I wrote "Shinjuku" but it's actually in Akebonobashi (near Ichigaya and Yotsuya Sanchome), so be careful. I enjoyed a barbecue with 6 friends. We made a last-minute reservation so we brought our own food, and just added the all-you-can-drink option. The all-you-can-drink menu included canned beer, canned soft drinks, plum wine, and highballs that you make yourself. There was also free ice available so you could make your own drinks. The balcony is the BBQ space where you grill the meat, but it gets very hot like a sauna. The indoor area has air conditioning, so it's nice to grill the meat and then go inside to eat. The place has fully equipped bathrooms and a kitchen, so there was no stress at all. The price is 2980 yen for 90 minutes, with an additional 1100 yen for each 30-minute extension. Personally, I would like to go back again.

We went on a Thursday at 6:15 pm with a reservation for 4 people. We didn't have to wait. We spent around 15,000 yen for 4 people. We had a variety of grilled meat, pizza, paella, and yakisoba. The restaurant offers BBQ experiences in Tokyo! We chose the hands-free course with 4 dishes. The private room had a house-like feel and was very spacious. They provided everything we needed for grilling. The food was delicious and we were satisfied with the portion size. The paella, although not shown in the photos, was also very tasty! The all-you-can-drink option was great too. I would love to go back again. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

BBQ Shinjuku (Akebonobashi) The company's annual elderly GGQ tournament, which had been canceled due to ongoing restrictions, was finally held this year. The organizer reserved this wonderful restaurant, BBQ Shinjuku. I had always thought it was near Shinjuku station, but it turned out to be in Akebonobashi. Close call! I almost passed by the building before I noticed it. I changed into indoor shoes and went up to the second floor. The living room was beautifully lit, and there was a spacious balcony space at the back where various grilling tools were prepared for simultaneous cooking. We booked the Hands-Free BBQ set for 5480 yen, which came with a variety of pre-prepared dishes and all-you-can-drink beer and other drinks. The drink selection was even more extensive than what was listed on the website, including vodka and tequila. I may have had too much spirits and ended up in a bit of trouble later, but the food was delicious. We had kalbi, meat platter, paella, yakisoba, pizza, seafood platter, and Dutch oven sukiyaki. The portions per person were a bit small, but the variety made up for it. Time flew by quickly, and before we knew it, it was closing time. The view of the tall buildings behind the balcony roof was stunning, and I can imagine it would be even more beautiful at night. It was a highly satisfying BBQ experience.
