The service is excellent, with thoughtful touches like covering your belongings with a cloth and timely attention. The Tan Lemon Peel is unique, with a perfect blend of citrus fragrance and saltiness. The Wagyu Kalbi has just the right amount of marbling, with a good balance and tenderness. The Wagyu Harami allows you to fully appreciate the flavor of the meat, different from the Wagyu Kalbi. The Hormone Assortment has no unpleasant smell, and the liver is so delicious you might want seconds. The stone-grilled bibimbap was mixed by the staff, creating a perfect crispy layer. I ordered the ginger ale, which you can choose to be sweet or spicy. The spicy ginger ale pairs well with the yakiniku. Mita Station is a 3-4 minute walk away. Mita is known for having many hidden gem yakiniku restaurants. This particular restaurant was opened in January this year by a chef who trained at Yakiniku Traji for 15 years and a nutritionist who worked at Traji for 10 years and is also a Yakiniku sommelier. It was a holiday and there were some families dining as well. We started with Yukhoe for a toast. It had a strong flavor that paired well with alcohol. We also added seared liver sashimi, which was delicious. The quality of the meat, both prime cuts and offal, was outstanding. The thick-cut tongue was so tender and juicy! The straw-grilled sirloin is a must-try item on the menu. The sirloin is grilled on a bed of straw which adds a nice smoky flavor to the meat. Squeezing lemon over it gives it a refreshing touch. The cold noodles with medium-thick twisted noodles were also a hit. Located about 2 minutes from Mita Station, this restaurant was opened in January 2023 by a meat lover who had been at Yakiniku Traji for over 10 years. As I visited on a holiday, the clientele seemed to consist of families and famous meat lovers. The seared liver sashimi we ordered was delicious. The perfect balance of searing that cooked it through brought out the richness of the liver. The tongue platter (3 types) had finely grated lemon peel generously sprinkled on top, which was unusual! It made the dish look even more elegant. The straw-grilled sirloin, cooked on a combination of a grill and a hot plate, was said to give the meat the most aroma, and it was a style I had never seen before with plenty of straw, a sight usually only seen outdoors! A must-see menu item unique to this place. It was best enjoyed with the refreshing sauce and rice! This yakiniku restaurant, filled with the owner's love for meat, offers a lot of unique dishes. The straw-grilled meat here is amazing! I found a fantastic yakiniku restaurant. I usually find course meals too large in portion, but here the volume was just right. Seriously, I highly recommend it! It was so delicious! This restaurant was opened by a former yakiniku chef from Yakiniku Traji, and there are many things that make it different from a regular yakiniku place. For example, they don't use lemon juice, instead they use lemon zest directly! They grill the meat with straw?! The menu is not your typical one! Drinks are around 500 yen, with glass wine available. The casual atmosphere inside makes it perfect for everyday use. There were a few empty seats, but it might be a good idea to make a reservation. Thank you for the meal! On the way back, I walked while looking at Tokyo Tower and feeling satisfied.

