The interior and exterior of the restaurant have a modern Chinese countryside vibe. The base soup is quite strong, like a Knorr-style concentrated soup. I didn't choose a lot of ingredients, but the final dish ended up being quite pricey. I think the cost price is very low. I would prefer a restaurant that takes more care in making the soup, without using too many artificial seasonings.

Today I visited Anamalatan Izakaya in Uguisudani, which opened on May 18th. They used to be Pao Sen Ye Baozi before. They had a special promotion for 350 yen draft beer to celebrate their opening day. The draft beer was a great way to start, and they also had various appetizers like chicken wings and gizzards that paired well with the drinks. I ended the meal with maratang, which had a rich flavor of beans. Next time, I'll try ordering it extra spicy! Thank you for the delicious meal. I will definitely visit again!
