Located about a minute from Hachimanyama Station on the Keio Line, Rice and Curry! is right across the street. It opened in February 2023. The restaurant has both counter seats and table seats, and you can dine in or take out. I ordered 10 pieces of takoyaki with sauce and mayonnaise for 750 yen. If you order 8 pieces, it's 650 yen, and for dine-in only, 6 pieces are 550 yen. It takes about 15 minutes to cook after ordering. The batter is firm and chewy. It's delicious. There are also various appetizer menu items, and the drink menu seems to have a good selection of alcohol. The owner was cheerful and provided polite service. They open from 3 pm on weekdays, so it seems convenient for after work.

I thought a new store had opened and decided to try it out! I had the recommended salt mayo takoyaki from the owner, and it was delicious, with a taste I had never experienced before! The service was friendly with a smile! However, the seating was full and a bit chaotic. Since they had just opened, I have high expectations for the future, so I give it 4 stars. I will definitely visit again!
