Near Takadanobaba Station, there is a lovely cafe where you can enjoy Instagram-worthy drinks and sweets. The interior of the cafe is decorated in pink, creating a lovely atmosphere. There are casual table seats and counter seats that you can easily use. The menu is also cute, offering a variety of adorable drinks, including alcoholic options. I tried the Strawberry Cream Soda, which was served in a glass with strawberry syrup at the bottom, soda in the middle, and a pink cream soda on top. It was so cute and delicious. I also had the Toblerone cocktail, a sweet chocolate-based drink topped with plenty of whipped cream. For dessert, I indulged in the Strawberry Shaved Ice, which was made with strawberry juice ice, topped with strawberry ice cream and fresh strawberries. The Strawberry Sundae was another delightful treat, featuring strawberries, chocolate mousse, mascarpone cream, granola, whipped cream, strawberry sauce, berry jelly, and Fukuoka Amaou strawberry soft serve ice cream. I enjoyed these beautiful sweets in the lovely atmosphere of the cafe.

I visited a trendy shop called "17/F" located about a 5-minute walk from Waseda Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line, to try their cherry blossom sweets. I ordered: ⭐️ Sakura Parfait for 980 yen (tax included) A parfait that is a must-have during this spring season. It includes sakura mousse, sakura sauce, strawberries (Tochiotome), whipped cream, granola, white chocolate, sakura cream, two types of sakura mochi, sakura flower agar jelly, sakura roll cake, sakura ice cream, and sakura monaka. You can truly enjoy the taste of cherry blossoms. ⭐️ Sakura Cream Soda for 600 yen Made with natural soda water from Yamazaki Distillery and sweet sakura syrup. Topped with sakura ice cream and cherries. A refreshing spring drink. The interior of the shop is very stylish with a pink theme and lots of flowers. There are two table seats and a casual counter seat available. You can also take your time even if you are dining alone. There are various photo spots inside the shop, and it is okay to take pictures around. Unlike some other shops where moving around or rearranging items for photos is not allowed, this shop welcomes customers to take good photos. Additionally, this shop seems to be a popular spot for fans as Travis Japan's "Nakamura Kaito" has visited for a shoot in the past, attracting many fans for a pilgrimage.

cafe17/F is a small Korean-style cafe near Waseda's Anahachimangu Shrine with 12 seats. On the 5th, 15th, and 25th of every month, strawberry items are 20% off. Today, on March 25th, I went to Waseda to eat. Around 11 am, Waseda Station on the Tozai Line was very crowded due to Waseda University's graduation ceremony. After visiting Anahachimangu Shrine, I arrived at the cafe around 11:15 and ordered the most voluminous Strawberry 4-tier parfait. It was ready in about 10 minutes. The parfait consisted of Viola whipped cream, strawberry ice cream, whipped cream, 4 tiers of strawberries, sliced strawberries around the parfait glass, vanilla cream, granola, pink whipped cream, strawberry jelly, and more. It was a strawberry paradise and very delicious. The Strawberry 4-tier parfait was discounted from 1580 yen to 1264 yen with the 20% off. Tax included. There are 8 other strawberry items available, as shown in the 9th image. Besides strawberries, they also offer cherry blossom parfaits. Cafe17/F's regular services include 10% off with a student ID and 10% off for following their Instagram account until the end of April 2022. These offers cannot be combined with other promotions.

I finally got to visit the café in Waseda that I had been curious about for a long time. First of all, I was impressed by how cute the interior was. It was a Sunday, but I went at opening time so there weren't many people. One couple came around noon, but before that, it was pretty much empty, with occasional visits from Uber drivers. I was torn between the Tiramisu parfait and the seasonal special, so I ended up choosing the Cherry Blossom parfait and Cherry Blossom latte. The brown one is the Hazelnut latte. The Cherry Blossom parfait had a lot of whipped cream, and I thought it would be too sweet, but it had pickled cherry blossoms in it which added a salty touch, making it not overly sweet and enjoyable until the end. The Cherry Blossom latte had cherry blossom flakes on top, which also had a hint of saltiness and was delicious. As for the Hazelnut latte, I thought it would be super sweet, but it was actually refreshing and not overly sweet. Overall, despite the appearance, it wasn't too sweet. However, with the generous amount of whipped cream, it did fill me up haha. But it was delicious, so I want to come back next time to try the Tiramisu parfait.

