On August, 2019, I had the pleasure of attending a dinner party in Tsukishima. I got off at Tsukishima Station on the Tokyo Metro, walked out of exit 8a, and found the designated restaurant on the 1st floor of a tower mansion called "carpaccio." The bright and stylish interior welcomed me, along with lovely female reviewers, and we toasted with Itinera Prosecco Treviso Brut. The dishes we enjoyed that day were mostly chef's choice: 1. Chilled peach pasta - a refreshing start on a hot day, featuring the sweetness of peaches. 2. Carpaccio platter with four types of meat - a must-try at this restaurant, including ostrich, wagyu, ostrich heart, and ostrich liver. 3. Wild salad - a hearty salad with barley, wild rice, and vegetables. 4. Roasted deer from Shimane Prefecture - perfectly cooked deer meat served with blue cheese and balsamic vinegar sauce. 5. Roasted Italian beef - a luxurious dish topped with truffles and served with eggplant. 6. Foie gras terrine - a rich and indulgent dish that paired well with wine. 7. Game terrine - a flavorful terrine made with wild boar and Hokkaido deer. 8. Shiitake mushroom and karasumi pasta - a delicious pasta dish with juicy mushrooms and the savory taste of karasumi (bottarga). 9. Cassata - a dessert with figs, perfect for this time of year. We enjoyed a variety of wines throughout the meal, ending with Lambrusco Reggiano Amabile Scaglietti Bottle Donelli. It was a delightful and enjoyable dining experience, and I want to thank everyone for inviting me and sharing such a wonderful time together.

I came up with a same-day reservation, but when I arrived, the restaurant was fully booked, so it seems like a reservation is necessary. This place specializes in game meat. The game meat carpaccio assortment is a must-order item. The variety is abundant, the meat flavors are rich, and the prices are reasonable. The cassata dessert is also very delicious and comes in a generous portion – perfect for sharing between two people. The addition of fresh fruits is wonderful. The vegetables and main meat dishes were also delicious. The only downside is that the sauces are a bit monotonous, with a focus on pepper or balsamic vinegar. It would be perfect if they could offer a variety of seasonings or a larger quantity for more flavor options. Overall, excellent cost performance, fresh flavors, and a delightful dining experience from appetizers to dessert.

Mysterious shop. I wonder if the same person cooks, serves, and makes drinks all by themselves? Regular customers were helping the waiter. The cheese was very delicious. There was also honey dripping from beeswax, which was also delicious!

The variety and attention to detail of the game dishes are amazing. The appetizers and side dishes are also carefully prepared. I was invited to come here, but if you are a fan of game meat, you would enjoy it three times as much. Sorry, but I really enjoyed it. Even though the chef was working alone, the handling of the dishes was done smoothly.

I visited this shop looking for a good way to finish my meal. "Kishidaya" was sold out of their rice balls, so I decided to go with pasta instead. I ordered a spicy tomato sauce pasta and a Matagi highball. The Matagi highball is said to go well with game meat dishes, with spices like star anise adding flavor. The level of spiciness was okay, but the lack of carbonation was disappointing. The pasta was simple with a tomato sauce, and the spiciness was just right. The thin pasta noodles mixed well with the tomato sauce and cheese. It's like an Arrabbiata. I'm curious about the game meat dishes as well. By the way, there is a table charge. Thank you for the meal!

I visited this restaurant with the intention of having a light drink before boarding the houseboat. The appetizer was delicious, and all the dishes were of high quality. They pair well with wine. I would like to have a proper dinner here next time. Thank you for the meal.

Italian restaurant in Tsukishima. The ostrich thigh carpaccio was something I had never tried before, but it was surprisingly delicious. The interior is not very spacious, with a counter and about five tables, but the atmosphere is very nice. The slanted blackboard menu is quite impressive.

The course with three glasses of wine for 5,500 yen is a great deal with generous portions and variety. It's not a high-end place, but it's good for enjoying game meat in a casual and hearty way. The owner handles both the wine and the bill, so it can get quite busy, but the food comes out quickly and is delicious. Note that the restaurant is on the first floor of a building, but the building directory still shows the name of the previous izakaya from three years ago, so you may need to search around a bit. Today's menu includes game meat pate carpaccio style, game meat and sea bream sashimi, ostrich sand liver, loin, liver, plus duck loin, shiitake steak from Oita with karasumi pasta, and ostrich loin steak served with sliced fat on the side.

