Whenever I go here, I always end up ordering the Kara-soba.

After work, I casually stopped by here. The neon sign is modern, but the exterior has a stylish Japanese feel. I started with a lemon sour made with homemade fermented syrup, which was slightly sweet and delicious. I had to order another one. The scallop isobe-yaki was thick and tender, with a perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors. It was delicious with wasabi. The chicken nanban had a generous amount of tartar sauce that was chunky and homemade, which was very tasty. The autumn cabbage rolls were filled with plenty of meat and finely chopped lotus root, giving it a good texture. The soup was incredibly delicious. All the dishes seemed carefully prepared and very tasty. Although I didn't try it that day, they also have a great selection of sake. Despite being a small place, they have a wide variety of drinks. The staff was friendly and not too intrusive, creating a calm atmosphere for those who want to relax. It's a great place with a nice atmosphere, delicious food, and drinks. I'd love to come back to try other items on the menu.

The restaurant was a great place to enjoy delicious food and drinks while chatting with the staff and other customers at the counter seat. The homemade lemon sour made with fresh lemon and syrup was refreshing, and the ohitashi (boiled greens) and kinpira (sauteed burdock roots) were delicious. The fresh oysters were also tasty! The gyoza (dumplings) were made over several days, resulting in a light yet flavorful taste. We ordered various dishes and everything was delicious, making the sake go down smoothly. There were many other menu items that caught our eye, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely. I would love to visit again!

This is my fourth visit. The food is so delicious that I feel like eating it every day. Everything is delicious, but especially the vegetables... I'm amazed at how delicious vegetables can be when cooked. This is the first time I've ever visited a restaurant so frequently. I will visit again. Cooking at home is not going well...
