It was cold and rainy, so I hurried into Urban FamilyMart at Toranomon Hills to warm up. It's a convenient place to stop by when you want to adjust your time a little bit. The eat-in space is quite spacious and I find myself stopping by often. I revived with a latte! Took a little break before my meeting, now let's go! It's a collaboration shop between Urban Research and FamilyMart. About half of the store has fashion and accessories, and there are many cute items.

The store is quite spacious and easy to navigate. Half of the checkout counters are self-checkout, but for alcohol purchases, you need to go to a staffed counter. They have a variety of alcohol options including wine and champagne. I bought a highball and chocolate. It was empty since it was a holiday, but it seems like it would be crowded on weekdays.

I missed out on the limited-time, limited-quantity lunch I wanted to have in Shinbashi by a hair's breadth. In a rush to figure out where to eat lunch, I stumbled upon this place. It's located in Toranomon Hills and is a very stylish FamilyMart. It looks so chic that at first glance, it doesn't even seem like a FamilyMart. The name "Urban" seems to be a collaboration with a company called Urban Research, but even after reading the website's explanation, I still didn't quite get it. The selection of items at this FamilyMart is not particularly extensive, but there are about 10 seats for dining inside and around 20 benches outside, so finding a place to eat is not a problem. I quickly bought some bread and had my meal inside the store. Grilled beef sandwich. It has a paste-like substance with a flavor reminiscent of grilled beef. There is also a hint of curry flavor. Tastes good.

Urban Famima is a collaboration store with Urban Research. I had coffee before my meal. The cup was bigger than the regular Famima cup and the price was double. The staff made the coffee for me, which was nice. The cup was stylish and the eat-in space was also stylish. There was a USB connector too. It seemed convenient to use. My wife liked the logo and bought an eco bag as a souvenir.

On Sunday around 9:30 PM, when I thought about drinking at Toranomon Yokocho, it was already closed...ヽ(；▽；)ノ So, I went to Family Mart! They have Zeller Schwarze Katz Sekt, a sparkling wine with a black cat~☆*ﾟ It's my favorite German wine! The rating on Tabelog (as of October 2020) is 3.01!

I used it as a cafe space and found it perfect for passing the time, with power outlets, USB ports, and relatively strong Wi-Fi from the store's network. The short drip coffee is priced at 190 yen, which may be a bit more expensive compared to regular FamilyMart prices. However, considering the convenience of being able to sit and enjoy coffee in Toranomon, it's actually quite affordable.

Toranomon Hills Business Tower's 2nd floor has a new concept store called Urban Famima, which is a combination of Famima and Urban Research. They offer regular Famima products as well as clothing and accessories. There is also an eat-in corner where you can enjoy light meals. My favorite snacks to buy at Famima are Coconut Sablé and Imokenpi. The space is spacious, unique, and fun, allowing you to experience both everyday and extraordinary moments.

After eating at Toranomon Hills, I came to this store to buy water and other items. It's a FamilyMart, but it has over 20 seats. Plus, there is a large personal space area that seems perfect for teleworking. It's really great, isn't it?

The Famima inside Toranomon Hills is interesting with a different atmosphere and unique products compared to other stores. The spacious eat-in area offers a wide variety of food options, making it a good place to eat. The strawberry Danish pastry was of high quality and didn't feel like it came from a convenience store.

I love Urban Research. This store is a collaboration between Urban Research and FamilyMart, offering stylish Urban Research products and convenience store items. Be careful, even though it looks like the same store, the registers are different. I purchased some cute products from Ishikawa's Pezan Farm, which uses herbs, such as Japanese sake sangria and furikake. I was sweating a lot, so I took a break with a drink. Unfortunately, the Green Bar store in Tokyu Plaza is gone, but it's still available in Omotesando Hills. I ordered the seasonal menu fig fruit mix soda. You can drink it in the store, and there are outlets available. The fig fruit sauce in the soda is 120% fig flavor. It feels like you're drinking it straight from the fruit. Toranomon Hills has many water-themed art pieces, which made it a cool and relaxing place to spend time.

It seems to be a new collaboration between FamilyMart and Urban Research. There is an eat-in space, so there are some people scattered around, but I have only ever used it as a convenience store.
