What? It's a very good deal, a "Double Neta Festival"! I took the afternoon off to get a garage certificate, so I visited the restaurant for the first time around 2 p.m. on a weekday. The Double Medium Toro for 110 yen (tax included) was visually medium toro, but the taste was solidly medium toro! I definitely recommend ordering more. I ordered another plate, and the second plate was even more toro and delicious. The Double Super Thick Salmon for 110 yen was thinly sliced, but indeed thickly cut. The taste was good, but because it was thin, it lacked a bit in terms of satisfaction. The Double Kyushu Large Eel for 330 yen had a good thickness to it! It was a bit luxurious and delicious. The Double Natural Indian Tuna Tataki for 110 yen was one slice of tuna on two pieces of sushi rice, and although I had to cut it in half myself, the taste was rich and delicious. The True Mackerel with Aromatic Vegetables for 110 yen had onion and kaiware as the aromatic vegetables. The taste was lacking, so I had it with soy sauce, but the large-cut true mackerel was satisfying to eat and surprisingly delicious. The Fresh Pacific Saury for 165 yen was long and slender with a hint of fat, so it was good. The Horse Mackerel (with Green Onions and Ginger) for 110 yen was thickly sliced! The appearance was fresh and good, and the taste was good as well. The Sardine with Bonito Miso for 110 yen was surprisingly large! The taste was good, but the bonito miso, which was a mixture of bonito flakes and miso, was not purely the taste of sardine, so please keep that in mind. The Hokkaido Miso Ramen with Seafood Broth was already quite full, but I couldn't resist ordering it because of the impactful menu photo and the lower price. It came with two potatoes, two scallop fries, corn, and green onions with smelt roe in the middle, just like the menu photo. The straight medium-thick noodles were slightly firm, and the soup was not too strong but had a rounded miso flavor. However, when I zoomed in on the noodles, the miso didn't dissolve and clung to them! The toppings were solid, but does smelt roe go well with miso ramen? I thought it wasn't suitable after trying it. But for 260 yen, with this amount of toppings, it was satisfying in terms of quantity. Maybe due to the Double Neta Festival on that day, even though it was just before 2 p.m. on a weekday, the place was unexpectedly full! There were even about five groups waiting a little while later. When I entered, I was slightly shocked by the hustle and bustle, and even when I walked a short distance from the door to the waiting list machine, a lady ahead of me dashed past me, which was a bit of a shock! Well, as a Sushiro beginner, it couldn't be helped. Overall, the Double Neta Festival was satisfying in terms of taste and cost performance! However, the crowded and noisy atmosphere was a bit of a concern, making it a slightly chaotic dining experience. Thank you for the meal!
