The pound cake has a delightful scent of Echire butter and a perfect density, making it truly delicious. The "Bomb Echire" is a Seibu Ikebukuro exclusive, limited in quantity, and limited to two boxes per person. It is often sold out by the afternoon. Its cute round shape makes it a perfect gift for anyone, and they will surely be satisfied with its delicious taste. If you can carry it for about an hour and a half and refrigerate it, it costs around 1600 yen for a pack of three. I highly recommend trying it out.

Even though buying all three cost close to 1,000 yen, I would consider purchasing them again if they had the rum raisin flavor.

I received a gift of Financier and Madeleine assortments by chance. The Financier was particularly amazing. I couldn't believe how delicious Financier could be! They are still delicious. Crispy, fluffy, slightly chewy, with a gentle buttery flavor. Yes, I love it. If the price were a bit more affordable, I would buy them more often. But considering the experience of buying from the showcase filled with baked goods and the white and light blue packaging, I think it's still within reach. It goes well with coffee, tea, and even white wine! With a bottle of cheap wine that costs about the same as two pieces of Financier, having this can turn a simple night into a luxurious one. The biscuit was fluffy and the cream was delicious, but despite the name "bomb," it lacked the impact of a buttery aroma. I think it would be better with a buttercream filling. The Bonp Echire looks like a Marron Glace and even my family mistook it for one. The dough has a Castella-like flavor and the custard cream is slightly firm and generous. Both treats are full of Echire butter, so they soften quickly if not eaten right after taking them out of the fridge. They seem to be high in calories due to the generous amount of butter. I'm also interested in trying the limited edition Galette Care.

There were no sold-out items and I was able to buy what I was looking for. It was my first time trying the Sablé Grasé Echiré. The sablé was only glazed on the surface, so it wasn't too sweet and was surprisingly crispy! It didn't have a strong buttery taste from Echiré, but it crumbled in my mouth. I wanted to have another one, but at 10 pieces for 4,320 yen, it's quite expensive so I will savor each one carefully.
