Although it is not a high-end restaurant, it has a down-to-earth atmosphere, but I believe the quality and taste are on par with high-end establishments. My visits to Komagome just got even more enjoyable.

My brother is a picky eater, so we went to a yakiniku restaurant that has chijimi. But when we got there, they said they didn't have chijimi, even though it was on the menu. When we tried to order meat, they said they didn't have tongue or harami. When we asked what they did have, they said only kalbi and loin. Since there was nothing else to order, we ended up ordering kalbi, even though my brother doesn't like loin. The staff kept pushing the loin despite our preferences. The menu was too limited, so my brother couldn't eat anything, and we ended up leaving. When we said we wouldn't come back, the owner said, "Chijimi is not something you usually find at a yakiniku restaurant." We won't be returning. We didn't even get to try the food, so I can't comment on the taste. Overall, the lack of menu options and the unfriendly atmosphere made it a bad experience.

I used this restaurant right after it opened. I ordered my drink and was looking at the meat menu when the staff said, "We have reservations coming in later, so please order all your BBQ now. Because it is a traditional shop in the downtown area, the service is so-so (they refill your beer in a pitcher). However, even after taking that into account, the quality of the meat and the cost performance are surprising (I felt that the quality of the meat was better than a certain high-end yakiniku chain). I highly recommend the top loin and Japanese beef tenderloin! I look forward to visiting again soon.

We were a total of 9 people, and we couldn't all fit in, so the owner prepared an extra table for us. We started with a toast and continued the party in a private room. At our table, we started with the story of how this congratulatory party came about and then moved on to some vulgar jokes, which made some female customers who came in by chance uncomfortable. The highlight of the meal was the hormone dishes, which were surprisingly easy to chew and delicious. There were also discussions about J-sensei and Shima's declining stamina, but I was too drunk to remember the details.
