I worked under the sun during the day and used up my energy, so I decided to replenish with some meat and went to the Ikinari Steak Tsukishima branch for a steak. When I sat down and ordered a beer, the staff told me that I could place my food order through a QR code on the web. I ordered my usual Wild Steak and Wild Combo, but changed the side to broccoli. The web ordering system was quite smooth, and it seemed like the kitchen received my order quickly. This time, the steak seemed to come hotter than usual. There were quite a few elderly customers dining alone or as a couple, and I really appreciate the culture of enjoying steak easily that Ikinari Steak has created. Enjoying a beer with a hot, meaty steak left me feeling full and satisfied.

I had some free time during the day, so I decided to visit Ikinari Steak for the first time in Kachidoki. I ordered the limited-time "Misji Steak 200g lunch set (tax included 1840 yen)." Shortly after ordering, I was served soup and salad, followed by the steak and rice a few minutes later. Initially, I was considering the 300g steak, but I found the 200g portion to be quite satisfying. I poured the steak sauce provided at each table over the meat, and as the steam rose from the hot plate, the oil splattered. It is recommended to wear the paper apron provided. The steak was tender, with the knife easily cutting through the thick meat. It was incredibly soft and easy to chew. While the garlic paste cream alone had a good flavor, I believe adding the sauce enhanced it even more. The meat alone might be slightly lacking in flavor, but the Misji steak was impressively tender and satisfying. With this meal, I feel energized to tackle my work in the afternoon.

My wife had a tough day at work and wanted to eat some meat, so we went to Ikinari Steak in Tsukishima. We arrived around 7 pm and the restaurant was almost full. I was surprised to see quite a few elderly men dining alone, but I guess they know that protein is important for longevity. There were also a good number of solo female diners, which is great to see in a casual steakhouse like Ikinari. We ordered the usual steak and hamburger combo, and my wife got the 300g wild steak. We asked for broccoli instead of the usual side, and after a short wait, our steaks arrived piping hot. Drizzling the sweet sauce over the meat, we dug in and enjoyed the juicy, flavorful bites. I personally like to have mustard on the side nowadays, and pairing the hot meat with beer or wine was just perfect. We savored every bite and left the restaurant feeling full and satisfied.

On the way back from a social gathering, I felt like having steak so I visited this restaurant. Eating steak late at night may feel guilty, but my appetite won over. I chose from the menu and ordered, and the steak came quickly. It was delicious! The 300g steak was just the right amount, and it tasted even better with a cold beer. I wanted to have rice too, but I thought about the next day and decided against it. I finished off with some sauce after starting with salt, and the lingering taste of the meat was delightful. Thank you for the meal!

I went to Ikinari Steak for the first time in a long time and had a wild 450g steak with broccoli topping. In the past, some places were hit or miss, but it's been so long that I'm not sure anymore. This time, it was delicious. I always bring my own outdoor spices and Himalayan rock salt instead of using the steak sauce. I also had wasabi soy sauce in between bites, and felt like I was in America with the sweet sauce and mustard on the table. I was thinking about getting potatoes, but ended up just eating the broccoli with salt and getting a second helping of rice. I left feeling full. I used a coupon for over 1 year, getting a 500 yen discount, so it was 2,180 yen in total. Very satisfied. The system has changed a lot, so I had drifted away, but thank you for the meal. Maybe I'll come back in another year, haha.

The other day, my wife wanted to eat more juicy meat, so we visited Ikinari! Steak in Tsukishima for steak. We couldn't find a large salad, so we ordered two small salads. We ordered the usual Wild Combo and a 300g Wild Steak for the meat. We enjoyed the hot steak on the sizzling hot plate with some beer as a side. The steak looked more impressive than the usual steak. We poured sauce on the hot plate and grilled the meat to our liking, enjoying it as a snack with beer and wine. The staff seemed more energetic compared to last time, and the restaurant had a lively atmosphere. We were satisfied and full with the juicy steak.

Last time I had a 300g prime rib steak. This time I skimped and got a 450g wild steak. I regretted it. The quality of the meat is completely different. The wild steak has a lot of gristle and is hard to chew. My son, who I brought with me, had the exact same impression. I guess you shouldn't skimp when it comes to eating steak.

I visited the Kachidoki branch of "Ikinari Steak" when I wanted to have a quick steak with lean meat. I ordered a 150g lean shoulder roast and a 100g premium fillet steak set with rice, salad, and soup. I asked for the shoulder roast to be cooked medium and the fillet to be cooked medium rare. Even though it's US beef, the fillet was tender and the shoulder roast had a good balance of lean meat and a hint of fat, which paired well with the rice. I enjoyed the fillet on its own. I was quite hungry, so I finished the 250g portion quickly, and managed to eat the remaining 100g as well. The total cost was around 2,800 yen. I visited on a Saturday at 11 am, and the restaurant started filling up with customers. Despite the various criticisms, "Ikinari Steak" seems to have many fans. Overall, I think it offers a more authentic steak experience compared to family restaurant chains, and the value for money is good. Thank you for the meal!

