The office district restaurant is always busy but never full, so you can always find a seat. There are many salarymen, and the black sugar latte is not too sweet. The soy meat dish tastes like real meat, but the soy itself is delicious. The bald waiter is friendly and I like him.

I left the ramen shop and when I arrived at the main street, I saw a bright store. It was crowded when I entered. The store was small during weekday lunch hours. I found a seat and went to the counter. There was a sandwich available. It was my first time trying it at Doutor. I quickly made my purchase for takeaway, and also bought a sakura dorayaki. It was a pleasant store to be in.

(Visited in early January 2023) Taking a break after lunch on a weekday. Visited this Doutor near Higashi-Nihonbashi Station. Visited at 12:40, and it was quite crowded at this time. Managed to find a seat. Ordered my usual Cafe Latte, small size for 340 yen. Same taste as always. Took about 15 minutes to relax. The store is quite old, with chairs showing signs of wear and tear... needs some fixing (laughs).

I enjoy having a post-meal iced coffee at Doutor where the infantry are lined up. It's a stable, almost routine pattern. It's Sunday lunchtime and the place is empty, so I'm here working on my laptop like a workaholic. Even so, the iced coffee here is so delicious compared to what I have at the office or at home.

During my walk, I needed to use the restroom and luckily found a Doutor cafe nearby. I love Doutor coffee because it's delicious for the price, and their morning sets are a favorite of mine. I often buy them on my way to work. If I drink several cups a day, it's important that it's delicious and affordable, and their snacks are tasty too. I always end up buying something because it's so delicious (laughs).

I had a meeting in the morning when I had high productivity recently, so I decided to visit this cafe. I was craving sugar, so I ordered a sweet cappuccino. It was sweeter than I expected, but delicious. The cafe has a window-side seating area where you can relax while enjoying the view outside, so I recommend it.

Cafes are great for focusing on reading. I stopped by after an investment seminar because I had a lot to do. I finished my work quickly and then relaxed with a book. I ordered an iced milk tea. It was cold outside, but it was still enjoyable.

On the way back after finishing my errands, I felt like having a coffee and decided to stop by a coffee shop near the Toei Asakusa Line Higashi-Nihonbashi Station on Kiyosugi Street. The shop was quite crowded, so I opted for a takeout. It was drizzling outside, making it cool, and I purchased a medium-sized iced coffee. I took a sip of the iced coffee with gum syrup and coffee cream added. The coffee had a strong and rich flavor, which was very delicious. It was a refreshing and satisfying iced coffee with a clean aftertaste.

There is a Doutor coffee shop right by the B3 exit of Higashi Nihonbashi Station. They open at 7 am on weekdays and 8 am on weekends. There are 48 non-smoking seats and 14 smoking seats available. It's a bright and white Doutor with power outlets. I had the morning set B (390 yen) on a weekday morning. The staff, three young men, were efficient. Surprisingly, there were more female customers than usual for a Doutor. The morning cafe set at Doutor usually includes the A set with ham and egg salad and the C set with a German dog, while the B set is a limited-time menu. On this day, the B set was a hot ham and cheese toast. It was a crispy toast with melted cheese, ham, baby leaf, watercress, tomato, and ketchup. The ham and cheese toast was delicious and crispy. I really enjoy Doutor's morning cafe set.

I stopped by for a coffee break during work. The Doutor coffee shop is located near many train stations, but I particularly like the one in front of Higashi-Nihonbashi Station because the store is always clean and the staff are very friendly. Of course, the coffee at Doutor is consistently good in taste and price.

The Doutor here is always crowded, with lines forming in the morning and lunch, and the counter seats are always full during cafe time. I love Doutor, so I visit various branches, but this one has a refreshing atmosphere and the staff provide excellent customer service. Due to its location, there are many foreign tourists, but they handle English well and are very friendly. The morning cafe set B with ham, cheese, and iced coffee for ¥390 is not as good as my favorite croque monsieur, but the soft and gentle hot sandwich was a nice change for someone like me who usually prefers Japanese breakfast. It was a refreshing morning.

Located right above Higashi-Nihonbashi Station is a Doutor Coffee. What's interesting about this store is that there is always a line forming from early in the morning, even before the store opens at 7 am. Despite the limited number of dining options in this area, the reason for the line forming was a mystery. Visiting during the day, the store was almost full, but it was just a regular Doutor with the same coffee taste. Perhaps it's the pleasant atmosphere that attracts people. Doutor used to be a smoky "smoking area" in the past, but now with the non-smoking policy and clean interior, it has become a bright and welcoming space. This area is an office district with many cafes, but in this narrow area right above Higashi-Nihonbashi Station, it may be the most conducive environment for work.

I ordered a cream puff but they didn't have it, so I got an iced chestnut latte and a milk crepe instead.
