Visited the chain restaurant with a 30% PayPay discount offer. They have about 10 stores in the Kanto region. The lunch sushi set of 10 pieces is priced at 1,000 yen (including tax), which is a good deal. However, the quality of the sushi is... average. It's not particularly delicious, but considering it's about 100 yen per piece, I guess it's okay in terms of cost. The salmon felt a bit dry.

I visited this restaurant for lunch on a regular day. I sat at the beautiful counter on the first floor and ordered the omakase sushi set for 1000 yen. As I watched the sushi chef skillfully prepare the sushi, my heart began to flutter. Despite only having lunch and sushi menus available, I struggled and ended up ordering a bottle of beer. The large plate that came out over the counter included ten pieces of sushi, tamagoyaki, and a soup. It was a great deal. The amount of rice was just right, allowing the flavor of the toppings to shine. Everything was delicious, but the ikura's popping texture and the thickness of the shrimp stood out. I was very satisfied, and the total bill came to 1770 yen. I look forward to visiting again for dinner next time.

The cost performance of around 8500 yen per person is very good. Everything is well balanced - the size of the sushi rice, the texture, and the temperature are just to my liking. At this price, being able to enjoy satisfying sushi and drinks is wonderful. The chef is also friendly, and the elegant atmosphere of the restaurant doesn't feel like a chain store. I still have half a bottle left, so I will definitely visit again soon.

I went to a casual sushi restaurant in the neighborhood (^^) It was my first time there, but the friendly master and mistress welcomed me. Before heading to the nigiri, I had a little appetizer. The marinated shellfish with myoga was very good with a nice accent. Grilled surf clam - this was just fantastic. The delicious broth was overflowing. In the middle, I had squid and flatfish sashimi. Young ayu tempura and asparagus tempura - they were delicious when eaten with salt. By the time I got here, my stomach was full, so I finished with two pieces of nigiri and a negitoro roll. I will visit again soon (^^)

Before the pandemic, I used to pass by this sushi restaurant a few times and I was always intrigued by their 500 yen bowl deal on Fridays. I kept missing the timing to go, and then they started closing during lunch hours, so I couldn't go for a long time. I kept checking the nearby cold noodle restaurant while wondering about the sushi place. Today, even though it's Friday, I decided to give it a try and it was open. Unfortunately, they weren't offering the Friday special, so I opted for the Chef's choice sushi lunch set for 1000 yen. The restaurant was bright and clean, and I sat at the counter towards the back. The service was a bit slow as there were a lot of orders, but the sushi, including red clam, tender simmered eel, and shiny fish, was delicious. Despite the slightly higher price compared to before, I was satisfied with the quality of the sushi for 1000 yen. They also accept PayPay.

Located about a 10-minute walk from Kinshicho Station North Exit towards Oshiage, facing Skytree, is "Tower View Street". They offer lunch menus such as nigiri, chirashi, anago-don, and crab rice, and I chose the seafood chirashi. There were ten different types of fish, all large and thick, and quite delicious. The scallops were particularly sweet, and the combination of salmon and ikura was rich and tasty. I would like to try the anago-don next time.

I went to a sushi restaurant that I visited about 20 years ago. My wife and I went there for the first time since the new store opened. The interior of the restaurant is clean and well-maintained. The lunch menu has changed, now offering four options. The chef kindly accommodated my wife's request to change the fish from horse mackerel to conger eel, as she doesn't like blue fish. The menu includes a variety of fish such as tuna, scallop, golden eye snapper, shrimp, squid, salmon, sea bream, seared tuna, and sea bass, but the selection may vary depending on the day's ingredients. The chef is very kind and accommodating. It's a sushi restaurant that has been a part of the community for a long time. Thank you for the delicious meal!

I want to eat sushi! My usual rotating sushi restaurant is closed until June. So, I decided to go to Kintarou Zushi in the downtown area, which is known for its well-made sushi at a reasonable price for lunch. I ordered the chef's choice nigiri sushi set (a little over 1000 yen) and it was small but beautifully made. It also came with a large clam miso soup, all for around 1000 yen. I couldn't check the exact names and prices of what I ordered because it had been so long since I last visited a sushi restaurant (oops!). The delicious sushi made me think I should come back for dinner next time!

