Both the live coffee shops in Tsukiji and Tsukishima are wonderful. The regular iced coffee for takeout at 200 yen is such a great deal. It's definitely better than buying coffee at a convenience store. If you don't live around here, you might miss out, but it's definitely worth it.

The smell was so good that I decided to go in! They have a wide variety of coffee types and lots of coffee-related items. They mainly sell in 200g portions, but the prices are not too high, so it's easy to try different flavors. I'm looking forward to trying them out! I will definitely visit again.

When you get off at Tsukishima Station and enter Monja Street, you will see Live Coffee right away. Live Coffee is a coffee specialty store with several locations in Tokyo, known for its focus on coffee beans from specific regions. You can see many coffee beans from outside the store, which is exciting, and the interior is welcoming. They have clear notes about the seasonal recommended coffee and the shop's blend. I decided to try the Live Blend, and they packed 200g of coffee beans on the spot. The packaging design is simple and cute. When I ground the beans at home and tried the coffee, it was very smooth and easy to drink, suitable for any occasion. They also have various coffee servers and drippers in the store, making it a recommended place for those who want to start making coffee at home. On my second visit at the end of the month, it seems like they have a sale every month, so it's nice to be able to drink various coffees at a reasonable price. I especially like Brazil! This time, I also purchased El Salvador, so I'm looking forward to trying it!

This is a coffee specialty shop located next to Monja Street in Tsukishima. I was drawn in by the aroma of roasting beans and ended up buying beans for iced coffee. Lately, I have discovered the deliciousness of cold brew coffee and have been enjoying a cold brew coffee latte in the morning. I also really like the cold brew coffee jelly made with beans purchased from this shop. The price is relatively affordable at around 1,000 yen, and I think I will become a repeat customer. It would be nice to have an eat-in corner, but the live roasting machine is a must-see. The shop is open on weekdays from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

When I want to drink coffee, I go to the Tsukiji shop, and when I want to buy beans, I go to Tsukishima by bike. Lately, I haven't been to Tsukishima much. The beans here have a great aroma, and when you pour hot water over them for drip coffee, they swell up vigorously. The whole room is filled with the delicious smell of coffee. This is evidence that the beans are of high quality and fresh. The beans packed in vacuum-sealed bags just can't compare. The prices are also reasonable. Whenever I buy beans, I end up drinking too much, so I rely on the Tsukiji shop for espresso or iced coffee. A 50 yen boiled egg after a tough workout at the gym is much appreciated. The Tsukishima shop is takeout only, but it seems like they are considerate of the nearby shops that they supply beans to. Also, a shop with 3-4 different types of espresso beans is very rare and valuable.

A lovely coffee shop with a charming storefront on Monja Street. While it's disappointing that they only sell coffee beans and not actual coffee to drink at the Tsukishima location, unlike the Tsukiji location, the coffee here is delicious. Sometimes they have sales where you can get a good deal. The coffee flavor really shines through, whether you have it iced or hot, but it's especially enjoyable when you can savor it slowly hot. You can truly taste the high-quality coffee beans along with their aroma.

The Live Coffee in Tsukiji is a cafe despite its small size, but in Tsukishima, which is spacious, they only sell beans and you can't drink there! It's a shame because it's delicious! However, sometimes, especially when in a hurry in the morning, they politely ask, "Would you like to have a cup here?" (irregular). I wish they would let me drink when I have time in the afternoon or when I'm relaxed. The beans here are delicious though. The good smell of coffee beans always lingers in the shop. I wonder why. Both Tsukiji and Tsukishima have back issues of the magazine "Sotokoto" available. I think the editorial office is only in Tsukiji. Live Coffee also seems to be an environmentally conscious shop... In any case, it's a good thing. I want to be able to drink here to buy and read magazines. With three times the size of Tsukiji, it's a waste to have it in warehouse condition.