A casual restaurant where you can enjoy game meat and wine. It has a friendly atmosphere where you can easily go with friends, a partner, or as a couple. When it's not too crowded, you can ask the owner for recommendations based on what's in season and your appetite, and they will provide dishes accordingly. The ostrich carpaccio is delicious, but the highlight is the pasta made with game meat. The pasta dough, which doesn't lose to the wild taste of the game meat, is really delicious, so even when I'm not very hungry, I always end up eating it.

There is a shop located on the first floor of a tower apartment right after exiting the 8th exit of Tsukishima Station on the Yurakucho Line and Oedo Line. It may take some time to find as it is located on the back side when viewed from the station, not inside the apartment complex. The shop is a hidden gem tucked away in a quiet alley off the main street, offering a stylish and cozy atmosphere. Although there are only 18 seats, there is plenty of space to relax. When I visited, it was still early in the opening hours, so the shop was almost empty, but if you plan to visit after 7 pm, it might be a good idea to make a reservation. I ordered a platter of 3 types of carpaccio, a cheese platter, sautéed Japanese flying squid and olives with garlic, and roasted domestic deer. The carpaccio platter included sea bass, ostrich thigh, and ostrich gizzard on that day. The sea bass was sweet and tasted great with pink onions. The ostrich thigh was lean and healthy, with a refreshing taste and a good texture. The gizzard had a crunchy texture, unlike chicken. Since I was having wine, I also ordered a standard cheese platter with a variety of textures and flavors. The blue cheese was particularly delicious. From the antipasto menu, I chose the sautéed Japanese flying squid and olives with garlic, which was served towards the end. The squid had a firm texture, and the garlic flavor spread beautifully when bitten. The bonito flakes added a nice touch. And for the main course, I had the roasted domestic deer. The lean meat was roasted slowly and topped with a sweet sauce of honey and wine vinegar. The meat was tender and had a good meaty texture, pairing well with the sweet sauce. Although there were some tough parts that were hard to cut, overall, it was a delightful dish. I wanted to order wild boar next, but unfortunately, it was not available that day. It seems that the available ingredients vary depending on the day, so it's a good idea to check in advance if you have a specific dish in mind. I had always associated Tsukishima with monjayaki, so it was a pleasant surprise to enjoy creative game dishes in a stylish Italian setting. The lovely atmosphere of the shop, coupled with the quiet surroundings, makes it a great place to visit with family, friends, or a romantic partner. If you want to leisurely enjoy wine while savoring game and creative Italian dishes, this is a must-visit spot.

I was finally able to visit Tsukishima, a place I had been wanting to explore for a long time! Yay! On this day, I visited for the first time and was wondering what to eat. Maybe monjayaki? Yakiniku? Izakaya hopping? So, I joined the "Niku Saka" @niko_saka's meat party, which I had been looking forward to for a long time. I was so happy to be able to participate in it this time. The enchanting event took place at an Italian restaurant called "carpaccio," located just a minute's walk from Tsukishima. The restaurant specializes in "carpaccio," offering various rare meat and fish carpaccio dishes. It was the perfect place for this meat party! We toasted with almost all new faces and started enjoying a variety of dishes. The course included: - Game terrine and foie gras terrine - Fresh seafood carpaccio - Meat carpaccio assortment (6 kinds) - Wild salad - Gluten-free spaghetti with game ragout sauce - Assorted roasted meat All the dishes were wonderful, but the highlight was definitely the "Meat Carpaccio Assortment (6 kinds)," which included ostrich leg, ostrich liver, ostrich heart, ostrich gizzard, seared duck, and seared wagyu beef. Especially the ostrich meat was interesting as it's not something I usually eat. Also, surprisingly, the "Gluten-free spaghetti with game ragout sauce" was delicious and addictive. I was a bit hungover and sleep-deprived, so I don't remember the taste very accurately, but I enjoyed it all! The prices were reasonable, so if you're a fan of game meat, I recommend giving this place a try! Next time I visit Tsukishima, I'll definitely stop by again. Thank you for the meal!

