Roppongi Station on the Hibiya Line and Roppongi Station on the Oedo Line are both a short walk away, making it very convenient to access. The interior of the restaurant is very clean and has a lively atmosphere since the reopening. The food is also very delicious, and it was nice that it came with all-you-can-drink option.

Celebrating the 10th anniversary of Sushi Night at Ryuuma, a sushi kappo restaurant in Roppongi. We had a great time at the counter with regular customers, it's located near Roppongi Midtown and just a short walk from Roppongi Station. Cheers! We ordered the MOET course and enjoyed dishes like seaweed salad, wasabi greens, bamboo shoots, firefly squid, fava beans, and more. The atmosphere was lively and we even had some Don Perignon Pink champagne. The soft octopus was a pleasant surprise and we also enjoyed dishes like steamed white fish with cherry blossom leaves and tuna sushi. The texture of the baby fish is amazing! Wasabi greens ohitashi. Spicy and perfect for wasabi lovers\(^-^)/ Bamboo shoots and firefly squid. Vinegared dish with crab claw and crab miso. The crab claw is meaty! White fish steamed with cherry blossoms. The scent of cherry blossoms spread! Tender octopus simmered. Very tender! Surprisingly tender and genius! The sushi was made with squid. Soft and flavorful squid that gets better as you chew! Striped horse mackerel. Horse mackerel. It's in season! Spot prawn. It was plump! Medium fatty tuna. It melted in the mouth! Tuna red meat. The red meat is delicious too! Kohada. Well-balanced! Tekka maki. The seaweed was exquisite! I went to a restaurant for a New Year's party and had a nice course meal, although I'm not sure about the price. We started with a lot of appetizers and tried a sake called "Oroku" from Shimane Prefecture. The kombu with bamboo shoots and wasabi was delicious! The sardines were so different from what I usually have at home, they were amazing! Then, I had my first experience with sea cucumber! It was served with rapeseed blossoms, fresh seaweed, crab claws (huge!), and vinegar-marinated red sea cucumber. I was hesitant at first, but it turned out to be so delicious! I was surprised by how tasty sea cucumber can be! Also, the octopus and abalone, which I thought would be tough, were actually very tender and impressive! It was my first time trying abalone liver, and it wasn't bitter at all, with a refreshing taste of the sea. The sushi was lined up with delicacies like ark shell, sea urchin, and salmon roe. It was the perfect way to start the new year with such delicious food! I'm looking forward to eating more delicious things this year!

Roppongi Sushi Kappo "Ryoma" celebrated its 10th anniversary! To mark the occasion, I visited to try the special 10th anniversary course (10,000 yen excluding tax). The generous and impressive menu left me feeling amazed throughout the meal! I ended up enjoying so much sake that I could almost say I "bathed" in it (laughs). The commemorative course menu included: White shrimp and kombu marinated dish, Steamed abalone and tender octopus, Simmered mackerel with vinegar, daikon and duck, Grilled shirako (milt of fish), 12 pieces of nigiri sushi, Soup, Seasonal fruits. I started with a bottle of Ebisu beer (900 yen) to quench my thirst and savor the rich flavor of the white shrimp. The tenderness of the true octopus from Sajima was exceptional! I immediately wanted to pair it with sake. I tried the recommended "Oroku Izumo koji Junmai Nigori" in a 720ml bottle (5,800 yen). Since I had tried raw shirako on a previous visit, this time I had it grilled. It had a creamy texture that melted in my mouth, enhanced by the aroma of soy sauce and ginger. The plump mackerel with vinegar went well with a squeezed sudachi and Hidaka view. The daikon and duck simmered dish was a comforting combination of tender duck infused with daikon, with a hint of yuzu fragrance. I paired the 16th generation Kurouemon with Izumo Fuji. Next, the nigiri sushi course began with a crispy cuttlefish, flatfish marinated in kombu, and scallop. I enjoyed a fruity Dassai sake as an accompaniment. The red snapper from Kagoshima, lean tuna, fatty tuna, pickled mackerel, sea urchin, and salmon roe were all delicious. Surprisingly, even after drinking so much, I could still eat everything smoothly, thanks to the meticulous adjustments made by the master chef. Despite its initially intimidating appearance, it is a very cozy restaurant. The occasional shy smile from the seemingly reserved master chef will surely win you over (laughs).

Today, I visited Sushi Kappo Ryoma in Roppongi. It's located about a 2-minute walk from Roppongi Station, in a great location. The interior of the restaurant is chic and has an adult atmosphere. I ordered the 10th-anniversary special course for 10,000 yen. First, we toasted with a glass of beer! The dish of white shrimp and kelp was rich and flavorful. The steamed abalone and octopus were tender and cooked to perfection. Grilled Spanish mackerel was light and refreshing with a hint of sudachi citrus. We enjoyed some Japanese sake, Daikoku from Izumo, which had a clean taste. The grilled cod milt was creamy and delicious with a ginger and soy sauce flavor. We paired the next dish with Hidakami sake, which complemented the seafood well. The simmered daikon and duck was comforting with a beautiful broth. The nigiri sushi included chewy squid, flatfish from Kyushu, red sea bream from Kagoshima, and yellowtail with delicious fat. The fatty tuna melted in the mouth and was exquisite! The kohada fish had been aged for four days, and the shrimp, sea urchin, salmon roe, and flounder kelp sushi were all packed with flavor. Despite the generous portions, the amazing taste and friendly conversation with the chef made it easy to finish everything. We ended the meal with Jurodai sake from Nagano. This course was of high quality and left me completely satisfied. This restaurant has become one of my favorites. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I was surprised by the lunch menu at the sushi restaurant! Limited to 20 servings, the "luxurious seafood feast with golden shrimp" was the only option. However, there was a slight hiccup that day. The main ingredient, the shrimp fry, usually comes with a large golden shrimp, but the staff informed me that they didn't receive any large shrimp that day. Instead, they served 3 medium-sized shrimp. Despite this unexpected change, the freshly fried shrimp fry was delicious, along with the special meatballs, boiled egg, and fresh scallops. The curry paired well with the seafood. The lunch also came with rice and soup. Overall, it was a tasty meal.

The white roe hot pot with plenty of cod milt is full of vegetables and targeted towards women. It seems to be a menu created through female-oriented marketing, and two of us fell for it easily. The cheese-flavored porridge at the end was also delicious. Please come and try it at least once during the winter.

This is a restaurant run by a chef from Shikoku. The appetizers are always sparkling and excellent. The sea bream rice cooked in a clay pot in front of you is impressive and filling. The chef is friendly and it's a wonderful restaurant. I will visit again. Thank you for the meal.

I want to go to a luxurious Japanese seafood restaurant where I can enjoy a full course meal of delicious fish dishes as many times as I want. Each person gets their own whole blackthroat seaperch, simmered golden eye snapper, and even meat dishes! Every dish from the beginning to the end, including the rice, is delicious. You will definitely leave feeling satisfied!!! The souvenir of sea bream rice is also a nice touch!

I went at night. There was only one chef and one staff member. There were a few other customers besides us. We ordered the course meal. The taste was not bad. However, when we asked about the drinks, they were unsure and there was no menu available. The service was not great, even though the food was good. When we left, no one was around, and there was no farewell. For the price we paid, we would rather go somewhere else.
