Next to the First Kitchen in Shimokitazawa Minami-guchi Shotengai, the coin laundry has somehow turned into a natural wine and yakitori restaurant called "Wine Landry." It is said to be affiliated with the slightly upscale yakitori restaurant "Nishidaya" nearby. Although the sign says "standing bar," there are not only standing counters but also a few seats where you can sit (although just enough to perch your bottom). I had a seat and enjoyed the delicious wine, ranging from 850 yen to 1350 yen per glass. The yakitori and chicken liver stew were also delicious. While the prices are a bit high for a "standing bar" and may be a bit expensive considering the location in Shimokitazawa, I was very satisfied with the sophisticated wine and dishes.

This time, just had a light drink. The duck and green onion dish was recommended by the restaurant. The cheese and olives for the appetizer were really good. I'll definitely come back next time for a full meal! Thank you for the delicious food!
