I was craving pizza and found a restaurant that opens a bit early. It seemed to be a very popular place as they mentioned that they are almost fully booked after 5 pm. I was lucky to arrive early. I ordered the trico salad, potato salad, and Genovese pizza. I forgot to take a photo, but the salad had an original dressing that was very delicious! It was packed with ingredients and very filling. The pizza had a chewy crust and was also very satisfying. After ordering, I noticed that the menu on the wall had many other tempting items, so I thought it would be nice to come back with friends. Located about a 10-minute walk from Shinbashi, this kamado-baked pizza restaurant is a lively spot in the middle of an office district. Despite the dark surroundings, it is quite popular for offering authentic kamado-baked pizzas in the heart of the city. The menu is limited, but the pizzas are really delicious. I tried three different types, but surprisingly, the Margherita was the best. The prices are quite reasonable, so I would love to visit again if the opportunity arises.

Reasonable prices yet very delicious kamayaki pizza. I was very satisfied. I went to eat pizza near Shiodome, but it was full so I had to give up and ended up coming here last minute since it's only a 4-minute walk away. The wine was delicious and the pizza was also tasty. The chicken liver pate had a generous portion and was delicious. I plan to visit again next time. There are 2 terrace seats available. For those who smoke, you might think you can smoke on the terrace, but smoking is not allowed at the seats so be careful. Also, it can get quite hot due to the outdoor unit, so I think it's better to sit inside during the summer. (There were mosquitoes too)

Usually, I just order a glass of Chianti, but I got some advice on the wine menu and ended up opening a Montepulciano. It was delicious!