Cafe 17/F in Waseda is so cute with its pink interior, giving off a spring vibe! I ordered the Sakura Parfait (980 yen) and the Kagoshima Purple Sweet Potato Shake (600 yen). I was torn between getting a Sakura drink, as there were three options available, but I couldn't resist the temptation of the purple sweet potato! The Sakura Parfait was not only cute but also delicious! It had various cherry blossom elements like cherry blossom salted pickles, cherry blossom roll cake, cherry blossom monaka, cherry blossom mochi, cherry blossom ice cream, cherry blossom cream, cherry blossom jelly, white chocolate, strawberries, cherry blossom sauce, cherry blossom mousse, granola, and whipped cream. The cherry blossom salted pickles were a nice palate cleanser due to their salty taste. From top to bottom, this parfait was filled with cherry blossom goodness! I invited a guy I was interested in at the time to go with me. There was a slight chance he might have felt uncomfortable, but he seemed satisfied because the food was delicious!

"We shared one strawberry parfait between two people, but surprisingly, the size was big enough for one person to enjoy as well. The strawberry smoothie was very sweet, so it might be more suitable for those with a sweet tooth to order it along with the parfait. The butterfly tea was slightly sour and paired well with the sweet parfait, but my friend who prefers sweet flavors didn't think it was a good match. We visited on the 25th, which happened to be Strawberry Day, so we got a 20% discount. I saw on Instagram stories that on the 5th, 15th, and 25th of each month, it's Strawberry Day with a 20% discount, so it's worth checking Instagram in addition to using the coupons on Tabelog. Thank you for the meal! (。ᵕᴗᵕ。)"

@cafe17f, located 5 minutes from Waseda Station on the Tozai Line, offers a seasonal limited edition Strawberry Parfait for ¥1580 and a Strawberry Latte ICE for ¥480. The interior of the cafe was so cute and my type! It was almost empty, maybe because it was a weekday! The cafe allows customers to freely use the small items in the shop for photo shoots, which helped me take some wonderful photos. Thank you! The parfait was filled with plenty of strawberries, whipped cream, granola, and was truly delicious. The latte was not too sweet and was excellent (*^^*). They seem to be open late, so it would be a great place for a late-night parfait. It was a very happy place to be, so I would love to visit again! The pricing is also wallet-friendly♪

There aren't many reviews on Tabelog yet, so maybe this cute place isn't well known! Based on information from teenage girls, two of us arrived before the 11:00 am opening on a weekday. We ordered: - Tiramisu parfait for 780 yen - Seasonal limited edition Strawberry parfait for 1,580 yen - Iced Strawberry latte for 480 yen - Butterfly pea soda for 420 yen The Tiramisu parfait had layers of mascarpone mousse, dark chocolate, and coffee jelly in a glass, providing a satisfying texture. The seasonal Strawberry parfait had a cute edible flower on top, with custard cream, granola, and plenty of Tochiotome strawberries. The iced Strawberry latte came in a long-legged glass, and the Butterfly pea soda had a beautiful color change effect with lemon syrup. While other girls around us ordered sweet parfaits, we enjoyed the Butterfly pea soda. The cozy interior of the shop had table seating near the entrance and a counter at the back, both perfect for taking Instagram-worthy photos. Surprisingly, the place was not filled with girls aiming for Instagram likes, but rather with local regulars, couples, and a calm atmosphere. Perhaps young people don't post much on Tabelog, but we found this cute shop and had a great time there. ♡

