This is Gurumani. I've been so curious about the seafood bowl at Miyuki En that I often see on Instagram, so I visited Kichijoji! I really want to explore Kichijoji! I walked through the shopping street, passed through Tokyu, and appeared at a place with the attractive words "Highball 50 yen"! The interior of the store is spacious on the second floor! The counter yakiniku also looks good, right? I quickly looked at the menu, asked the staff for recommendations, and ordered what I was interested in right away! ▶︎▶︎▶︎▶︎▶︎Enjoy your meal◀︎◀︎◀︎◀︎◀︎ Fresh Kimchi Kimchi is so important in determining the taste of the restaurant, I've been thinking lately! It was crunchy and fresh, and delicious! Rare Steak Yukke Style This was so rich and delicious! At this point, I already wanted rice so badly! I finished it in an instant! Thick Cut Tongue Beef tongue is the best, right!! Thick tongue is the best! Slowly cook it with fire, and when you cook it just right, the deliciousness spreads in your mouth! Kama Koshihikari Rice 1.5 cups Miyuki En puts effort into their rice, and you can choose from three types: "Yumepirika," "Tsunashime," and "Koshihikari." The grains were really firm and fluffy, and so delicious! Fresh Thick Cut Liver I cooked it thoroughly, dipped it in sesame oil and salt, and ate it, and it was so good!! Liver is best with salt, right! It was delicious with little odor. Toro Hormone This was surprising! It was a first experience to dip grilled hormone in a special broth with sudachi added! It was so soft and fluffy, and I was amazed to feel the richness of the oil spreading in my mouth! Shabu Roast with Egg Yolk You quickly cook it, dip it in egg, and eat it, but it's the best when you put it on rice! It reminded me of [jump] and [Yakiniku Hormone Ushigoro]. Frosty Toro Taku Roll It's not a tuna toro taku roll, but a toro taku made with frosted meat! The richness of the frosted meat spreads in your mouth the moment you put it in your mouth! Uni and Ikura Meat Seafood Bowl A meat seafood bowl made with A5 rank black wagyu beef, sea urchin, salmon roe, and scallops!!! This is the signature dish of Miyuki En! I was wondering how beef and salmon roe would go together, but this was amazing!
