Stepping into the store, I was surprised by the lively atmosphere. The customers, whether they were fathers having a party, couples, or groups of women, all seemed to have a surprisingly high energy level. I ordered a draft beer, followed by a platter of three types of beef hormone, upper harami, pork white collar hormone, kimchi, and more. The three types platter actually came with two extra types as a bonus, making it a platter of five types (lol). The portions were overflowing from the plates, showing how generous they were. As I enjoyed the hormones with my hoppy drink, I noticed that our own excitement was also rising. I wonder if hormones have that effect? The upper harami was delicious, but the standout was definitely the taste of the hormones. It had a different level of deliciousness compared to other yakiniku restaurants. Maybe because of the fat content, I started feeling full afterwards, so be careful not to overeat. But it's hard not to overeat, right? The atmosphere of the restaurant, including the service, was refreshing and pleasant. Some people mentioned it was a chain restaurant, but I didn't get that vibe at all. The staff had different personalities and seemed to be working hard in their own ways. On the flip side, it may not be suitable for those who expect excessive and manual-like service. I look forward to visiting this place again after taking care of my health.

I wanted to eat liver so I went to the 3rd branch, but it was full so they suggested the 2nd branch where there was definitely space. The liver I saw in the photos looked a bit different from what I expected, but it was okay. If asked why I chose this restaurant in Shinbashi, I'm not sure how to respond.

This is my first time at this restaurant. I wanted to eat yakiniku with my junior at work, and this place is quite good! The best part is definitely the cost performance. Even after eating and drinking a lot, it only cost 10,000 yen for two people. The harami was thick and delicious. The tongue was also satisfying. I couldn't eat much of the horumon because I was already full, so I want to make sure to try it next time. I'm curious about the main branch, so I'll go there someday. The smoke is quite thick, so be careful with your clothes, but I really like this place. Thank you for the meal.

I visited the restaurant on Friday night (with a 19:45 reservation). Since the seating is limited, it is recommended to make a reservation! We had a course with all-you-can-drink option. The variety, portion size, deliciousness, and the drink menu including beer were all very satisfying! The meat skewers were delicious. The staff were all bright, energetic, and provided pleasant service, creating a lively atmosphere in the restaurant. There was a lot of smoke in some areas, but it didn't bother us as everyone seemed satisfied. Thank you for the meal.

I arrived at the restaurant at 8:00 PM. I was a bit late, so they only had one plate of fresh morning-caught liver left. I managed to get that one plate and ordered extra heart sashimi as a replacement. The taste was as delicious as ever, with the meat melting in my mouth. I'm happy. Thank you very much.

I visited the restaurant for the first time since before the pandemic, so it had been a few years. It was a rainy Saturday, but I made a reservation over the phone to secure a seat. They said there was no time limit, but we were served for only 90 minutes, which was disappointing. Also, the smoke exhaust system was not working, and the smoke filled the restaurant, which was also disappointing. As for the taste, it was consistently delicious. However, the portion sizes for the heart sashimi and beef liver were quite small. Considering the current social situation, it may be unavoidable, but comparing the menu photos, it makes me want to consult with Jaro. The heart sashimi was chewy, the upper beef tongue was also chewy, and the liver was excellent. The harami and hormone were also excellent. We had 3 Sapporo Akaretsu beers and the total for two people was ¥10,650. So cheap! I will definitely go again. The quality of the meat at this price is too good. Thank you for the meal.

After a long time, I went to a yakiniku restaurant. I had harami, horumon, maruchou (??), shibire, hachinosu, and reimen, among other dishes. The first branch was full, but there were no customers here... yet the non-meat dishes took a really long time to come out. The taste was also better at the main branch I visited before.

It was delicious. However, on this day, I could only pay with cash because of issues with the terminal, so I was lucky to have some on hand. (I was aiming for the PayPay campaign, so I was disappointed!) Overall, it was a tasty meal with good value for money, but the cabbage appetizer that cost over a thousand yen (since there were three of us) made me feel a bit uneasy when I saw the receipt.

If you want to eat hormone, this is the place to go! The food has a satisfying chewiness. This shop has 3 stores in Shinbashi and several others in different locations. This time, I couldn't get a reservation at the main store, so I went to the second store! It's located on the 4th floor of a building about 3-4 minutes from Shinbashi Station. The interior of the shop is small, but the atmosphere is lively, and there's a lot of smoke, so it's better to go dressed in clothes that can absorb the smell. This time, we had a 5,150 yen course with 5 kinds of beef hormones - hachinosu, hormone, maruchou, mino, and one more. 5 kinds of pork hormones - shirokoro, teppou, pork cartilage, pork toro, and one more. Also, heart sashimi, liver, assorted vegetables, kalbi, harami, and kupa. The staff brought out the dishes quickly, so it was a bit hard to catch everything they said... haha But everything, including the hormones, was delicious! I think the best way to enjoy hormones is to grill them all at once, drink sake, chat with friends, and enjoy nibbling on them. The kalbi and harami were also of high quality and very tasty. The drinks came out quickly, and with all-you-can-drink included, this price is a great deal! This is a recommended place for when you want to have a lively time with friends. Thank you for the meal!

Before the Bon holiday, I went drinking in Shinbashi. It's been 3 years since I last visited Shinbashi before the Bon holiday without any restrictions. Hormone Dan was my first visit. This time, I went with a colleague from work. Dan's second store operates by reservation only. The restaurant is located on the 4th floor of a mixed-use building, and it was filled with smoke. Since it is a specialty grilled meat restaurant for organ meats, the cost performance is good, and everything is delicious because they use fresh organ meats. The pork hormones include hormone, pork jowl, and tongue, which are cooked slowly. The beef hormones include hormone, maruchou (tripe), minosando (tripe sandwich), upper senmai (small intestine), and kashira (head). The price of tongue salt has been increasing at every store, but here, it also costs over 1,000 yen for a single item. The heart sashimi and liver (grilled) are fresh and have a sharp taste. I ate a lot, but it only cost a little over 5,000 yen per person, which is quite reasonable in Tokyo. Dan's Genghis Khan was also very delicious, but their main business is also great.

It was incredibly delicious. The quality of the meat was top-notch, exceeding its price. The specialty liver was amazingly tasty! Personally, I recommend trying the harami (skirt steak) and tan (beef tongue). It tasted like it came from a high-end restaurant. Even though it's a regular izakaya, the quality of the meat makes the atmosphere lively and enjoyable. I prefer this kind of place over fancy restaurants for a date because it's more relaxed. I will definitely go back before the end of the year, looking forward to it!

The fresh liver at Horumon Yadan was delicious as expected! This was my second visit and I was once again impressed by the consistent deliciousness. The delicious fresh grilled liver at this restaurant is really good. I want to eat it every day. People often ask to have it cooked well (laughs). The chicken breast and cheeks are my favorites here. The nostalgia of eating raw beef tripe that I used to eat a lot in the past comes back. The second branch seems to be better as it is relatively less smoky.
