Visited around 2pm on Sunday. Smooth entry. Enjoyed various types of beer, from bitter to refreshing. The gyoza with lamb had a unique flavor but was delicious. The plum and shiso was refreshing and perfect for summer. Thank you for the meal.

We had some time before catching the Shinkansen, so we decided to stop by this shop as Uchu had opened. We arrived at the shop around 3:30 PM. The shop is located on the first floor of TOKYO TORCH, about a 3-minute walk from the Nihonbashi exit of Tokyo Station. The interior of the shop has about 8 counter seats, 14 table seats, a counter facing the window, and terrace seats. We chose to sit at the counter. We first ordered the Uchu we were looking for, which was a very beautiful hazy beer. Since we still had time after finishing our drinks, we ordered another one. Craft beer markets have different types of cuisine depending on the store, such as French, Italian, or ethnic, but this one seemed to specialize in spicy dishes and gyoza. Although we were interested in the food, we were already full, so we decided to save it for next time. We had a great time and would love to come back again. Thank you for the meal. [Food] - Otoshi (300 yen): Spicy edamame. The seasoning goes well with beer, but the spicy powder got stuck in my throat (*≧艸≦) [Drinks] - Uchu Brewing Zuben Es Kamari (900 yen): DDH IPA made with Citra, Mosaic, and other hops. It has a tropical aroma with grapefruit-like bitterness. It's not too sweet and has a dry impression. - Fujizakura Heights Brewery Orange Dark Lager (600 yen): A beer with a malty aroma and hints of citrus. It's dry but also has some bitterness.

Finally reunited with a friend at Craft Beer Market TOKYO TORCH. We tried Minoh Beer x West Coast Brewing Licensed to Hop, a Hazy IPA with aromas of berries, citrus, apricot, and candy. It was cloudy, fruity, and delicious. We also had Pizza Port Brewing x Fremont Shaka, a West Coast IPA with a refreshing taste of lemon and orange peel. The Open Air Shoreline session Hazy IPA was tropical and flavorful, with a balanced sweetness and a smooth finish. We enjoyed various snacks like dumplings, lemon pepper, spicy edamame, salad, mac and cheese, and spicy Mao Zedong chicken. It was a crowded Friday night, but we definitely want to come back again. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I revisited the restaurant because last time I was too full and only ordered pickled vegetables. This time, I wanted to enjoy ethnic appetizers and craft beer. The food and beer here are unique and can't be found anywhere else. The original menu with a lot of spices goes well with the beer. Before I knew it, I had finished my beer. The terrace seats are nice and comfortable during this season. TOKYO TORCH is a participating store for Marunouchi points, and on this day, it was a 5x point day, so it was a good deal. I recommend this great restaurant.

We made a reservation for 7 people and visited the Tokyo Torch store. The food menu here is mainly ethnic, with a variety of dishes ranging from Chinese to Middle Eastern. Most of the craft beers are included in the all-you-can-drink menu, although some are not. The glasses are on an exchange basis, so you need to finish your drink before getting a new one. We enjoyed around 5-6 different types of craft beers, from Pale Ale to IPA and Hazy IPA. The food portion in the light course was not very big, but since the focus is on the beer, it was just right. It's a rare find to have all-you-can-drink craft beer, so this place is definitely worth a visit.

I went to a craft beer market as my second stop! This place offers various shops and local beers. I heard they have shrimp and shiso flavor, pork gyoza, and wasabi flavored gyoza, so I had to go. The ethnic dishes were also delicious, like Thai-style potato salad and Korean-style spicy cucumber, which paired perfectly with the beer.

On Friday at 9:00 PM, there were many types of craft beer available for the second round at this place, and they seemed to go well with the Chinese-style rice dishes on the menu (the appetizer was really delicious!). It was very crowded because it was a Friday, so we couldn't order any food this time. I hope to try the rice dishes next time. It was a bit disappointing that one of the staff members was a little cold.

