I visited Wine Man Store, which is known for producing, selling, and operating restaurants with delicious domestic wines. Reservations are required to sit on both the first and second floors. If you just want to drink wine without food, you can do so without a reservation at the standing counter on the second floor. As of January 29th, the wines for sale were sold out, and they only had stock for serving in the store. They have a wide variety of craft beers available. The wine I had this time was "Aomori Stueben 2021 Whole Cluster". It had a beautiful deep ruby color. When I tasted it, a refreshing aroma burst out. Fresh! That's the perfect way to describe the taste. It was wonderful. It cost 800 yen for a glass. This is a perfect place to stop by for just one glass of wine. Of course, I am also interested in trying their food. I definitely want to make a reservation and visit again. The next wine sale will be in the fall, and I am looking forward to the new releases.
