I wanted to eat crab cream croquettes, so I visited for the third time. There are over 15 hamburger and steak restaurants in Aoyama, Roppongi, and other areas in Tokyo and Gifu. They are located in various stations in Suginami on the Chuo Line and Machida besides here in Chitose Karasuyama. On the second floor of a quiet shop in the shopping street, I finally visited a store that had caught my eye from the sign, after a considerable amount of time. Inside, it had an old-fashioned family restaurant feel, with a foreign female waitress, a male chef, and what seemed like regular customers, making me feel a bit out of place. The hamburger had a unique taste that wasn't like typical restaurant food, with a juicy, meaty flavor and a homey taste. It was delicious, and surprisingly affordable!

After work, feeling tired and in need of a hearty meal, I decided to visit this restaurant located just one minute from Chitosekarasuyama Station. I was craving meat, but didn't have the confidence to tackle a thick steak, so I opted for the "Sliced Sagari Steak" weighing 120g. There were about seven sauce options to choose from, and I went with the Sharapin sauce. Soon, the sizzling steak arrived on the hot plate, emitting a delicious aroma and steam. It wasn't very thick, but incredibly tender that it could be easily cut with chopsticks. The Sharapin sauce, with its strong sweetness and rich flavor, complemented the steak perfectly. While I didn't get to fully savor the natural flavor of the meat, the combination of the Sharapin sauce and the "Sliced Sagari Steak" was a match made in heaven, making it easy for my tired body to indulge in. The steak met my expectations in terms of sauce deliciousness and meat texture at this price range, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal as the rice went down smoothly. Koisshinbo in Togane. It's a steak chain restaurant. I've been to a different location before, but it's been a while. They offer free rice refills and the prices are cheap. It's a great place for students who want a hearty meal. This time, I had the Koisshinbo Steak, 400g with two 200g steaks for 1580 yen! So cheap! They have 7 different sauces, and I chose the garlic butter sauce. The meat wasn't tough at all, and it was a good deal for the price. Thank you for the meal.

Today I had the special lunch which was a triple of hamburger, chicken steak, and cut steak with cheese and sunny-side-up egg toppings. Even though it's hard to see in the photo because of the sunny-side-up egg, all three types of meat are there. The cheese is on the hamburger. It comes with rice, salad, and soup, but I asked for no rice. There weren't many customers, so the service was quick! The sizzling hot iron plate as always! The side vegetables like bean sprouts and corn were plentiful. The hamburger and corn are high in carbs, but I skipped the rice, so it's okay. This time, the hamburger was the most delicious. It goes really well with rice!! But I had to resist the rice. The sauce was to my liking. The sunny-side-up egg was nice and runny. There was a lot of moisture from the bean sprouts. It seemed healthy and crunchy. The cut steak might have been a different cut from last time, but it was good. Last time I sat at the counter, but this time I sat at a table. On the table, there was steak sauce. The table sauce was watery with a strong ginger flavor. Even though I didn't eat rice today, the meal was very satisfying and fulfilling.

So I decided to try it out. The steak enthusiast I went to was a chain restaurant, and the Karasuyama branch is a franchise. The interior of the restaurant has a retro feel. The lunch set comes with a main dish, rice, salad, and soup. I chose the mixed plate with hamburger and cut steak as the main dish. You can add a fried egg and cheese as toppings. I opted for the cheese. I debated whether to skip the rice, but I ended up asking for half. All of this cost 1050 yen. When the main dish arrived, I was surprised. It had more volume than I expected, and the sauce was sizzling on the hot plate! You can even see the steam rising in the photos! The hamburger had a flavorful sauce with a hint of acidity, very delicious! I think it was a shariapin sauce? You could taste the meat juices, and it was cooked perfectly! Adding cheese was the right choice! The cut steak had grated daikon radish on top with a refreshing sauce. But the steak itself had enough oil content to balance out the freshness. The rice was very satisfying, and the corn as a side dish was quite generous. It had a delicious buttery flavor! It seems like the carbs are high, but I finished everything. There was a lot of sauce left on the hot plate, so I wished they had provided a spoon! I could have been satisfied even without the rice, but having it definitely enhanced the experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the unexpectedly delicious taste!

It's been about 30 years since I last visited Kuishinbo-san in Shimokitazawa. I ordered Lunch B. The hamburger was delicious, but the cut steak was unbelievably tender and flavorful for this price.