Craft beer shop located on the first floor of a building at the intersection of Gojukaihashi. I was planning to have a lunch drink around Nihonbashi, so I walked from Otemachi through the Metro underground and came up to the surface. The shop was open for lunch and when I asked, they said they also serve beer and light snacks until the last order at 2 pm. I changed my plan and ordered the Imperial IPA, Pint for 900 yen. I also requested "Homemade pickled mustard greens with chili oil" for 480 yen and "Gyoza (spicy lamb mint)" for 480 yen as snacks. The Imperial IPA that came from the tap had a good color, taste, and alcohol content, making me feel a bit tipsy. The pickled mustard greens were spicy and the gyoza had a nice flavor. Anticipating the last order, I also ordered the Rokko IPA. It came from the tap and had a good color, taste, and alcohol content, making me feel a bit tipsy again. I stayed for about 20 minutes.

I visited the Craft Beer Market TOKYO TORCH store located on the 1st floor of TOKYO TORCH Tokiwabashi Tower. This craft beer market offers delicious beers and has a menu with a lot of Asian food options. Let's start with a toast with beer! - Margao Tofu Dry Threads: Thinly sliced dried tofu with a spice called Margao. It was delicious on its own and also tasted great with the garlic sauce on the table. - Mao Zedong Fried Chicken: Crispy and juicy fried chicken with plenty of spices. It pairs perfectly with beer. - Squid Ink Cream Croquette: A jet-black cream croquette filled with squid ink and squid meat. The aioli sauce complemented the squid well. - Gyoza (Tomato Basil): Gyoza with a hint of basil and topped with powdered cheese. It was incredibly delicious. - Korean Oden Skewers: We had skewers of fish cake, chorizo, and egg. They were spicy and made for a great snack. - Finishing Rice: You can order rice to finish off your meal, which is seasoned with the same spices as the Mao Zedong Fried Chicken. A beer bar with rare craft beers and unique menu items that you can't find anywhere else. The Tonkotsu Hazy IPA at Ramen Boy was truly cloudy like pork bone broth. Located right in front of Tokyo Station Nihonbashi exit at Tokyo Torch Terrace, it's a great spot to know for various occasions. It's nice to see more places where you can easily enjoy craft beers. I was so full that I could only order pickled vegetables, so next time I want to try different dishes and enjoy them with beer.

Unfortunately, the quality of service from the staff was not very good. Both female staff members did not speak politely and made us feel like we were just unimportant customers. Their choice of words came off as rude, and it left a bad impression on all of us, especially since it was a farewell party for a colleague. In the service industry, it's important to consider the way you interact with customers.

Many nearby office workers were seen enjoying a light drink on their way home. My friend liked the Mao Zedong-style fried chicken, which had a spicy topping on it. The atmosphere is nice, and the cost performance is good for the location. The building is new, so the restroom is clean, and the customer base is good, so it's not noisy.

Happy Hour is from 5 to 7 pm ★ A cozy little place that is easy to enter whether you're alone or with a group. They have a wide selection of beers and other drinks as well. I entered as soon as they opened at 5 pm on a weekday. After a few groups arrived, it became quiet. The tables and counter are all high chairs, which can be uncomfortable for short-legged people (^_^;) It doesn't seem like a place where lingering is encouraged, but they do offer all-you-can-drink. [What I ate] Peach White ¥390 *Happy Hour price Jouhan Beer La France ¥550 Potato Fries 150g ¥480 Mao Zedong Fried Chicken (small) ¥630 Appetizer ¥300 They offer most dishes in two sizes, which is solo diner-friendly ★ However, even when I ordered the small size, the portion was more than expected (^_^;) The menu is simple but that makes it easy to order quickly. The appetizer is a bit overpriced though... (couldn't refuse) It may diminish the value of the Happy Hour. Nevertheless, the staff were friendly and the location inside the Torch Tower right in front of Tokyo Station is convenient. Considering the location and prices, it's acceptable. I rushed in during the lunch or early evening rough order time on a weekday. The terrace seats have a nice atmosphere and you can relax. There is a wide variety of craft beers available. They have beers from various regions in Japan and also from overseas. I was curious about the Mao Zedong fried chicken, mini-sized oil soba, and snack curry, so I ordered them. The Mao Zedong fried chicken is seasoned with lots of spices, making it a great topping for the oil soba. Everything was delicious! The menu and taste options are unique and not something you typically find in izakayas, making it fun to choose. Above all, I was able to eat and drink to my heart's content with good value for money during lunchtime. However, in the terrace seats, the staff may not notice you quickly when they are busy.

