Friday is curry day. It's an Indian restaurant located in a back alley on the north side of Sakurajosui Station. I arrived around 7:25 pm. There were no other customers. I ordered the Light Dinner Set (1280 yen), which included butter chicken curry and a mango lassi drink. I paid in cash. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I searched for a Nepalese restaurant that serves authentic Indian cuisine and came across a new restaurant. It is located near Sakura-Josui Station on the Keio Line. As soon as I entered the back alley of the north side shopping street, I saw the bright sign of the restaurant. The walls were decorated with Nepalese scenery paintings, including a view of Mount Everest. I ordered the "2 Curry Lunch Set (1,050 yen)" which allows you to choose from 10 different curries, and I selected the "Mutton Curry" and "Spinach Chicken Curry". The freshly baked "Naan" from the tandoor oven had a nice aroma of wheat and butter. The curries I ordered were both spicy, with a good balance of chili heat and spices. The mutton and chicken in the curries were tender and delicious. In addition to the curries, the set also included "Tandoori Chicken" and a "Fruit Dessert", making it a very reasonable price for a Nepalese restaurant. The name of the restaurant, "Kalika", may be the name of a rural town in Nepal. It was a satisfying meal.

You can enjoy authentic Indian curry here. When I asked for it to be spicy, it was really hot.

It feels like a hidden gem. The atmosphere is quiet and calm, and the staff are attentive. The kitchen staff even smile and see you off after you finish your meal! It has become a favorite spot for me and my friends, haha.
