I arrived a bit early, so I decided to take a break at this Doutor cafe near the station. The cafe was about 80% full, but there were still some available seats, so I didn't reserve one and went straight to the counter to order. I ordered a small size Uji Matcha Latte and enjoyed it at the counter by the window. The latte had a strong sweetness rather than a matcha flavor. The counter was separated by acrylic dividers, so I didn't mind the spacing with the person next to me, but the tables behind me felt cramped and hard to navigate through. After about 20 minutes, I finished my drink. Thank you for the meal.

The space is small, so even though there is smoking and non-smoking sections, the smoke from the smoking area may drift into the non-smoking area. However, currently, only electronic cigarettes are allowed in the smoking area, so it's not as bothersome as regular cigarettes. -In the hot summer weather, I enjoyed sipping on Doutor's iced coffee while passing the time until my appointment. -There are no power outlets, so it may be tough to stay for a long time, but the small tables create a comfortable atmosphere for using a laptop, so I tapped away for a little while. North exit of Naka-Itabashi Station on the Tobu Tojo Line. As soon as you exit the ticket gate, you will find a Doutor Coffee just a few seconds away. The "S Cappuccino (275 yen)" is a classic choice. Once you start drinking it, you can't help but keep sipping on it. It may not be anything special, but it's a comforting cup of coffee. The shopping streets in Itabashi Ward, one of the 23 wards of Tokyo, have a relaxed atmosphere. Even though it's a chain store, the service is warm and welcoming. This Doutor Coffee is also deeply rooted in the local community. It feels like an essential shop in the neighborhood.

There is a Doutor cafe in front of Kita-Ikebukuro Station in the evening. I happened to pass by and felt a little hungry and wanted to read a book, so I went in. It's easy to enter, which is one of the charms of Doutor. I didn't want to have trouble sleeping at night, so I chose a caffeine-free rooibos tea. For a snack, I chose a Baumkuchen. It was so affordable, only 400 yen, and I got change back. Doutor is really cheap. I enjoyed the warm rooibos tea. The Baumkuchen was moist and delicious. Even though it's a coffee chain, it was a lovely tea time!

Morning set (3 kinds of cheese and bacon & egg, with iced coffee) for 398 yen. Visited on a Monday at 9:45 am, with 10 customers already there. It's a chain store but feels like a local cafe, not too stylish but cozy enough. Customers keep coming in even on weekday mornings. Smoking area is only for heated tobacco, which is great for non-smokers. Chose option B with 3 kinds of cheese and bacon & egg for the morning set. It's a good value for the price, with plenty of toppings and a nice portion size. The pomodoro sauce plays a good role and is delicious. The iced coffee is just average. They have Wi-Fi and it feels like a nice place for locals to relax.

There is no door between the non-smoking and smoking sections, so you can still smell smoke. There are also single seats available for longer stays. I thought the chocolate cookie would be hard, but it was actually soft and delicious.

The Doutor coffee shop at the north exit of Naka Itabashi Station does not have a particularly stylish atmosphere, and it feels very much like a popular chain store. It seems like it has been around for a long time. There are quite a few seats, but the spacing between them is narrow. - Iced coffee (including tax 220 yen) It has a decent bitterness. The depth of flavor is not very noticeable, but the strength is good. It doesn't get too diluted even with ice, so it was delicious until the end. While other Doutor locations may have a hint of off-flavor, this one surprisingly didn't have much.

Just two days ago, I happened to pass by a sign advertising a set of rum raisin milk crepe for 500 yen, which was so tempting that I couldn't resist going in again. However, in the end, I ended up ordering the Mont Blanc instead. It seemed like the Mont Blanc was calling out to me, and it was definitely the right choice! It was on par with cakes from department store patisseries. Maybe the rum raisin milk crepe was still on my mind, as there was a hint of rum flavor in the Mont Blanc, making it not exactly for adults, but still quite delicious. The chestnut paste inside was also incredibly tasty. If you can get this level of quality for 500 yen with a coffee included, maybe there's no need to go to expensive dessert shops. Well, I'll probably still end up going though (laughs).

This time, I used it during morning time. It's a shop near Naka-Itabashi Station. Order details: Blend Coffee S 200 yen. The blend coffee was not too strong or too weak, it was easy to drink and had a delicious taste. I didn't order it this time, but Doutor's milk crepe has a good vanilla scent and is a creamy and very delicious recommended item that you can't taste in other stores. It's nice that there is proper smoking and non-smoking areas to enjoy the taste and aroma of the coffee. It's a coffee chain store where you can easily stop by, with good value and delicious coffee.
