Last time, we had a great time at the meetup with 6 people, so we decided to have another gourmet meetup with 4 people. We are grateful to the chef who provided us with great hospitality that satisfied our love for meat.

Each type of meat was served again in a platter with salt or sauce.
Platter 1: Salt-grilled

The sirloin was thick like a steak, so we grilled it rare and ate it on rice. The skirt was incredibly delicious.
Platter 3: Sauce-grilled
✔Hida, ✔Uchihira, ✔Tsurami
The Hida was delicious. The marbling of the meat at Taisho-en is excellent with the sauce. Tsurami goes well with the sauce.
Platter 4: Sauce-grilled
✔Chima, ✔Harami
The Chima at Hanazono Taisho-en was my first time trying it, and it was delicious. The umami and texture were interesting and fantastic.
Platter 5: Salt-grilled
✔Tsurami, ✔Mino
The salt-grilled Tsurami was also delicious.
Platter 6: Sauce-grilled
✔Shimacho, ✔Akasen
The Akasen was delicious. Since everyone enjoyed the tongue, we had another platter of tongue.
Platter 7: Salt-grilled
✔Tongue middle thin slices, ✔Tongue thick slices
We grilled them generously.

I love the cold noodles at Taisho-en.
