There was a collaboration with Snoopy at Mitsukoshi Nihonbashi. In the B1 floor, there was also a collaboration with sweets. I decided to try the soft serve ice cream in a Snoopy cup with vinegar topping. You can choose between blueberry and muscat vinegar for the topping, and I chose blueberry. The cute Snoopy container arrived with the soft serve ice cream inside. They also gave me a bag so I could take the container home. The soft serve ice cream had blueberry vinegar on top. Since it's vinegar, it has a strong acidity and a bit of a unique taste, but it's not too sweet and quite delicious. The acidity of the vinegar is stronger than the flavor of the blueberry, so it might be a hit or miss for some people. I personally like vinegar, so I enjoyed it.

I finished looking around the Mitsukoshi main store basement and then moved to the new building. I found a sign for "OSUYA" and decided to try their "Vinegar Soft Cream." I chose the "Blueberry Vinegar" flavor and also ordered some "Waffle Corn." The soft cream was smooth and had a nice texture, while the vinegar flavor was subtle and not overpowering. The waffle corn was crispy and had a nice ginger flavor inside. Overall, it was a decent experience at OSUYA.

Visited around noon on a holiday in 2021. I heard that vinegar drinks are good for health, so I stopped by to check out the bottles. I found some vinegar drinks for takeout, so I decided to try one! I tried the pomegranate vinegar with soda for 345 yen. It had a sour taste but also a hint of sweetness, making it easy to drink. I like sour things, but I'm not a fan of strong acidity, so this vinegar drink was just right for me! My friend ordered the cherry blossom vinegar, and I took a sip. It had a cherry blossom aroma, giving me a strange feeling as if I were eating cherry blossom mochi. I'm considering whether to buy a bottle for health purposes, but I want to take my time to find my favorite flavor!

On March 2, 2019, I received a fashionable "vinegar" from my wife's friend. However, I am not a fan of "black vinegar" so I was unsure about trying a different type. Among the 6 varieties, I chose the set of Kyoho grape, apple, and yuzu. I tried the Kyoho grape flavor first, and as expected, it was not to my liking. I thought mixing it with beer as suggested in the recipe would be the safest option, but I couldn't appreciate the taste. I am satisfied with using it as a dipping sauce for agar jelly. I apologize for not being able to fully enjoy the gift.
