Located about a 30-second walk from Yoyogi Station West Exit. I visited around 3:00 pm on a weekday! The staff were very friendly. After purchasing a meal ticket, I entered and ordered the half portion of the "Beni" ramen and the half portion of the roast beef bowl. The "Beni" ramen had chewy noodles and plenty of vegetables. The spiciness was just right for me, but I wouldn't mind if it was a bit spicier. I really enjoyed adding the garlic oil provided on the table, it was delicious. Although it didn't contain seafood, I personally liked that. The roast beef bowl was tender and paired perfectly with the yuzu-flavored sauce, it was delicious. The flavors were truly addictive. Thank you very much.

I visited after a long time. This time, I had the vegetable and noodle extra large serving of black champon. It has a lot of black sesame oil and black pepper, so it has a strong punch. The taste is consistently delicious. It's great that you can get a lot of vegetables. However, this time, some of the noodles were a bit hard and not cooked in the center. I like them firm, so it was not a problem for me. When I feel like eating champon again, I want to try the red one next time.

I stopped by after the Jingu Gaien Fireworks Festival. They are famous for their champon, but they also have a champon without noodles, which is basically just vegetables. It's recommended for those watching their carb intake, like when dieting. It's quite spicy.

I happened to stop by Yoyogi and saw a sign, so I entered without any prior research. There was something like a ticket machine at the entrance, so I tried to buy a meal ticket, but was told, "This is a machine for settling the bill when you leave. Please place your order at your table." Everyone, please follow the instructions of the staff when entering the restaurant (laughs). It seems to have opened in February this year, but it's a restaurant name I've never heard before. After some hesitation, I ordered the Black Champon with less noodles and more vegetables, along with a gyoza set. It's nice that you can choose the amount of vegetables. The champon here had chewy noodles and the crispness of the vegetables was just to my liking.

It is a system where you can choose your menu at an automatic ticket machine and enjoy your meal with little interaction with the staff. The taste was quite delicious. They offer a variety of Champon options, making it a convenient stop for a quick meal when you're hungry.

There is a new champon restaurant that has opened recently. When it comes to champon chains, I usually think of Ringer Hut, but I have been seeing more of these new places popping up in Tokyo. Since I had the black champon with Ma oil last time, this time I chose the red champon, gyoza, and bottled beer. Just like last time, the beer came first, so I wish they would bring out the gyoza first since it doesn't take long to cook. It would be nice if they didn't wait to serve them together with the champon. The red champon wasn't too spicy, so I prefer the black one, and I think I'll try the white one next time. Also, last time (about a week ago) we paid at the ticket machine, but this time we paid when leaving the restaurant.

On the way home from work, I stopped by this restaurant. I usually like my fried food crispy, but for some reason, I love the vegetable-filled sauce on the soft noodles in the plate udon here. It's hard to choose between champon and plate udon, but I think very few people dislike plate udon. The rice with fish broth and raw egg on top is recommended to pour champon soup over it... why didn't they tell me sooner? The gyoza... the almond jelly has a reliably gentle sweetness. I want to eat a whole bucket of it.

There are not many places in Tokyo where you can find Nagasaki specialties such as "sara udon" and "chanpon" readily available. While there are plenty of Chinese restaurants in town, these dishes originated in Japan. Lingua Hut offers them, but there isn't one near my place. However, a relatively new chain restaurant that recently opened has both dishes on their menu, which I appreciate. This was my second visit on a holiday. Last time I had the "sara udon", so this time I ordered the "chanpon". They offer it in white, red, and black variations, and I went with the classic white. The prices are reasonable, under 1,000 yen without extra toppings. The fish cake was thin and the pork slices were a bit small, but overall, it was a satisfying meal. The staff was efficient, which was a plus. I find this place to be a convenient and enjoyable option for a quick and affordable meal.

Today's lunch was a visit to Jigemon Chanpon, a recently opened restaurant in Yoyogi. This was my first visit, and I ordered the White Chanpon set (880 yen) along with the Agodama Rice + One Bite Gyoza (330 yen). The rich soup goes well with the vegetables. The thick noodles have a good texture and are delicious. Especially the vegetables and sweet potato tempura are tasty. The one-bite gyoza and Agodama rice are also good. Next time, I'll try the plate udon. It was delicious.

I had noticed a new champon restaurant opening up for a while, but hadn't had the chance to visit until today. I was a bit late for lunch, so I decided to take a leisurely walk and stumbled upon it. I was a bit confused by the modern ticket machine, but managed to purchase a ticket and was guided to a hidden room in the back. The champon was full of ingredients, with the vegetables perfectly stir-fried to retain their crispness and a satisfying portion size. The soup was rich and flavorful, with the umami of sesame oil and the aroma of black pepper blending well. They also offer white, red, and plate udon, as well as a variety of side dishes and toppings, so I look forward to trying more of their menu.

Located right near Yoyogi Station, this restaurant serves champon noodles. The menu offers either plate udon or champon. On my first visit, I ordered the white champon and a set of bite-sized gyoza. The champon was delicious, with a light yet flavorful broth. The gyoza were small and cute.

This is a new champon specialty store located on the opposite side of the shopping street in Yoyogi, near the JR elevated train tracks. The store is known for its vegetable-rich champon, as highlighted in the banner with a big photo and text of vegetables. The customer base includes not only men but also many women. It's nice that even women dining alone feel comfortable entering. I felt that adding sauce or seasoning to champon for flavor variation is a true Nagasaki style. When you add sauce to champon, it tastes like yakisoba, which enhances the B-grade gourmet feel. I would like to try the firm yakisoba next time.