If you are looking for a stylish Italian restaurant near Tsukishima Station, then this is the perfect place for you. I have visited this restaurant twice in the past. The unique feature of this place is that you can eat ostrich meat, but I also enjoyed other dishes. In particular, the Caprese appetizer we ordered was very delicious with rich cheese and fruity tomatoes, so I always order it whenever I come here. The restaurant is small and has a cozy atmosphere, making it a great place for couples or couples to visit. Personally, I wish they had set menus because ordering a la carte can limit the number of dishes you can try and the cost-effectiveness. However, other than being a la carte only, I think it is a wonderful restaurant. Definitely give it a try.

Thank you to all the food and beverage establishments that we rely on in our daily lives. One thing we can do is leave comments of gratitude and support. If each citizen cooperates, we can quickly overcome this situation and once again enjoy delicious and fun times provided by food and beverage establishments. This particular review is for a restaurant located on the first floor of a high-rise apartment building in front of Tsukishima subway station. The restaurant specializes in carpaccio, offering a dish with game meat and aged fish. This day, they served camel carpaccio, pheasant carpaccio, and aged sea bream carpaccio. The sauce drizzled on the carpaccio was delicious. The waiter, a friendly wine enthusiast, recommended a delicious wine. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I think this restaurant is run by the owner's self-satisfaction. The ingredients are very delicious, but the presentation is not great and it doesn't look like a restaurant that charges 5000 yen per person. The service is kind and passionate, but more training is needed. It's good that they provide delicious ingredients, but for charging 5000 yen per person, they should put in a bit more effort.

Carpaccio is an Italian restaurant located just a 1-minute walk from Tsukishima Station. Despite the name, they specialize in delicious meat dishes, including game meat. The interior of the restaurant is stylish with a striking blue color scheme and a wide selection of wines that will delight wine lovers. We started with Itinera Prosecco Treviso Brut, a refreshing sparkling wine perfect for the hot summer weather. The chilled peach pasta was also a light and delightful dish. We couldn't resist ordering the Carpaccio platter featuring four types of meat - ostrich, wagyu beef, heart, and ostrich liver. The ostrich meat was surprisingly mild and delicious. For wine, we tried the Stori Marani Rkatsiteli, a Georgian orange wine with a rich color. The wild salad with barley and wild rice was a perfect match for the Carpaccio. The Shimane Prefecture venison roast was beautifully cooked with a blue cheese topping that surprisingly complemented the meat well. The Italian beef roast with truffles was a luxurious dish with tender meat and flavorful eggplant. We paired the meat dishes with Cascina Chicco Barbera d'Alba Granera Alta, a fragrant and soft red wine. The foie gras Tokyo terrine and game terrine were both rich and memorable. The pasta with shiitake mushrooms and karasumi was a filling and delicious dish. We ended our meal with a colorful cassata dessert and figs sautéed in honey and butter. To finish off, we enjoyed the Lambrusco Reggiano Amabile Scaglietti Bottle Donelli, a sweet and fruity wine. Overall, it was a unique dining experience with high-quality game meat dishes and delicious wines. The casual atmosphere of the restaurant made it a great place to visit anytime. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I went with my colleagues on a Monday night. The atmosphere was nice and cozy, suitable for a date as well. I chose a variety of carpaccio, including ostrich, horse meat, and duck, and they were all delicious without any raw smell. I would like to try different types next time. The recommended red wine from the restaurant was also very easy to drink, and we were all very satisfied. I was surprised to find such a stylish restaurant in Tsukishima.

I went to a game meat restaurant. The meat was generally delicious, although I forgot to take photos. The salad was tasty, and the pasta was also delicious. The quality of the food is very good. My favorite was the assorted carpaccio, especially the ostrich heart which had no unpleasant smell and a crunchy texture. However, the portion was quite large, so it might be just right for three people, but a bit too much for two. Also, it seems like the restaurant is still new because the service was a bit slow, with delays in receiving the menu and some confusion with electronic payment at the end. Despite these issues, I was satisfied because the food was delicious.

