Limited to autumn, the morning version of the Moon-Viewing Burger, the Moon-Viewing Muffin, is here! It truly feels like a long-standing tradition, and through experiences like this, you can really feel the changing of the seasons. Personally, I love the Hash Browns, which are always delicious. Thank you for the meal!

Once, I enjoyed a moon-viewing burger in Nara and Osaka. This year, I decided to try the moon-viewing burger in Tsukishima, which is said to be named after a famous moon-viewing spot. Despite the opening of a new McDonald's in the neighboring station of Kachidoki, the McDonald's in Tsukishima remains popular, attracting customers without having to go to Monja Street. As the mornings become cooler, I savored the moon-viewing burger, feeling the end of summer and the arrival of autumn. This review was posted on a blog. (Article URL: http://blog.livedoor.jp/steebe247/archives/52290551.html) The video from 0:37 onwards explains the history of Tsukishima since its establishment in 1892. It's surprising that it only became known for Monja Street in the Heisei era, making it a relatively new part of its history.

I went to try the Hawaii-Style Burger featured in a TV commercial, but I was disappointed. The taste was not Hawaiian at all, and the portion was quite small. It was more like a Korean Cajun flavor. Well, campaign burgers like this are often disappointing, right?

I didn't expect to revisit this place after 35 months, but I came up for a coffee after a meal. I ordered a hot coffee at the counter and then went upstairs to sit. I sat at the counter by the window, and due to the dark night, the city center in Chuo Ward felt lonely. At times like this, a hot coffee warms you up and feels soothing. This is a chain burger shop located above Tsukishima Station on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line, with a large number of seats available on the upper floor.

Platto, today's morning walk around Tsukishima Station. Exit 7 of Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line Tsukishima Station and turn right to find Nishi-Nakadori (Tsukishima Monja Street). Make a U-turn on Nishi-Nakadori and walk towards Tsukishima Island. You will find McDonald's Tsukishima Station Front Store on your right. I entered the store at 7:35 am on a weekday. There are two counters in the store. Since there were no other customers, a male staff member greeted me and I checked the menu at the counter. The menu includes various breakfast items, burgers, side dishes, and value sets. I decided to order the Sausage Muffin combo with an iced coffee. I received my order at the counter and moved to the seating area on the second floor. The Sausage Muffin had a slightly dry English muffin but the salty and spicy sausage patty with melted cheese was delicious. The iced coffee complemented the meal well. I finished my breakfast and left the store satisfied. It was a quick and enjoyable breakfast at McDonald's Tsukishima Station Front Store.

I visited for lunch on a regular day. It was lunchtime but there were some empty seats, so I was able to sit down easily. This time, I chose the seasonal limited edition "Cheese Teritama Set (Potato) for 690 yen". It tasted just as good as last year, giving me a feeling of "this season has come again".

I tried the new menu items at Samurai Mac, the Smoked-style Mayo Triple Bacon Thick Beef and the Spicy Double Thick Beef, at McDonald's Tsukishima Station store for takeout. I generally like the Samurai Mac, but this time the Spicy Double was also good with the sweet and spicy sauce matching well with the patty and buns, providing a satisfying volume. The Triple Bacon had a generous amount of bacon and tasted great. I recently learned a technique for enjoying crispy potato texture when taking out, by opening the bag and taking it home, but it's quite difficult...

This is a McDonald's near Tsukishima Station. The store is located at the end of Monja Street on a corner lot. It has a standard structure with the first floor having the counter and a few counter seats, and the second floor having customer seating. The counter seats facing the windows on the second floor give a bright impression. Also, acrylic boards are installed on the large tables. Despite being in a central location, it is in a residential area, so it is not too crowded during weekday lunch times, making it an easy-to-use store. I tried the Grilled Soy Sauce-style Bacon Tomato Thick Beef Set (790 yen). This is one of the new products, the Samurai Mac series. It is a balanced type of Samurai Mac with tomato, lettuce, and bacon. Despite being labeled as Grilled Soy Sauce-style, it gives a surprisingly light impression, probably due to the tomato and lettuce. The Samurai Mac aims to be a delicious Japanese-style hamburger with its combination of meat and grilled soy sauce, but this one has a high-end finish with a well-balanced taste. The two types of Samurai Mac are priced the same, but in terms of taste, the Grilled Soy Sauce-style Double Thick Beef is more delicious, while in terms of nutritional balance, the Grilled Soy Sauce-style Bacon Tomato Thick Beef is superior. When dining on the second floor, many people were asking the staff for ketchup, as I also found the fries lacking in salt. I chose the Vegetable Life 100 for my drink, which is a vegetable juice with added fruit juice. McDonald's is known for its low prices and good cost performance, but it is also venturing into the higher price range, and it will be interesting to see their future developments. I look forward to seeing if new menus will be introduced following the Samurai Mac, and I am excited for what's to come.

