The lineup of alcohol at this restaurant is also great. I previously reviewed the "Itohan" included in this press. I don't often go to Roppongi Hills in my Roppongi ecosystem, but Midtown is on the way. It's one of the restaurants I often visit because of that. "Pressé" is part of the Tokyu Store group, and the locations it is located in, such as Denenchofu, Nakameguro, Meguro, and Roppongi, give off a "very" feeling. (laughs) The variety of high-end alcohol is abundant, tailored to the affluent, or rather, celebrity clientele. I can't go into too much detail, but at the request of someone, I made the highest-priced purchase at this store at the end of the year. Well, you buy it first, but then it feels like you're retrieving it. (laughs) Those who know my background will understand, I think. "Clos d'Ambonnay '95" (¥540,000) - The "Clos du Mesnil '98" from the same Krug was ¥130,000, so the '96 from d'Ambonnay can be bought for about half the price, so there must be a meaning to the '95. The client said it was reasonable, so I think it's okay. (laughs) There are still people in Roppongi who drink like it's the bubble era. They open it with a bang at a certain store, and consume it in less than 10 minutes, which is quite luxurious. It wasn't like drinking champagne in one gulp to toast, but it felt like that. (laughs) I had a glass, and first, the scent was strong. The taste had a strong impact at first, followed by a mellow finish when I took a sip. I can't really understand the value of the taste, but I had a good experience. In Roppongi, there are many drinking establishments, but surprisingly, when buying higher-priced alcohol, some customers specify this store or Seijo Ishii in Hills. It must be about the trust in the authenticity of the product. There are parts that I can't quite understand...