On this day, we had a gathering in Tsukishima and decided to make a rare visit to Moon Island. Our destination was a place called "Carpaccio," which is an Italian restaurant with a straightforward name. It is located on the first floor of Capital Gate Place, just a minute walk from the station. Despite its proximity to the station, the restaurant has a hidden gem vibe as it is located away from the main street. The L-shaped counter and a few table seats create a casual yet atmospheric setting. We started with Prosecco for a toast and then went for the omakase course with some additional orders. Despite the name of the restaurant, Carpaccio, the menu here is filled with a variety of game meats. We couldn't resist ordering the "Carpaccio Assortment," which surprisingly included ostrich meat! Along with ostrich meat, there was also liver, Japanese black beef, and black porgy, a lineup that you don't see every day. The ostrich meat had a taste similar to lean beef, with no gamey flavor, making it easy to eat. In addition to the game meats, we also tried a giant game terrine and sautéed badger, all of which were surprisingly easy to eat without any overpowering flavors. Of course, game meats pair well with wine, as expected. Personally, I recommend the wild salad topped with spelt wheat and rice, which exudes a wild taste. Overall, it was a delicious Italian restaurant with various creative dishes. Our order included: - Carpaccio Assortment (4 types) - Wild Salad - Game Terrine - Bread - Sautéed badger - Roast deer and boar - Pasta with shiitake mushrooms and karasumi.

I visited this restaurant in Tsukishima based on a friend's recommendation. They said you can get unique meats at a reasonable price. The restaurant is small and cozy, with a nice blue wall that I liked. It's conveniently located near the station. After a toast with sparkling wine, I consulted with the staff and tried various dishes: - Assorted Carpaccio (3600 yen): Ostrich, ostrich liver, Japanese black beef, and black sea bream. It was my first time trying ostrich, and I liked the texture and flavor. The liver was soft and easy to eat. The beef was fresh, and the sea bream was delicious. It was a luxurious experience to have both meat and fish. - Wild Salad (1100 yen): A salad with arugula and grains, dressed with olive oil. It was simple and tasty. - Game Terrine (1290 yen): A thick slice of terrine made with game meat, which was surprisingly delicious without any gamey taste. It was filling and went well with wine. - Mole Cricket Sauté (1600 yen): Sautéed mole cricket wrapped in green onions. The mole cricket had a rich flavor with a hint of wildness, and the green onions added a refreshing touch. - Roast Deer and Boar: I couldn't decide between deer and boar, so I got a combination. The deer was lean and flavorful, while the boar had a good amount of fat. The buttery sauce complemented the meat well. - Shiitake Mushroom and Karasumi Pasta (1800 yen): A pasta dish with large shiitake mushrooms and flavorful karasumi (salted mullet roe). The combination was delicious, and the portion was generous. I enjoyed trying various rare meats like ostrich, mole cricket, deer, and boar. Game meat is usually associated with expensive courses, but here you can enjoy it à la carte in a casual setting. The simple yet creative cooking style left a lasting impression. Overall, the food was delicious, and I had a great dining experience.

Located just a 1-minute walk from Exit B8 of Tsukishima Station, this restaurant is one of several tenants on the ground floor of a tower building. As the straightforward name suggests, this place is all about carpaccio. They also specialize in domestic game meat. You can choose from a selection of 3, 4, or 6 types of carpaccio, and on this day, I opted for an assortment of ostrich, horse, and aged grouper. Priced at 2800 yen, the unique game meats, generous portions, variety, and citrus-infused sauce and oil make it worth it. Their pasta and risotto are also top-notch, along with seasonal specials. The main dishes range from game meat to lamb, and wagyu beef, and they have a good selection of cheeses for dessert. The handsome chef seems a bit shy and doesn't interact much, but the part-time female staff, though awkward, give off a good impression with their hard work. I felt that adding more unique sauces to match the main dishes, as well as expanding the range of wines by the glass, would make the experience even more enjoyable. Nonetheless, it's a satisfying restaurant that I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal.