On weekdays at 12:45, the first-floor restaurant is busier than usual. I confirmed at the entrance that the fried rice was not sold out and entered. I added a free extra serving of rice and two Mao Zedong chicken nuggets for 300 yen. The food arrived in just 5 minutes. The salad took up one-third of the plate, with a tangy dressing. It included purple cabbage, cucumber, and bean sprout namul. The main meat dish had a five-spice flavor and aroma. The meat was not as tough as I had imagined, and it was delicious.

The second place we visited was busy until late because it was the weekend. Even though I wasn't hungry, I enjoyed a variety of snacks that went well with beer. We had stir-fried chicken livers, dumplings (regular and with ginger), pickles, and sauerkraut. I forgot to take a photo, but the potatoes were all delicious and had a rich taste that paired well with beer, making it easy to drink and enjoy.

On a regular Tuesday at 13:30, there were 2 customers in the restaurant. I chose to sit inside as it was hot today. Unfortunately, the dish I wanted, the Lu Rou Fan, was already sold out. However, I decided to go for the curry instead. I chose two types of curry from the four options available - Coconut Chicken and Pork Keema, with a free extra serving of rice for 1200 yen. I also couldn't resist adding the Mao Zedong Fried Chicken that I had been curious about. Since it was only available for dinner, I ordered 2 pieces of fried chicken for 250 yen and added some extra spice for 50 yen. The soup was served first, but it was lukewarm. After waiting for about 7 minutes, the curries arrived. They were seriously spicy! The chicken was very tender in the coconut-based curry, and the Pork Keema had a strong spice kick. I wish there were more vegetables as a side. The Mao Zedong spice fried chicken was surprisingly delicious! It had fried garlic, small shrimp, chili, and sesame seeds, all coated in a crispy batter. It was salty but enjoyable to eat. It felt like a unique mix of flavors and textures. Overall, I wonder if they will have Lu Rou Fan available next time...

Near the Nihonbashi exit of Tokyo Station, at TOKYO TORCH, there is a place called "Craft Beer Market." This chain has several locations in Tokyo, but this one stands out with its stylish terrace seating. They focus on ethnic foods, which is quite unique. As a solo diner, I sat at the counter. The most striking thing is the impressive number of taps. It's quite a sight. Looking at the menu, I felt reassured by recognizing a beer I've had before. ▫️T.Y.HARBOR Pale Ale At T.Y.HARBOR's flagship store, I remember having this during an all-you-can-drink session, but the hop bitterness was stronger than I expected. The first glass disappeared in no time. I decided to order this one for now, as it's available during happy hour. ▫️Heartland Half A refreshing taste that brings a sense of calm. ▫️Appetizer: Spicy Edamame Delicious, but my hands got sticky. ▫️Gyoza with Lamb and Mint Rich in flavor with a light mint scent that's quite pleasant. Despite the unassuming appearance, this is really tasty. After debating on what to have next, I settled on this. ▫️Toppling Goliath Brewery King Sue Hazy D-IPA I had to order this after hearing it won a gold medal in a competition. It retains the fruity image of a Hazy IPA but also has a fair amount of bitterness, making it a mature flavor. I enjoyed it. Craft Beer Market has its own unique characteristics at each location, with this one focusing on ethnic cuisine. I've noticed many good curry places popping up around Nihonbashi and Kanda lately, so I'm curious to try them out next time. With that promise to myself, I bid farewell.
