Located right near Yoyogi Nishiguchi. Just across from Fuji Soba, next to the popular burger joint JB'S. I tried the limited-time offer until 5/31, the Salmon and Mushroom Butter Soy Sauce Pasta, small size (940 yen). I was used to ordering food with tickets at other places, so I was surprised that at Yoyogi, you have to order verbally. This means you have to wait for the waitress to be available both when ordering and when paying, which can be a bit bothersome. The floor and kitchen seemed to be slow, even though there were only about three customers, and it took almost 15 minutes for the food to be served (did Pancho always take this long?). There was also seating on the 2nd floor, but I was worried about what would happen if they also used that space (not my business). Now, onto the most important part, the taste. I anticipated that it would be difficult to catch the waitress again, so I got some lemon kosho and chili oil in advance. First, I tried it as it was. The visual was unmistakably butter soy sauce. The melted butter looked delicious. Shockingly, it lacked any significant flavor. I tried mixing it vigorously, but it was laughably tasteless. No concept of seasoning, huh? Can I have some salt please? I tried to remix it with lemon kosho and chili oil, but the lack of flavor remained. Maybe the salmon is salted? I thought as I ate, but no, it was bland. In desperation, I added powdered cheese, but it just didn't work. No, it doesn't go well (>_<). Whether it's the fault of the limited-time menu or the Yoyogi branch, there's no way to compare since it's a limited-time menu, but the quality as a chain restaurant has significantly declined. Maybe they should taste it before serving it. I've always been a bit careless because Pancho seems to maintain the same quality across all locations, but this time, with this limited-time offer (maybe because it's limited?), it seems different. I guess I have to stick to eating Neapolitan at Neapolitan restaurants. Naturally, I couldn't finish it.
