I had lunch at a rare "Napolitan specialty shop" ♥️ They serve a Napolitan with a Japanese twist, using bonito dashi for a unique flavor ♥️ The dish includes green peppers, onions, shimeji mushrooms, and Vienna sausages, giving it a nostalgic touch. Instead of using a lot of ketchup, they use their own homemade tomato sauce, which gives the dish a calm red color and a hint of acidity from the tomatoes ♥️ The noodles are thick and chewy, mixed with the sauce and ingredients, creating a nostalgic yet new flavor ♥️ Plus, you can get a free large portion! What a deal ♥️ The shop is located in a residential area in the back streets of Nishi-Azabu, just a stone's throw away from the famous ramen shop "Rakkan NISHIAZABU GOLD" ♥️ I heard that the bar "Kasumatei" offers lunch service from 12-2 pm on weekdays, including a drink, all for 900 yen. It was delicious! ♥️

Lunch: ■ Kasumicho Napolitan ¥900 Nearest stations: Roppongi Station, Nogizaka Station I had been curious about this restaurant that was featured on a gourmet show called "Tokyo Eat" (hosted by the currently self-restrained "Gourmet King of the Entertainment Industry") in the "Azabu Area x Gourmet President" episode. The restaurant is only open on weekdays from 12:00 to 14:00, so it's quite a high hurdle to visit, haha. The bar in Nishi-Azabu, "Kasumatei," serves "Napolitan" during lunchtime. They started serving the popular "Napolitan" from the bar time during lunch hours. While curry is common, Napolitan is rare. The location is in a back alley in Nishi-Azabu, almost directly in front of the popular ramen shop "Rakkan." There was only one customer ahead of me. You can tell that it is a moody bar in the evening for sure. It's a bar with a great location and atmosphere that will definitely impress trendy Minato-ku girls if you take them there. During the day, J-POP music is played loudly, haha. I ordered the Napolitan from the friendly master. The large size is free, but I asked for a regular size. You can choose between barley tea and coffee for your drink. Soon enough, the Napolitan arrived on a traditional silver plate. Looks delicious. The unique feature of this Napolitan is the Japanese-style taste using bonito dashi. It includes standard ingredients like green peppers, onions, sausages, shimeji mushrooms, and even komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach?). However, despite the traditional appearance, the taste is anything but ordinary. It's a unique dish with a mellow homemade tomato sauce seasoned with cumin and garlic. So tasty. The deliciousness of this Napolitan, enjoyed after drinking alcohol at night, is beyond imagination. Minato-ku girls would surely be satisfied with the taste. The regular size is enough to fill even a man's stomach. Compared to the small pasta lunches at lame cafes, this one is much more satisfying. The only downside is that the sausage tastes more like fish meat, so it would be appreciated if they used normal sausages, haha. Next time, I'll bring trendy Minato-ku girls and visit at night.

I went to a restaurant called "Kasumicho Napolitan" in Roppongi that was featured on a gourmet TV show called "Tokyo Eat" for lunch yesterday. It was located on a quiet narrow street off the main road (photo 1). I arrived after the usual lunch hours around 1 pm, so there were no other customers except for me (two men came in while I was eating). The menu only had one item, Napolitan, priced at ¥900. I ordered an iced coffee and opted for the free large portion. It was served in about 5-6 minutes (photo 2). It was just a regular Napolitan dish. The large portion was more like a regular portion for men. The restaurant's atmosphere and location were nice, which added to the overall dining experience.

In Nishi-Azabu, there is a hidden gem restaurant that is more like a bar. The menu only offers one option - Neapolitan pasta, with the choice of getting a large portion for free. The restaurant was quiet with no other customers, so there was no wait. The Neapolitan pasta looked simple but had a good amount of sauce. The first bite was flavorful with a hint of salt followed by the taste of tomato sauce and herbs. It was delicious, especially the noodles which were chewy and had a good texture. It felt similar to eating udon noodles. Overall, I found this restaurant to be a great find!

A small shop located in a narrow alley. If you're a ramen lover, it's right near Roppongi NISHIAZABU GOLD, which might make it easier to find. It's a bar at night, but if you visit during the day, they'll just ask you "Is a regular size okay?" and serve you a plate of Neapolitan pasta. The bar has a calm atmosphere, which is quite nice. The Neapolitan pasta comes with bell peppers, sausage, onions, and other classic toppings. The noodles are chewy and the tomato base is juicy with a hint of spice, making it very delicious. It costs 900 yen and comes with self-service drinks. You can also get a large portion for free. If you love Neapolitan pasta, be sure to give it a try.

At night, there is a bar called Kasumi-tei. They have started offering a special lunch menu of Napolitan dishes. The atmosphere of the bar is fantastic. You can get a large serving for 900 yen, with a free drink included. The noodles seem to be fresh and have a chewy texture, very delicious. The sausage toppings may be lacking, but the noodles and seasoning alone make it incredibly tasty. The taste, location, and price make it a great value. Even though it's a large serving, I finished it in no time. The quality is so good that I immediately wanted to have more after finishing. Thank you for the meal.
