Entrance from Asakusa-dori to Kappabashi Dougu-gai. Right next to it is the "Taito Ward Lifelong Learning Center." Towards the back from the side is this cafe. I didn't know until recently that there was a cafe in a place like this. The cafe has a bright, glass-walled interior. It is long sideways due to the corner of the building where it is located. The cafe staff are they from this facility, or just regular part-time workers? I'm not sure, but they all provide polite service, which is quite pleasant. On this day, while waiting for my bicycle tire to be repaired at the bike shop across the street, I used this cafe. I woke up in the morning, left home, and was about to ride my bike when I noticed that the rear tire was flat. I didn't even know when it got punctured. When I took the bike to show it, they said the tire was worn out and that's why it got flat. For me, a bike is like my legs! I use it every day, so these things happen. In the end, it cost me 7,000 yen for maintenance. But my wallet hurts! Ginger ale made from ginger grown in Kochi Prefecture - 420 yen. It's homemade, so it's slightly carbonated, but the sharpness, sweetness, umami, and refreshing feeling of fresh ginger are amazing! It's not as strong as Wilkinsons' ginger ale, but it has a gentle yet punchy sharpness and sweetness. Even if you sip it little by little, it's deliciously sharp, so you can enjoy it like alcohol! It's really delicious. The sliced lemon floating in it is also a nice accent. This lemon slice acts as a lifesaver for the refreshing feeling. Despite the freezing cold outside, I'm glad I ordered the cold ginger ale. It's cold, but it warms the body. When you're feeling a bit under the weather, this is the kind of drink you want to gulp down. They also have a variety of homemade cookies, light meals, and desserts that look cheap and delicious here. I want to occasionally visit and explore the menu. It was more enjoyable than going to a mediocre cafe.
