If it's Soramachi, you can wander around nearby, so I could have gone a little later. - Salmon Trio (Marinated Salmon, Fresh Salmon, Torched Salmon Belly) I chose the marinated salmon, which was smooth and delicious. The torched salmon was also great. - Torched Mackerel, Tuna, Drinkable Otoro The fresh salmon was so tender! The description of the melting fat blending with the rice was spot on. 4 plates for 1870 yen. It's rare for a solo female diner to pay this much for sushi, but the portions were generous and the fish was delicious! Also, despite being full, the service was quick from ordering to serving.
