They offer several types of affordable wine by the glass and a variety of food options under 1000 yen. It's more like a bar than a pub, which is nice. Ended up spending more than expected but had a great time, so all good. The curry for lunch is said to be delicious.

Tonight, after enjoying Korean cuisine with friends, we stopped by "MIGALO" and enjoyed wine in a standing style outside the bar. The food was delicious, especially the Spanish ham, Iberico salami, cheese toast with shirasu, fluffy omelette, Iberico chorizo, and tripe stewed in tomato. The red wine and Chianti DOCG San Martino Trambusti from Italy, as well as the Sorendel Chardonnay Trentino DOC, were also enjoyable. After finishing work, I visited this stylish restaurant with my colleague. We decided to explore the trendy shops in Ningyocho that I had been curious about for a while. Although there are usually standing seats outside, we arrived early enough to sit at the counter. We enjoyed potato salad, salami, and wine for a quick first stop. Cost: 5,000 yen for 2 people.

I visited the restaurant after a long time, for the second time. Today I ordered two types of curry: the first one was Chicken Wing Spice Curry and the second one was Japanese-style Keema Curry with Hachomiso. Both were delicious. The Chicken Wing Curry had a good level of spiciness with a watery sauce, while the Hachomiso Curry had a sweet and thick sauce. The rice was also well-prepared and I was very satisfied with the meal. The restaurant turns into a bar at night, so it's not a curry specialty shop, but it's still a very appreciated place.

Yesterday, while having lunch at "Nemotora," I noticed a restaurant called "MIGALO" across from me that offers a lunch with a combination of four types of curry. I remembered that this place used to be a bar called "Plancha" that also served a similar style of curry lunch. The restaurant's appearance hasn't changed, so I wondered if they changed the name. Today being Friday, known as "Curry Day," I decided to try their lunch. I chose a combination of two curries for 1,200 yen. The options were spicy chicken wings curry, miso-flavored keema curry, chicken keema curry, and pork vindaloo. I ended up choosing the spicy chicken wings curry and the miso-flavored keema curry, similar to what I had at "Plancha" before. The plate arrived with the two curries separated, along with salad, soup, and three side dishes. I mixed both curries together and found that the spicy chicken wings curry was not overly trendy, which I liked, while the miso-flavored keema curry had a nice Japanese taste. Overall, the combination of the two curries was a good choice. I have always enjoyed curry from local Chinese restaurants, and it seems that even bars serve delicious curry. Last week, I also had a two-curry plate, but this experience was much more satisfying. In my experience, you can't go wrong with curry from local Chinese restaurants, and it seems that bars serving delicious curry is becoming a trend. (7 out of 10)

After the renewal following an owner change, this was my first visit! The atmosphere was still welcoming, which was nice. The Iburi Gakko cheese was delicious, a definite must-try. The Sanma confit I had next was so good that you could eat the bones, making it a perfect accompaniment to wine. The adult bolognese was fantastic with plenty of cheese and perfectly al dente. Both the drinks and the food were delicious, and I had a great time enjoying them!

From September 5th, the lunch service has resumed at the restaurant with a choice of 4 different curries. I used to pass by without stopping before, and unfortunately missed out when the pandemic hit and the lunch service was discontinued. Finally, I had the chance to visit at 12:20. There was only one other customer already seated. Since there was plenty of space, I chose to sit at the counter and checked out the menu. Although the prices made me hesitate a bit, I decided to order two types of curry since I was already there. When the tray was brought out, I was delighted to see all the toppings. The rice wasn't just plain white rice, but saffron rice with a soft-boiled egg on top and a side of lemon and cilantro. The curry sauce was on the thicker side but packed with flavorful spices and remained delicious until the last bite. The soup was also well-prepared, a tomato soup with a touch of Rasam. I've been to all the Indian and Pakistani curry restaurants in Ningyocho, but none of them have put in this much effort. I'm really glad I came.

I ordered the Curry Plate with 3 types (¥1,400)! It comes with soup, salad, and achaar, and each dish is more than I expected, so if you have a small appetite, you might want to go for 2 types! It's not too spicy, but I couldn't stop sweating because of the flavorful spices~ It was so delicious that I want to go back again soon haha.

This day, I was looking for a place to have a meal and drinks late at night and ended up here. Despite the late hour, the place was bustling with many people. It has a bar-like atmosphere where you can enjoy wine and food. The marinated sardines were delicious! The white wine steamed clams were okay - the sand wasn't completely removed and the clams were small, so I couldn't eat much of it. The pasta was delicious! It seems to be more popular among those who drink alcohol. It was a bit disappointing when I was told in a firm tone to order a drink after I had asked for water first, but it's great that the place is open late and serves food.

The restaurant uses a variety of spices, making it very interesting. The presentation is beautiful and the atmosphere is lovely.

The sardine confit was incredibly delicious. The rice is delicious and cheap, making it highly recommended for those who want to have a drink and eat a little. The garlic, which was cooked for 6 hours, is also extremely tasty. The rice is just so so delicious!!!
