Additionally, there is an all-you-can-drink option called the "Gubunomi Course" for 2,000 yen. We started with three appetizers, including a fluffy and smooth onion mousse, white fish marinated in kombu, and a foie gras chawanmushi. The drink menu includes wine and sake, which was a pleasant surprise. Next, we enjoyed three warm dishes, such as delicately grilled white fish with a vibrant spinach sauce. We also had pickles on the side. The crab cream croquette was creamy and rich with plenty of crab meat. For meat, we had the chewy and flavorful grilled chicken marinated in koji with a white miso sauce. For the main course, you can choose from options like hashed rice, sudachi somen, or Arita beef yukke rice. I chose the Arita beef yukke rice, which was like a meatball on top of rice, topped with egg yolk. Breaking into the meatball revealed a perfectly rare center, bursting with flavor from the meat, sauce, and egg yolk. It was a perfect match with the rice. We enjoyed drinking and eating until the end, and the price was quite reasonable for the quality. Despite being in the heart of Nishi-Azabu, the bright and lively atmosphere was a nice contrast. The shochu options were Mugi ga Jinkei and Imo ga Satsuma Housan. Each dish has a unique taste, with elements of ethnic or Western influences, so having the All-You-Can-Drink option allowed us to freely choose the drinks that paired well with the dishes.
