We tried to make a reservation at the restaurant on the 1st floor to enjoy the cherry blossoms while dining, but it was fully booked. We ended up sitting right next to real cherry blossoms at this place and enjoyed a delicious meal along with wines from America and Australia with 4 people. It was a great value for the experience.

We used it for a company social gathering. There were 15 of us, and we were able to sit at a spacious table by the window. The restaurant is quite large, so it has a good capacity for big groups. It was perfect for our company gathering. However, the atmosphere was quite lively, perhaps because there were many similar groups using the restaurant. Also, the restroom was a bit far and hard to find, which was a downside for me as I tend to need to go after drinking alcohol. The food was neither outstanding nor bad. It was served on large plates but portioned out individually, which was convenient. The portions were also generous. Overall, I think it's a restaurant that can be used for various occasions.

The size of the restaurant can be easily understood by looking at the back of the photos. It is perfect for informal drinking and dining expenses for socializing within the company. Even near Tokyo Station, this place can accommodate gatherings of up to 100 people, with multiple groups able to dine simultaneously. They offer seasonal dishes made with care, delicate and simple, and body-friendly side dishes, along with carefully selected sake at reasonable prices. Torch Tower's 3rd floor is primarily for office workers, offering meals and a cafe space. However, on weekday nights, it is open to everyone. It reminds me of Urban Net, a similar concept cafeteria nearby that used to be run like a family restaurant in the basement. I feel like the way they cater to non-office workers has changed over the past 30 years. The atmosphere on the 3rd floor with high ceilings and a great view is uplifting. On this day, I ordered a beer and edamame as a solo diner. The beer was a small draft, which I enjoyed. The edamame was similar to what you can get at a convenience store. I recommend the eel kabayaki and highball set, which was really good. The packed eel was delicious, and it might be a good idea to just leave after that. However, for those like me who can't resist, I also had some shumai dumplings as a side with a glass of sake and a lemon sour. The bill ended up being higher than expected... I need to work on my cost-performance judgment and self-control.

I had my friend who is an employee take me to the TOKYO TORCH Tokiwabashi Tower, a cafeteria lounge called My Shokudo Dining, where only tenants' employees are allowed. I had the salted mackerel set meal for 770 yen. The lunch menu at the Tokiwabashi Tower is limited, but they accept most payment methods such as cards and electronic money. You can order and pay using a tablet, and when your number tag is displayed, you can pick up your order at the counter. The system is quite efficient and stress-free. I went around 1 pm to avoid the lunchtime crowd, so there were few people and I could easily find a seat. The salted mackerel was cooked just right, not too firm or too soft, with a slightly mild saltiness. The rolled omelette on the side was a bit sweet and easy to eat, and I think you have to add soy sauce yourself (I didn't see any at the counter). Grating lemon over it added a refreshing touch. I didn't try the eggplant side dish, but I imagine it was flavorful with a dashi broth. The miso soup had fried tofu and seaweed, and the rice was slightly firm with a good texture, even though it seemed like a small portion in the small bowl. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

The choices were a bit confusing, but all the dishes tasted like typical cafeteria food. The floor is exclusive for employees from 7am to 5:30pm.
