I bought a ticket for the large serving tsukemen (tax included 940 yen) and took a seat at the counter. The presentation is really beautiful. I slurp the noodles to enjoy the last bit of summer. The taste is as reliable as ever. I actually came here because the ramen shop I wanted to go to was closed, but I feel completely at ease. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I heard that there is a famous cold ramen dish in Yamagata, so I went to Sharyo. It is served cold with raw shichimi pepper on top. It is light and refreshing, but I wish there were more toppings. The noodles are not slippery but more on the chewy side, and the soup is saltier than it looks. The raw shichimi pepper doesn't have much flavor, so it's better to use the shichimi pepper on the table. This kind of dish is perfect for hot days. #ramen #ramenlover #noodlestagram #coldramen #rawshichimi #Akasaka #AkasakaLunch #Sharyo

I don't like tsukemen, so I ordered a large serving of ramen. The noodles were medium-thick and the soy sauce flavor, so it took me a while to finish. Personally, I didn't really like the taste. It was good that it didn't have a seafood taste. I'm considering trying tsukemen next time.

About 20 years ago? I had my first tsukemen at Rokurinsha, but I didn't like the fish powder that came in a mountainous pile. I visited several tsukemen shops known as top-notch, but they were all similar and didn't suit my taste. I randomly walked into this shop, and since everyone was ordering tsukemen, I decided to try it for the first time in over a decade. The portion wasn't overwhelming like before, and there wasn't as much fish powder, so I thought I could manage it, but I still prefer regular ramen. I'll go for that next time. I heard that this place is related to Rokurinsha in some way. Perhaps due to a shortage of staff, self-service for soup refills was implemented.

It's hard to find this shop, located in the basement of the 1235th office building in Tokyo. They operate on a pre-paid ticket system (cash only) and offer a special large serving of dipping noodles for 1190 yen. I visited on a weekday after 6 pm when I was quite hungry, so I opted for the large serving. The dipping noodles here take about 15 minutes to prepare, which is quite long. The shop was empty when I arrived, but quickly filled up, causing a bit of a wait. Despite the wait, I think this shop is delicious and hope it becomes more popular. The noodles for the dipping noodles are still the same as before, which is great, although the ramen noodles have unfortunately changed after renovation. The individual space in this shop is decent, so you don't have to worry about bumping elbows with others.

The tsukemen at the basement of the office building was a huge portion and very delicious. I was very satisfied, but the seasoned egg was overcooked instead of half-cooked. It was probably just a mistake, but for a 100 yen extra charge, they should get it right.

I often pass by this shop on my way to work and it always seems busy with customers, so I was curious about it for a long time. This time, around 3 pm, I was able to go in without waiting, so I decided to stop by. I didn't realize it was a popular shop at all... The noodles were quite lively and if I slurped them normally, they would definitely splatter onto the person next to me. It had a different vibe from Jiro's, which I liked. The chashu was also my favorite type, melt-in-your-mouth. I will definitely make another visit for work reasons!

I haven't eaten tsukemen much before, but the thick noodles with a nice chew were incredibly delicious! The dipping sauce wasn't as rich as I expected, but it had a delicious aftertaste. I tried the "Nama Shichimi Tsukemen" this time, and I highly recommend the fresh shichimi spice. It's not too spicy and has a great aroma. I added some sansho pepper halfway through, and it added a tingly sensation and a nice fragrance, successfully changing the flavor!

It's been a while since I worked nearby. The place has always been stylish, but now it has a more luxurious feel. I went down the large staircase to find Sharyo located in a great spot. I ordered the Chinese noodles at the entrance ticket machine and sat at the counter. The interior is self-service like other places, keeping costs low. After waiting for about 5 minutes, my noodles arrived. The soup seemed darker and richer than at other places, with a generous amount. The taste was still excellent, though. The noodles were a bit firmer than I prefer, with a slightly crunchy texture. The green onions and bamboo shoots were good, but the pork was a bit tough. Overall, the value for money was great. Thank you for the meal.

I was tired from work and very hungry, so I wanted to eat something hearty and decided to come here! I had the Special Tsukemen (dipping noodles) - Special Size for 1,180 yen. It came with 4 types of seasonings for flavor variation, and it was not too heavy at all. I finished it in no time. I would like to try their ramen next time.

"Sharen" aims to offer delicious tsukemen that can be enjoyed every day. The special medium-thick noodles bring out the flavor of wheat, complemented by a Japanese-style seafood broth with the added umami of pork and chicken soup. The light yet satisfying double soup has a punch to it, but the seafood flavor keeps it from getting boring. It's a taste that you'll want to eat over and over again, becoming addictive. This is what "Sharen" strives for in their tsukemen, but this time, it's ramen with a curly texture that becomes addictive.

I tried the Spicy Ramen with Shichimi (small) for 790 yen, with an additional flavored egg for 100 yen. It was my first time trying Shichimi with sesame, and I found that the sesame flavor was strong and the aroma was intense compared to regular Shichimi. I ordered the small size, but the portion was sufficient and good value for money. One of the female staff members provided excellent service.

I visited Shosuzu @ Akasaka Intercity air for the first time in a while. I tried the raw shichimi tsukemen that I had been curious about after seeing the sign outside the store. (I love raw shichimi... I usually order the shrimp tsukemen.) The soup and bowl were quite delicious and served piping hot, so it was nice that they didn't cool down quickly. With black shichimi, yuzu powder, and plum on the table, you can also enjoy changing the flavor without getting bored. It's not amazingly delicious, but it's a reassuring tsukemen that you can eat without worries...