On the way back from the hospital, I passed through Waseda Station and a little further ahead of Anahachiman, a cute cafe called "Cafe 17/F" appeared! They have soft serve ice cream, sundaes, seasonal parfaits, and more. The inside of the cafe is decorated in cute pink and white, creating a lovely atmosphere. Since it was a weekday, I had the place almost to myself for a while. But soon, two groups of women and a steady stream of customers started coming in. I tried the seasonal limited edition Shine Muscat parfait for ¥1380. It was topped with cute flowers, plenty of Shine Muscat grapes, pistachio ice cream, vanilla ice cream, and grape jelly at the bottom. It was just perfect for taking a break. Thank you for the meal.

At the end of August, on a hot afternoon, I visited a cafe on my way back from a chiropractic session. This place used to do clothing alterations before, so I was curious about what they would be doing now that they've closed. Outside, there was a large ice cream cone sculpture. It turns out they have turned into a cafe. I decided to order the White Peach Parfait (1280 yen). After a short wait, the parfait arrived. The top of the parfait had a whole half of a white peach, but unfortunately, the peach was quite firm. It was a hot day, so I was looking for something refreshing, but the amount of cold elements in the parfait was quite small, with whipped cream being the most prominent. The parfait consisted of white peach, peach sorbet, whipped cream, peach sauce, mascarpone cream, granola, and peach jelly. The owner of the cafe is a young woman, and on that day, it was bustling with students.

Instagram is being updated♪★Instagram→megubooohttps://www.instagram.com/megubooo/.A cute and lovely cafe ice cream shop. Here you can enjoy soft serve ice cream, parfaits, and cute drinks. The floral cute walls make it a perfect spot for Instagram photos. I visited after seeing the new parfait. The photo shows the "White Peach Parfait" and "Mango and Shine Muscat Parfait". The White Peach Parfait uses a whole peach. I like that there is a generous amount of cream compared to other shops♪ The peach has a fairly firm texture but is delicious with a refreshing sweetness. The jelly at the bottom also has a firm texture and is satisfying to eat. It's great that there are plenty of fruits but at a reasonable price. It's like a cafe but with more elaborate and delicious parfaits. It's recommended for those who want affordable and satisfying sweets like students. It's described as having a "cute taste", but my friend who was enjoying the Muscat parfait was happy with the cost performance. They especially liked the pistachio ice cream. I heard about a parfait that uses a whole pack of strawberries and got excited, so I visited the restaurant! The interior was a lovely space that seemed perfect for girls (as a middle-aged man, I felt a bit out of place). The menu had many desserts using strawberries, as well as chocolate and matcha sweets! The parfait that caught my attention was a huge one using a whole pack of strawberries, measuring 30cm in height! I was worried I wouldn't be able to finish it all, so this time my friend and I ordered the Strawberry Parfait (1180 yen), Strawberry BONBON (1280 yen), Strawberry Soy Latte (500 yen), and Cocoa (380 yen)! The desserts looked too cute to eat. It was a blissful time enjoying the cute sweets in such a lovely shop. The sweet whipped cream must be irresistible for those with a sweet tooth. I wish I could have sipped on warm green tea while eating (laughs).

I made a reservation in advance and got a free drink. Even without a reservation, they offered a soft drink for free because it's cold today. They decorated the drink with flower petals, which was very cute. The dessert was fun, cute, and warm, and I only had to pay around 1,200 yen for about 2 hours of enjoyment. The fruits were sweet and delicious. The cream was heavy and more like whipped cream. If you have a sweet tooth, you'll enjoy it, but if you don't like sweet things, you may not be able to finish it. Ordering a shake allows you to choose from 3 different flavors, which is fun.

