh and delicious.