Recently, I've been seeing Sharyo everywhere. I went to the one in Akasaka and noticed from the sign that it is affiliated with Rokurinsha. The sign says "Tokyo Rokurinsha" in small letters. I arrived at 12:20 on a weekday and there were 5 people waiting outside. The turnover was not as fast as I expected, but I was seated after about 10 minutes and my tsukemen arrived five minutes later. I ordered the regular size of the raw shichimi tsukemen (890 yen). I started eating without using the raw shichimi first. The dipping sauce had a good umami flavor even though it wasn't too thick, which left a good impression. The thick noodles had a nice firmness and were delicious. The chashu and menma were also good. About halfway through, I added the raw shichimi. It's worth the extra hundred yen, as it's a quality raw shichimi. It made the dish even more delicious. While I'm not sure if it's accurate to say it's the best in Sharyo's history or that it has changed the concept of tsukemen (haha), it's definitely tasty. I almost ended up finishing the self-serve soup, but stopped myself and left about 1/3. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

On a regular weekday afternoon, there is a line of about 10 people, but the turnover is fast and you can get a seat in less than 10 minutes. Located in an office building, it has a welcoming atmosphere that anyone can enjoy. The staff guide you to your seat without any stress. I don't usually eat tsukemen, but I was drawn to the raw shichimi pepper tsukemen and ordered it. The noodles are thick and cold, making them easy to eat when dipped in the soup. Despite the thickness, the noodles are not heavy, and the soup has a good balance. I added condiments from the table to change the flavor of the noodles, and then added the raw shichimi pepper to the soup. It didn't have a strong punch, but it provided a nice flavor change. I enjoyed it until the last bite.

I revisited a ramen shop located in the basement of a building where a profitable company called Akasaka Intercity air is located. In this area (around Tameike-Sanno), lunch prices are typically around 1,300 yen, so the 680 yen Sharyo ramen is quite a good deal. The taste is pretty average, but for 680 yen, it's satisfying. The noodles were a bit stuck together, but for the price, it's okay. Overall, if you work around here, it's worth a try, but personally, I think I'm good with just this one visit. <strong points> - The price is fair for this area - The flavor is universally appealing <Improvement points> - Forgot the taste after finishing the meal

Today, I had some free time in the evening, so I decided to visit a restaurant I had been wanting to try. However, when I arrived, I found out that the restaurant was temporarily closed at this time. Instead, I remembered that "Sharyo" had recently renovated their "Chinese soba" and thought they might offer it at this location as well. So, I headed to the "Sharyo Akasaka Intercity AIR store" to see if they had it. When I arrived around 4:40 pm, there were 6 customers already seated and 2 customers behind me. I ordered the "Ajitama Ramen" (regular size) for 780 yen using the touch panel ticket machine near the entrance. The ramen arrived shortly after I ordered. The soup looked rich and delicious, just as I had hoped. The hot and slightly thick soup had a strong umami flavor with a hint of pork bone and possibly seafood. It was flavorful and I couldn't help but drink it all up. The straight medium-thick noodles had a good chewy texture and absorbed the soup well. They had a nice wheat flavor and added to the overall enjoyment of the dish. The chashu pork was tender with a light seasoning that complemented the soup. The seasoned egg had a gooey yolk that added a subtle sweetness to the dish. The bamboo shoots were crunchy and well-seasoned, while the chopped green onions provided a refreshing touch. I sprinkled some yuzu powder on the remaining soup towards the end, and it enhanced the flavor beautifully. Overall, the ramen was satisfying with its rich soup and quality noodles. I later found out that the restaurant only serves "ramen" at select locations and does not offer "Chinese soba." I will definitely try the "Chinese soba" at another location in the future. The continuous operation and the delicious ramen made me realize that this restaurant is perfect for regular visits. I look forward to returning when the opportunity arises!

I used to frequent a shop in Kasumigaseki that unfortunately closed down, so I couldn't go there anymore. However, I happened to come across this shop while searching and decided to visit. It brought back nostalgic memories from my time in Kasumigaseki. The shop is small but the food is consistently delicious. I would like to visit again. I apologize for the inconvenience, but just as I was enjoying my meal earlier, a staff member came to clean up after the person sitting next to me left, and they kicked the chair with their foot, causing a loud noise when they put it away under the table. It was a bit disappointing. I think it would be good for someone to provide guidance to the staff members.

I went to Sharyo Akasaka Intercity AIR, a branch of Rokurinsha, as my second choice after finding out that the original plan to have Morioka reimen at Akasaka Mitsuke was closed on Saturdays and Mondays, with lunch breaks on Wednesdays. I ordered the summer limited edition cold Chinese noodles for 650 yen with extra noodles for 100 yen. The refreshing special broth was similar to the cold ramen from Yamagata, but using thick noodles typically found in tsukemen. This original cold noodles from Sharyo had a unique twist. I sprinkled some coarsely ground plum from the condiments on the counter, giving it a refreshing plum flavor. I drizzled some vinegar for added acidity and enjoyed the dish with a refreshing cold broth poured over the noodles after finishing them. It was a perfect way to cool down on a hot day.

On a sunny afternoon out, I was on a reconnaissance mission for some noodles as I hadn't eaten anything since morning due to a physical examination. I decided to check out the basement of the building I had visited before, and luckily found a place that was open. The other places had already finished lunch service and were closed. I ordered a cold noodles with chashu and seasoned egg toppings. The bowl arrived with the toppings neatly arranged on a tray. The cold noodles had a flavorful fish broth with a hint of acidity, giving it a refreshing taste. The thick noodles were cooked perfectly firm, providing a satisfying chew. The seasoned egg and chashu were delicious, and there were various condiments available for flavor customization. I ended up finishing the soup completely. Overall, it was a great dining experience.