The deadline for shareholder benefits is approaching, so I got the most expensive menu item, the Grand Clubhouse, from McDonald's Tsukishima Station store for takeout. I was tempted by the Tonkatsu Teritama, but ultimately went with the popular Grand Clubhouse. It's pretty tasty for an occasional treat. My kids seem to prefer the Teriyaki options, so they had the Teritama.

I tried to challenge the Mega Big Mac as a new menu item, but it seems that it cannot be purchased with shareholder benefits, so I settled for the Grand Big Mac at the McDonald's Tsukishima Station front store. The patty was indeed large and satisfying, with the classic Big Mac flavor. I wonder how much more it would be with two additional patties in the Giga Big Mac?

I tried the new thick hamburger menu at McDonald's Tsukishima Ekimae store and got the Zan Atsu! Double Cheese and Atsu! Teriyaki set for takeout. The Zan Atsu! Double Cheese was a bit messy with the buns and patty not aligned properly. It would be better if they were more careful when assembling it. As for the Atsu! Teriyaki, I bought two, and one had no bottom bun while the other had two bottom buns, which was quite surprising. Overall, this store is fast in their operation but a bit disappointing.

This is a hamburger chain restaurant located above Tsukishima Station on the Yurakucho Line of the Tokyo Metro. They have recently started a TV commercial saying that it's okay to order just coffee, making it more convenient for customers. They are also offering a size-up service. However, when ordering iced coffee, they refuse to allow a size-up. The author, a discerning drinker, decides based on whether they can get a size-up rather than whether it's hot or iced. So they ended up ordering a hot coffee instead, going upstairs to enjoy it. Upon opening the cup, they found it filled with plenty of coffee, making them glad they opted for the size-up. The taste was also good, even though it had been a while since they had a hot coffee.

McDonald's is also promoting curry menus in the summer of 2019. They may be trying to compete with MOS Burger, which is holding a curry fair, or they may just be aware that there is a growing demand for curry in general. There are two curry menus: Mild Curry Chicken and Chicken Nugget with Fruit Curry Sauce. The Fruit Curry Sauce has been available before, and it has a fruity sweetness with a nice curry flavor. The Mild Curry Chicken is based on this Fruit Curry Sauce but has added onions and other touches, making it even better. The addition of mayonnaise also changes the impression. The balance with the fried chicken is good, and it might be the best curry burger McDonald's has had so far. It would have been even better if it wasn't just chicken, but you can always eat them separately. This summer, this is a curry burger that I might come back for.

Premium Roast Iced Coffee for 150 yen can be purchased for 120 yen with a coupon. The "Premium Roast Iced Coffee" is known for its deep richness and a refreshing finish with a smooth aftertaste, making it easy to drink. By blending beans from Guatemala, the aroma has become even more vibrant. From the moment you take a sip, to the last drop, the pleasant flavor lingers. All of this for just 120 yen. Amazing, isn't it? I will definitely have it again.

After having monjayaki, I wanted to have dessert and visited "McDonald's Tsukishima Ekimae Store" for the first time. Since the dessert at the teppanyaki restaurant wasn't appealing, I ended up at McDonald's. I had the Caramel Melts for 320 yen each and the Cinnamon Melts for 290 yen each. I tried the Cinnamon Melts and they were delicious!

Moon Island is an area that I rarely visit. When you think of Moon Island, you think of Monja, and when you think of Monja, you think of Moon Island. So, I wondered if there was a place for Monja lunch. When I searched on Tabelog, there was one, just as I suspected! However, since I couldn't predict the time from entering to leaving, I sadly gave up and went to McDonald's near the station. I bought my food at the counter on the first floor and sat at the counter seats by the window on the second floor. The view outside was not particularly great, but the Chicken Crisp was delicious. I enjoyed it with a hot coffee.

I visited McDonald's after a long time. I used to buy nuggets as a gift, but it's been a while since I ate there myself. The place was quite crowded, but I decided to dine in. I ordered a Big Mac, Teriyaki Burger, Nuggets, Coke, and fries - the classics. What I felt was more nostalgia than cost-effectiveness. I'd like to visit again.

This is a McDonald's located right by the 7th exit of Tsukishima Station. There are many tables on the second floor. Acrylic boards are placed between the tables for COVID-19 prevention measures. Each table also has an outlet, making it a great spot for doing some work.