I heard that this place recently opened, so I went there on a Saturday at 12 pm without having to wait in line. There are other places nearby where you have to wait in line for lunch, so this place is recommended for those who want to avoid that. The food was just okay, similar to Linga Hut in terms of taste. I felt like the seafood broth was a bit stronger here. It's a place you can visit regularly. They didn't accept transportation payments yet, but they said it will be added soon. They accepted credit cards and QR payments.

I noticed something new being built on the way to Yoyogi Station, so I decided to visit a few days later. I love both champon and plate udon, and I often eat them. It's great that I can get a lot of vegetables, and I also love the taste. They use various vegetables, so it's a unique place. The taste is also completely different, but I love it. It's a dish that Nagasaki is proud of. When I visited on a weekday during lunchtime, it was a bit past 12 o'clock, so the restaurants in the area were likely to be crowded. I had to wait a bit and sit at the counter. This time, I ordered plate udon. It was either 900 yen or 950 yen. There is a ticket machine on the left side of the entrance, but it's a bit confusing at first. For champon, there are three types of soup, and you can also add more noodles and vegetables, so there is a wide variety, which might be overwhelming at first. I ordered plate udon, and I was satisfied with the amount of vegetables and noodles. The saltiness was a bit weak, but not enough to bother me. I added vinegar and mustard from the table and enjoyed it. There was bamboo ring, but I felt like there was no meat. I didn't specifically look for it while eating, but maybe the lack of meat made the taste bland. However, it's very convenient as it's only a 5-minute walk away. Next time, I'll try the champon. I finished eating quickly, so I took a short walk around Meiji Shrine.

[Soba plate 900 yen] + [Extra noodles 100 yen] + [Double vegetables 200 yen] I felt like trying Lingua Hut's vegetable-packed champon series soba plate. The ankake sauce was a bit light. Unlike Lingua Hut, this is handmade in a wok, so there may be differences in taste depending on the person preparing it. I recommend the diced red pepper and garlic oil on the table. [One-bite dumplings (4 pieces) 200 yen] They were really small. Truly bite-sized. They were well-seasoned and juicy, didn't even need sauce, and the flavor was good, but the price and size may not offer good value for money. [Almond jelly pudding 250 yen] This was delicious. It was a smooth and melty almond jelly with a strong flavor of whipped cream, sweet and tasty. [Overall] The "Agotama Meshi" menu item requires adding soup, so you can only order it with champon. In other words, it's not possible with soba plate. Orders are taken verbally at your table, then you settle the bill at the self-checkout near the entrance with various payment options available. This is very convenient. The staff, both in the kitchen and on the floor, were full of energy and enthusiasm. The soba plate was a bit disappointing, so next time I'll review the champon. The value for money seems poor, but it may be expected given its location in front of Yoyogi Station. It's worth going just for the almond jelly pudding. The staff are mostly women, making it a welcoming place for female customers. Paper aprons are available at the tables.

I visited on the opening day. Until the end of February, they only offer a basic white champon, but it seems that other varieties will be available from March. As part of the opening celebration, they offered a free extra serving of vegetables or noodles, so I ordered the champon with extra vegetables and rice in a flavorful broth. Unfortunately, the rice in the broth wasn't very tasty, so it didn't add much to the dish. However, the champon itself was delicious! The menu stated that the soup was made from chicken and pork bones, and it was so tasty that I ended up finishing almost all of it. The vegetables were stir-fried, but still had a nice crunch, and were well-seasoned, making them enjoyable to eat with the noodles or the rice. The noodles were a bit softer than I prefer, but they were the typical thickness of champon noodles. Next time, I think I'll skip the set and just get an extra serving of noodles.

There seems to be a new restaurant opening in a place that used to be a curry shop, so I was looking forward to it. Today, it finally opened, so I went to check it out. It's located just a short walk from Yoyogi Station, down a street lined with various eateries. The restaurant is on the first floor, with many menu signs displayed outside. Inside, the layout is the same as the previous restaurant, with a counter in front of the kitchen and tables by the window. There is a ticket machine in the front where you can place your order before being seated. They offer three flavors of champon: regular, spicy, and black champon. I was curious about the black champon, which I was told is a rich champon made with lard, so I decided to try that. You can also choose to have less noodles and add extra vegetables for an additional charge, so I opted for less noodles and extra vegetables. The interior of the restaurant has a bright and inviting atmosphere, with an impressive display of vegetables. The chef is diligently chopping vegetables in the space facing the street. With the extra vegetables, the bowl was filled with a generous amount of crunchy vegetables. The vegetables were stir-fried quickly in oil, and underneath them were thick noodles that absorbed the flavorful broth over time. They also had a variety of condiments, including a surprising addition of "Kincho" sauce, which is mainly used for plate udon but I found it complemented the champon well. It added a complex, slightly sweet and rich flavor to enhance the dish. I realized there must be differences in the soup and flavors when ordering plate udon, and it made me want to come back again. The staff were warm and attentive, making it a pleasant dining experience. I look forward to visiting again. Thank you for the meal.

Hmm, disappointing. It wasn't tasty at all. I washed it down with beer from the afternoon. The taste wasn't good and the service wasn't good either. And yet, the price wasn't that cheap.

An unexpectedly stylish space for a champon restaurant. The champon is loaded with vegetables and the noodles are smooth. The soup, full of vegetable goodness, is easy to drink and delicious.