My wife wanted to eat meat, so we went to the Ikinari Steak restaurant in Tsukishima. As usual, my daughter and I ordered the Wild Combo, while my wife ordered the 300g Wild Steak with a side salad. We started with the salad, enjoying the original dressing, and waited for the steaks with beer in hand. The Wild Combo arrived piping hot, and we enjoyed cooking the slightly raw sides and adding a sweet sauce and mustard on top of the broccoli. The Wild Steak had a great meaty texture, and the hamburgers were delicious as well. Despite the various opinions about Ikinari as a company, I am truly grateful for the culture they have created where you can easily enjoy steak. We left feeling full and satisfied after enjoying delicious meat, hamburgers, and wine.

I came back after several years and it was still delicious. I devoured a 300g top rib steak with a large serving of rice. Personally, I find more satisfaction here than at fancy teppanyaki restaurants. I've heard that the restaurant has been facing financial difficulties in recent years, but I am grateful that they continue to serve delicious steaks at affordable prices.

My wife wanted to eat meat on her day off during the week, so we went to Ikinari Steak in Tsukishima for a Wild Steak. When I asked for a paper apron, I noticed that it had some words on it... it was a collaboration apron with "Extreme Househusband," which was pretty cool. I ordered the usual Wild Combo and a Wild Steak. Lately, I feel like the cooking level has been consistent and reliable, so I can order with confidence. When the hot plate arrived, I poured a slightly sweet sauce over it, covered myself with the apron to protect from splatters, and waited for it to settle. Once it settled, it was time to eat, and I moved the steak onto the broccoli to avoid overcooking. I think I like this kind of steak the best lately, with just the right amount of fat. It was a satisfying meal with a deliciously meaty steak.

My wife, who had been working throughout the consecutive holidays, said she wanted to eat meat, so we went to Ikinari Steak in Kachidoki. My wife ordered the Wild Steak 200g, while my daughter and I ordered the Wild Combo 150g each, with corn changed to broccoli. We started with a salad and had beer while waiting for the steaks to arrive. When the steaks arrived, they were still mostly rare, but after pouring sauce on the hot iron plate with the meat and waiting a bit, they were cooked to perfection. It had been a while since we last visited, but Ikinari Steak never disappoints with its meaty goodness, and the hamburgers were delicious too. Lately, I've found that adding mustard enhances the flavor, so I generously applied it while enjoying the meat and hamburgers. We switched from beer to wine, and had a satisfying meal of meat and drinks after a long time.

I wandered around Kachidoki Station for lunch today. I took the Toei Oedo Line and exited from the A3b exit at Kachidoki Station. I turned left and walked a little on Kiyosumi Street towards Tsukishima. Then I turned right at the intersection of Kiyosumi Street and Harumi Street, walked a little on Harumi Street towards Harumi, and on the right-hand side, I found the "Ikinari Steak Kachidoki Store" that I visited today. I entered the store at 12:55 on a weekday. There were five customers in the store, two pairs of men and women, and three men dining alone. I sat at the counter seat along the back wall and checked the menu. The menu includes various steak options such as ribeye steak, sirloin steak, fillet steak, tri-tip steak, and more, along with combo sets and side dishes for lunch. I ordered the "Chicken Combo" with "Lunch Set" and "Extra Rice". After waiting for 7 minutes, I was served with homemade beef soup and lunch salad. Then, after 3 more minutes of waiting, I received the "Chicken Combo" and "Extra Rice". The "Chicken Combo" consisted of a grilled chicken steak (220g) and a wild hamburger (150g) with sides of corn, broccoli, and carrots. The grilled chicken steak was crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside, and flavored with garlic paste on top. The wild hamburger was delicious, especially when paired with mustard. The vegetables were well-prepared and enjoyable to eat. The beef soup had a tasty consomme flavor with beef tendons. The salad with the original dressing was also satisfying. I enjoyed the meal, finishing all 370g of meat. Thanks for the meal!