We stopped by with a friend on our way back from visiting Hachimangu Shrine, just a 3-minute walk away. When we looked at the menu, we saw many cute parfaits! They were all 30cm long! We ordered a parfait made with a luxurious pack of Tochiotome strawberries from Tochigi prefecture. It had strawberry ice cream, whipped cream, mascarpone, cocoa waffle, whipped cream, strawberry panna cotta, and 6 layers in total! My friend, who was initially hesitant because parfaits are usually too big, finished it all in one go! They even sprinkled flowers on the cafe latte, decorating it beautifully. The seasonal strawberries were sweet and delicious, and with the variety of flavors in the 6 layers, we didn't get tired of it at all! Even though it was so big, we devoured it in no time. It seems like a cafe where you can enjoy menus using seasonal fruits, so I would love to stop by again.

I visited the cute cafe "Cafe 17/F" located about 8 minutes from Waseda Station along Waseda Street towards Baba, crossing Anahachiman. The interior is decorated in white and pink, which is adorable. I saw on social media that they had Shine Muscat parfait, but when I saw the announcement of their new strawberry menu, I couldn't resist visiting. I went for the luxurious Strawberry Parfait (2080 yen) made with a whole pack of domestic strawberries! I had a hard time choosing a drink because they were all so cute, but since it was a cold day, I went for the Lemongrass Tea (320 yen). I didn't expect it to be so cute, with rose petals floating on top, and it tasted delicious too. The best part is the great value for the price. There are so many other menu items I want to try! They also have Wi-Fi and power outlets. Oh, today is the winter solstice! I recommend stopping by this place after visiting Anahachiman Shrine. How many times can I go here this winter?

[Tokyo Cafe] Enjoy seasonal fruit-filled parfaits and drinks at Cafe 17/F, with plenty of Tochigi strawberries! I went to Cafe 17/F with my daughter to indulge in our favorite strawberry sweets. Cafe 17/F offers a variety of treats featuring seasonal fruits such as soft serve ice cream, parfaits, and drinks. Waseda is actually where I was born and raised. I originally wanted to try the strawberry parfait and pancakes with my daughter after seeing them on Instagram, but as soon as we arrived at the cafe, my daughter mistook it for an ice cream shop... She dashed over and loudly kept ordering "Ice cream, please!!" to the staff (laughs). So, my daughter settled on soft serve ice cream and a muscat juice, while I chose a strawberry latte and a strawberry bonbon. The strawberry bonbon was pure bliss, with strawberry panna cotta, strawberry smoothie (or shake), whipped cream, and plenty of Tochigi's finest tochiotome strawberries. It was so delicious. We went by bike and it was hot, so we opted for ice cream, but they also offer hot drinks for those who prefer something warm. Next time, I'll definitely try the strawberry oven-baked pancakes that I wanted to eat. ■ Store Details: Cafe 17/F 1F Front River, 2-4-26 Nishi Waseda, Shinjuku-ku, 5 minutes walk from Waseda Station on the Tozai Line. I went to eat a parfait that was 30 centimeters tall, made with plenty of domestic strawberries. The layers of the parfait were strawberry, panna cotta, whipped cream, cocoa waffle, mascarpone cream, whipped cream, and strawberry ice cream. On top, there were lots of strawberries! The drink was a butterfly pea soda. Even the bottom of the parfait was delicious, so you can enjoy it until the end. The interior of the restaurant is very cute with a pink theme! I recommend it to girls looking for a photo-worthy spot. I think children will also be delighted.

I might have gotten the season wrong... Other reviews mentioned seasonal fruit parfaits, soft serve ice cream, and smoothies, but I couldn't find them... Since I was already there, I decided to try the chocolate mint drink. It had sweet cocoa topped with mint-flavored whipped cream. The cool refreshing sensation wasn't really there, just a hint of mint. And isn't whipped cream supposed to be cold? The mint flavor at room temperature gave me a toothpaste-like feeling in my mouth (lol). Next time, I'll make sure to check the menu properly before going in.