[Scene] Visiting the recommended yakiniku restaurant JUMP in Mita with friends/family ✨ Arrived around 8:30 PM on a weekday and the place was almost full, despite having opened just this January! We ordered popular items from the menu. Must-try dishes include the tongue, straw-grilled sirloin, and wagyu kalbi for their deliciousness. The tongue assortment includes thick-cut tongue, tongue with salt, and leek tongue with lemon shavings for added flavor. The straw-grilled sirloin was cooked by the manager, Sato-san, and the aroma of the straw added to its deliciousness. The wagyu kalbi is tender but not heavy, making it easy to enjoy with rice. The food was delicious! The meat grilled with straw was especially amazing. When eaten with rice, the flavor of the meat and the aroma of the straw combined perfectly. It would be great if they started offering all-you-can-eat straw-grilled meat! The quality of the other meats was also excellent and very tasty. In terms of cost performance, it was outstanding. Opened in January 2023 ♡ A restaurant where the owner and chef, who have trained for over 10 years at the well-known yakiniku restaurant Toraji, have ventured out on their own! They source high-quality meat from famous suppliers, offering delicious traditional yakiniku as well as original dishes that showcase their expertise. Both options were honestly delicious and I loved them both ♡ It's clear from looking around the restaurant that the owner loves alcohol! I appreciate that many dishes are seasoned to complement drinks ♡ The tongue assortment includes three types: thick-cut premium tongue, premium tongue, and scallion tongue with shaved lemon peel instead of lemon sauce, which is juicy and tender. The straw-grilled sirloin is an original dish of the restaurant! The meat with a hint of straw aroma is delightful, and the flaming performance is fun, so I highly recommend ordering it ♡ Personally, I was also surprised by the deliciousness of the pork cheek meat, which is best enjoyed when grilled ►Reservations can be made through Tabelog! A new yakiniku restaurant has opened in Yakiniku JUMP Tamachi. The owner trained at Toraji for many years before opening this place. [Orders] - Yamaimo Kimchi 450 yen - Individual Salad x2 450 yen each - Harami Sushi 800 yen - Sirloin Sushi 1100 yen The meat sushi here is really delicious! It's thick but tender and melts in your mouth. - Seared Liver Sushi 1000 yen - Senmai (beef intestine) Sushi 750 yen There is a wide variety of meat sushi here, which is great! Especially the seared liver sushi is a must-try. It's amazing! - Tongue Assortment 3800 yen Thick-cut tongue, tongue, and negi belotan. The thick-cut tongue is cooked for you, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind. It's tender, chewy, and delicious! - Jumping!! Wagyu Kalbi 1400 yen Jump for joy! (laughs) The kalbi is so delicious! - Straw-grilled Sirloin 2500 yen The restaurant's specialty meat is straw-grilled!? They experimented multiple times to perfect it. I visited Yakiniku JUMP in Mita! This newly opened yakiniku restaurant has chefs who trained for over 15 years at a famous yakiniku restaurant. The quality is top-notch, the atmosphere is cozy, and the staff are charming. A must-order is the straw-grilled sirloin, which was created after many trials. The aroma and presentation of the straw grilling are fantastic, and the meat is incredibly delicious. The meat sushi is perfectly thick and tender. The seared liver sashimi is amazing. The galbi that is so delicious you jump, and the harami that is so good you fall down? The tongue assortment comes with lemon zest and can be eaten as is without sauce. The thick-cut tongue was cooked perfectly by the staff. The cold noodles with dried cod broth and grated yam are also excellent. By the end, I had finished the soup as well. The dishes I had were Avocado Kimchi, Seared Liver Sashimi, Harami Sushi, Sirloin Sushi, Kelanchim, Tongue Assortment, Wagyu Galbi, Wagyu Harami, Cold Noodles, and Black Honey Kinako Blancmange. This hidden gem is still not well-known, so I recommend trying it out before it becomes popular! Thank you for the wonderful meal!

Before I knew it, it had become a yakiniku restaurant. It's a good impression that rice and kimchi are free for refills. It seems like a decent investment is needed to get full on meat, but the ventilation is good and it seems like a calm place to eat.

Start with the Yamaimo Kimchi and Individual Salad while enjoying the atmosphere. The meat sushi here is really delicious with perfect thickness and tenderness. The Harami Sushi was my favorite. The variety of raw dishes here is amazing, especially the seared liver sushi which was irresistible. The Tongue Assortment includes thick-cut tongue, tongue, and green onion tongue, all grilled by the staff. The Jump!! Wagyu Kalbi disappeared in an instant. The straw-grilled sirloin was dynamic and flavorful. The Cold Noodles and White Soup were a perfect way to finish the meal. The White Coffee Pudding was a surprising dessert with a creamy coffee flavor. They also offer a great value lunch menu with plenty of options.