I happened to come across a "Ikinari Steak" restaurant in the Kachidoki area while walking around from Shinbashi to Tsukishima and Tsukuda. "Ikinari Steak" used to be rapidly expanding its stores at one point, but lately it has been struggling, with even the store in Kanda-Imagawabashi on my commute route closing down. So, encountering a still operating store like this is quite rare these days.
Although I don't have any particular support or sympathy for the parent company of this restaurant, especially given their current situation, I am curious to see how they are operating now. So, I decided to stop by. It has been a while since I last visited an "Ikinari Steak," probably back when I was living in Nagoya.
Inside the restaurant, I was seated at a table for one and looked at the menu. Despite the competition from other restaurants that imitated the "Ikinari Steak" concept, they seem to be sticking to their guns with their menu offerings and pricing. I was hoping they might have some desperate discounted set menus due to their struggling business, but that wasn't the case.
I decided to try the "Frank Steak (200g) (1,650 yen)" which was listed as a limited-time item on the menu. I also ordered the "Salad & Rice Set (330 yen)" on the side. The steak came with a steak sauce, but I prefer my steak with wasabi soy sauce.
The steak had a typical American-style texture with a good chew, giving a satisfying feeling of eating meat. It wasn't bad, but the overall price with the additional rice and salad made it quite expensive.
After finishing my meal, I tried to use my meat mileage card, only to find out that the membership services have fully transitioned to their app. I sighed at how dependent we have become on smartphones for everything, even for eating out.
Overall, "Ikinari Steak" has played a significant role in making steak more accessible for everyday dining, but with the emergence of competing restaurants, their concept seems to have become outdated. My recent experience dining there left me with a rating of 6 out of 10.

I really felt like eating meat, so I went to Ikinari Steak for the first time! I ordered the rib roast 200g and Wagyu random cut 80g that I had seen on Instagram. Since it was my first visit, they gave me a complimentary Coke Zero. At first, the steak was sizzling hot on the iron plate, and I was excited to pour the steak sauce on it. It cooled down quickly, but it was tender and had only a few tendons, so it was easy to eat.

I wanted to eat meat, so I went to Ikinari Steak in Kachidoki. I ordered the mixed cut steak which includes various cuts of meat, along with a sweet sauce with extra garlic and mustard on the side. Lately, I have been enjoying the taste of garlic in my steak. I also finished my child's leftover steak, and had a satisfying and meaty dinner. Although the company's stock price has not been recovering, I always think that it is a great achievement to make steak accessible to everyone. I noticed that even elderly people come alone to enjoy a steak, showing that the trend of solo steak dining is becoming popular.

Emergency declaration has been lifted, so I went to Ikinari Steak in Kachidoki to enjoy a wild steak. I ordered the Wild Combo 450g and the Wild Steak 200g. It had been a while since my last visit, and I noticed that the hot plate for the steak seemed hotter than usual. Normally, I prefer my steak rare, but this time the plate was so hot that I was worried it might get overcooked if left on it for too long. The 450g portion seemed a bit much, but it went well with beer or wine as a hearty snack. I was satisfied with this meat feast after a long time.

There is a Ikinari Steak near Kachidoki Station on the Toei Oedo Line. The restaurant is located in a prime location where Kyosumi Street and Harumi Street intersect. The exterior features a brick wall with a poster of the smiling president, which is the typical style of Ikinari Steak. The interior has seating for about 30 people. The floor can be slippery due to the grease, so be careful with your shoes. The menu offers reasonably priced items, such as the Wild Hamburg 150g for 770 yen and the Wild Steak 150g for 880 yen. Lunch sets are available during lunch hours, which include rice, salad, and soup for an additional 220 yen. I tried the Wild Steak 150g for 880 yen. The steak is served rare in the center, so you can adjust the cooking to your liking. The steak sauce adds flavor, and the meat is tender with minimal gristle. The side dishes have improved with a balance of corn, broccoli, and carrots. The lunch set includes a salad with a choice of dressing, a clear soup with small meat pieces, and rice. The service can be slow during peak hours, but overall, it is a good value for tasty steak.

On a regular day at 11:30 am, I went to Kachidoki for lunch before starting work in the afternoon. I wanted to eat some good meat, so I took a detour on my commute to come here. The restaurant was almost full, looks like it's doing well. There was even a line forming when I left. It made me realize that people really do love their meat. I ordered the Ribeye Steak 220g (1859 yen) and a black oolong tea as a Gold Card member perk. The staff seemed quite busy, but they were running a pretty cost-effective operation. When the steak arrived, I started with salt and pepper, then finished the rest with steak sauce. It was juicy and delicious. Steak is definitely a good choice.

On a regular day at 6pm, there were three groups of customers already at the restaurant. The service at the nearby Harumi Triton store was relatively good, but it has closed down, leaving this store as the only option in the area. I ordered the Angus beef tender cut steak. It had a good thickness and just the right amount of fat, and the sauce was delicious, but the teppan (iron griddle) was cold to the touch. I didn't ask for it to be reheated as it seemed like a hassle. The conditions and benefits for upgrading in the meat mileage program have been changed (for the worse), and with service like this, I feel even less inclined to come back.
