So it was lucky to come to this restaurant. As the name suggests, this restaurant specializes in grilled skewers. Skewers start at 108 yen. Other dishes range from 250 yen to 480 yen, so it is very reasonable. The drink set is 432 yen for a hoppy set. My business partner had hoppy for the first time and found it a bit difficult to drink (^^;). The quality of the skewers was quite good. The ham cutlet was not too thin or too thick. Overall, it was satisfying. We were engrossed in conversation and didn't eat much, but the atmosphere was not too noisy and comfortable. I was also curious about the Premium Raku that I had been interested in during lunchtime. It is a mysterious sake extracted from medicinal ingredients. Finally, I was able to try it! In one word, the taste was "seems good for the body" haha. It was like the scent of medicinal herbs you find in a super sento. Well, it was good. I have passed my unlucky year, so anything can happen. Let's incorporate anything that seems good for the body. Kushiha Chin is often found in business districts like Otemachi, which are quite legacy. It's perfect for us, who are still young but have a bit of a legacy vibe. My business partner seems to like old things a bit, so haha. If I come across it again, I would like to try it. It has a good vibe.

The prices are very cheap, with meat skewers around 100 yen each and vegetable skewers around 120 yen each. They also offer fried foods and other dishes for around 300 yen, which are quite tasty and filling. The drink menu includes popular choices and unique options like doburoku and a special tonic called "Special Raku". There are counter seats available, and it's a welcoming atmosphere for solo diners. I definitely want to come back here next time I crave some skewers.

I visited the restaurant aiming for the birthday special - a free bottle of wine within 4 days before and after my birthday (a total of 9 days). Yes, I've gotten older again... The complimentary wine was a full 720ml bottle, and I could visit every day during the 9-day period to enjoy it. It's quite generous of them. It's fun to go hopping around the affiliated stores for 9 days. The grilled offal with original "miso sauce" is perfect as a drinking snack. Instead of regular potato fries, they serve sweet potato fries here, which is interesting. The salted offal stew looks light but tastes creamy, and the contrast with the miso sauce is great. The lineup of skewers and side dishes is mostly Japanese-style, but they paired well with the wine and were delicious.

Tired from work, the men talk about work complaints and future uncertainties. As the name suggests, they mainly serve skewers. Skewers at a reasonable price, filling your stomach without emptying your wallet. The conversations of the men around you serve as a nice background music, adding to the enjoyment of the meal. However, it's a shame they are closed on Sundays, making it difficult to find the opportunity to visit.
