- Seafood bowl (regular) ¥780 tax included * Free extra rice JR Chuo Line, about a 5-minute walk from Tachikawa Station North Exit, there is a chain restaurant that serves rice bowls. There are not as many as gyudon (beef bowl) restaurants, but I feel like I see them quite often, am I the only one? Since it's not a big market, there aren't that many rival stores. It's not like they are in competition with gyudon restaurants. By the way, this restaurant is under the umbrella of the Jiro Restaurant group's Japanese food brand. They seem to have the know-how of running various types of dining establishments, so it feels safe. As for the menu, of course, it's called "Maguro Ichiba" (tuna market), so the tuna bowl looks like a good deal, but I couldn't help feeling a bit lonely with just tuna, so I decided to have the seafood bowl. [Seafood Bowl] Just like the gyudon bowl from gyudon restaurants, it looks deep, and there is enough rice, but on the other hand, even if the sushi toppings are small, they look luxurious when lined up. There is also pickled ginger, and the green color of shiso adds a nice touch, but the amount of toppings feels a bit lacking. You can have extra rice to fill your stomach, but I didn't feel that the cost performance was good. Also, because it is a solid dining company, the ingredients are neatly arranged without waste, but if that's the case, the difference from supermarket sashimi isn't felt, and then I start to think that the price could be more reasonable. In other words, I felt a bit unsatisfied in terms of taste, quantity, price, etc. Especially since I have been eating seafood bowls in various places recently. When I go to these chain restaurants, I tend to be overly concerned about the cost and whether it's cost-effective, and I end up feeling a bit tired. It's totally my own fault, due to my personality. In any case, I ended up feeling tired after eating. Thank you for the meal.
