Yuran and her group went to eat monjayaki in Tsukishima and selected this restaurant for their second stop, which used to be located behind the Tsukishima Bookstore a few years ago! They sat at the counter around 8 pm on Friday and found the place half full. It used to be packed on weekends before the pandemic. Yuran wasn't very hungry, so she chose grilled shirako (milt) and grilled anago (conger eel). She thought it was a mature choice. The grilled shirako turned out to be more than she expected - about 6 pieces, moist and flavorful with a hint of seaweed underneath. Simple and delicious with just a sprinkle of salt. The grilled anago was also thicker than she imagined, with crispy skin and tender flesh. It was skillfully deboned and served with wasabi. The quality, quantity, and price were all excellent. Yuran was in a great mood, so she even ordered a bottle of sparkling wine, which she enjoyed. She quickly got tipsy and was ready for the third stop!

We visited this Japanese restaurant in Tsukishima for a dinner party. We ordered the chef's choice and a la carte dishes which included: mozuku seaweed vinegar salad, assorted sashimi (tuna, golden eye snapper, sea bream, amberjack, scallops, etc.), simmered sardines with plum, pickled water eggplant, bacon and pine nut salad, Miyagi local chicken Karaage, deep-fried white shrimp, deep-fried taro, deep-fried sweet potato, scallop tempura, meat-wrapped chili peppers, Chanja (Korean stir-fry), and Akita Inaniwa udon. The sashimi was excellent, especially the golden eye snapper and white fish. The simmered sardines with plum were tender and flavorful. The scallop tempura was perfectly cooked. The deep-fried taro was a unique but tasty dish. Overall, everything was delicious and paired well with drinks. We left feeling satisfied and would love to visit this restaurant again. It was a wonderful evening, thank you for the meal! *No photos were taken this time.

All the dishes were delicious. It was a bit lively as there were about 10 people in a group nearby. It had the atmosphere of a local popular izakaya. It might be good for those who want to drink sake and eat fish. The interior is bright and elegant. However, when I visited in summer, the air conditioning was too cold... I'm not sure if it depends on the seat, but that was the only downside in terms of comfort.

A bar near Tsukishima Station where you can enjoy seafood dishes. It's located one street away from Kiyosumi Street, next to Zaiichi. It was surprisingly quiet on a Monday night. The fantastic start with fresh oysters. Even though it's a seafood place, the land dishes were also delicious. They said they were out of chicken Karaage, but I managed to order three more later. I liked it so much that I want to order it again next time. (I hope they don't think I'm a troublesome customer)

The restaurant offers a daily 1000 yen lunch menu, and on this day, they had 2 types of sashimi, grilled red fish marinated in sake lees, seafood bowl, and mapo tofu. I ordered the 2 types of sashimi and grilled red fish, and the side dishes and miso soup were also satisfying. It was delicious!

I visited this place near the office for the first time in a while. I selected a seafood bowl, 2 sashimi dishes, red fish with miso paste, and grilled fish from 3 types of grilled fish with pork and burdock. The red fish with fragrant miso paste and sashimi of amberjack and tuna with side dishes were only 1,000 yen. There are few places in this area where you can eat traditional Japanese set meals, so it is popular among locals. It is a stable local izakaya lunch spot, with fewer tourists as it is on a different street from Monja Street, separated by a main road.

It's a calm atmosphere restaurant. The alcohol and food are flawless and delicious. There are counter seats, table seats, and a semi-private room for six people at the back. Personally, I think it's a bit narrow for six people in the semi-private room. The variety of sake is abundant, making it perfect for tasting different types.

The group of customers before us was very lively, but the warm lighting and spacious seating arrangement created a calm and sophisticated atmosphere. Once the group left, we were able to enjoy a quiet and relaxed meal. The seafood dishes were all fresh and delicious. The only disappointment was the visibly microwaved dashimaki tamago, but since we mostly ordered raw dishes this time, we look forward to trying cooked dishes next time. This is a great place to visit for a quiet and leisurely meal.

This is a hidden gem in a back alley that only those in the know are familiar with. I have been a regular customer here, but this is my first time posting a review. I guess I love this place so much that I don't want it to become too famous. The atmosphere inside is calm, and time seems to pass slowly, making it perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal with loved ones. The food is consistently delicious, and the service is excellent! I tried using the lunch menu! When I entered the restaurant, the beautiful interior and the Japanese garden-style stepping stones welcomed me. I ordered a seafood bowl and enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant! The place is popular in the area, with many people coming in for lunch. When the vibrant seafood bowl was placed in front of me, my excitement rose!! Each slice seemed a bit thin, but the thickness allowed it to melt in my mouth with a delicious taste!! The freshness sourced from Tsukiji Market is appealing!!

I visited this place for the first time, which I was curious about in the neighborhood. There are counter seats and table seats, and thorough infection prevention measures were in place. It is a Japanese restaurant. In addition to the standard menu, there are also plenty of recommended dishes centered around fish sourced from Tsukiji. You can choose to have the fish boiled, grilled, or fried, and they will recommend which method is best. They also informed me that they had bamboo shoot mixed rice today, and I was able to order just one bowl. I was very satisfied with each dish, which was carefully prepared with fresh ingredients. This restaurant has made it onto my list of places I want to visit again.

Platto, today's lunch was a stroll around Tsukishima Station. I exited from exit 10 of Tsukishima Station on the Toei Oedo Line, turned right at the traffic light (U-turn), headed towards Harumi, turned left at the first intersection, and continued straight. After walking for a while, I found "Uo Ryori to Sake Shiro" on the left side. It was 1:10 PM on a weekday and the restaurant was full, but I managed to get a seat at the counter. The menu had three items: Seafood Bowl for 1,000 yen, Sashimi Platter with two types of horse mackerel for 1,000 yen, and Chicken Nanban for 900 yen. I ordered the Seafood Bowl. After a 10-minute wait, the Seafood Bowl arrived, along with a side salad, kinpira, cold tofu, pickles, and miso soup. The Seafood Bowl had tuna, bonito, sea bream, mackerel, flying fish roe, and shiso on top of rice, with ginger on the side. I enjoyed the Seafood Bowl with wasabi soy sauce, finished the side dishes, and drank the miso soup. It was a delightful experience at the beloved local restaurant "Uo Ryori to Sake Shiro." It was a satisfying meal for Q-chan today. Thank you for the delicious meal.

For lunch, they offer a seafood bowl, sashimi and dried fish set, and a red snapper simmered dish, all priced at around 1,000 yen. I tried the seafood bowl (1,000 yen), which came with three side dishes like simmered dishes, cold tofu, and pickles, along with salad and miso soup. The main bowl included tuna, yellowtail, white fish, herring, octopus, and flying fish roe, all fresh and well-prepared. The quality of the ingredients and the skillful preparation were evident. The service was also excellent, with attention to detail such as serving the best parts of the fish to the female guest. Overall, a high-quality seafood bowl with delicious side dishes and a welcoming atmosphere.

I happened to come across this place and decided to check it out. They offer three lunch options: seafood bowl, grilled salmon & sashimi, and fried chicken with ponzu sauce, all for 900 yen each except for one which is 1000 yen. The draft beer is 500 yen. I chose the seafood bowl and grilled salmon & sashimi, and they were delicious. It's a great find, and I would love to come back for drinks in the evening next time.