Located a few minutes' walk from JR Kinshicho Station North Exit, along Tower View Street, is the restaurant "Kintarou Sushi Kinshicho Store". In late June, we had a party of 7 people there in the evening. The restaurant has a total of 36 seats, with counter seats on the 1st floor and private rooms on the 2nd floor. We used a private room on the 2nd floor this time. We opted for the "5000 yen party course with all-you-can-drink" on this day. The course included: Noto-produced mozuku vinegar, Miura-produced edamame, assorted seasonal fish and shellfish, grilled cutlassfish with salt, sea urchin chawanmushi, young ayu tempura, Edo-style nigiri sushi, seaweed miso soup, and Ibaraki-produced watermelon drink. We started with a toast with bottled beer in a glass! For the second drink onwards, everyone ordered their favorite drinks individually. Most people were drinking sours, but I secretly ordered 4 cups of cold sake for myself and managed to have 3 refills without anyone noticing. The dishes were all delicious and the portions were generous, so we were able to enjoy plenty of food and drinks for about 2 hours (just me?). Thank you for the feast.

It came with miso soup, and considering the portion size, it may be a good value for the price. The pricing is fair and it's a good option for a casual lunch sushi.

Went to Kachidoki with a friend for sushi. We went to the famous chain restaurant, Kintarou. It was a Sunday afternoon and there were no customers. We felt a bit uneasy, but we ordered anyway. Surprisingly, it wasn't bad at all! Especially the tuna was very fresh (the color was nice). The taste was good and you could feel the skill of the chefs in the preparation. The restaurant and the chefs were very clean and nice! It would have been perfect if the sushi rice had a bit more vinegar sourness. My friend went back on a weekday and said it was even cheaper. Amazing! Overall, it was a great meal. Thank you! I want to try going on a weekday too!!

I went to Kanataro Sushi in Kinshicho. The atmosphere and the dishes were both great, so it's one of my favorite sushi restaurants. This time, I had a course meal. I learned for the first time that they were the first ones to introduce the "bakudan" dish. It's delicious to wrap the bakudan in roasted seaweed and eat it. Highly recommended! The conger eel chawanmushi was also delicious. It cost 8000 yen with all-you-can-drink. It was delicious, thank you for the meal.

I visited this restaurant for lunch when I went to Asakusa. They offer various options such as sushi and rice bowls. The location is convenient, within walking distance from the Kaminarimon Gate. The restaurant was relatively empty. The food was tasty, nothing extraordinary.

On February 15th, I had sushi lunch at Kintarou Sushi in Kinshicho Tower View Street! It was my first visit to Kintarou Sushi. Every Friday, they have a different rice bowl special for only 500 yen with a miso soup! The menu changes weekly: 1st Friday is "Tekka Don", 2nd Friday is "Bara Chirashi", 3rd Friday is "Seafood Don", and 4th/5th Friday is "Chirashi" limited to 100 servings. When you enter, they ask if you want a regular or large size. Today's menu was only this, I chose the large size for 600 yen. The restaurant has an L-shaped counter where the chef prepares the rice bowls with fresh ingredients, not pre-packaged. The wasabi is freshly grated. The toppings included steamed shrimp, octopus, squid, horse mackerel, yellowtail, tuna, egg, and ikura (the eggs were small, possibly trout roe?). The rice was flavored with yukari vinegar and was delicious. The miso soup had green onions and seaweed. The large size came in a bucket, but the regular size for female customers was served in a cute bowl. They also offer a sushi and drink all-you-can-eat for 90 minutes at night for 4,000 yen, and a special course with drinks for 5,000 yen. It was a high-value meal and very delicious.

I was impressed by the beauty of the sushi assortment - When I was a child, dinner during busy times at our family business always consisted of takeout. Sushi, then soba, then Chinese food in an endless loop. So the original experience of sushi for me was the sushi assortment in a bucket. On this day, there were four of us visiting, so we opted for a private room on the second floor instead of sitting at the counter. The order for two servings of sushi was served in a shared bucket. It had been a while since I had a sushi assortment, and I was reminded of its beauty once again. Even though I should have been used to seeing it since I was a child... Of course, it would be rude to compare the local sushi restaurant to this one, but... While hand-rolled sushi at the counter is nice, occasionally, a sushi chef showcasing their skills with a sushi assortment like this is also great. As for the drinks and appetizers, the sashimi assortment was beautifully decorated just like the sushi assortment. The marinated sweet shrimp that I tried for the first time was delicious. I'm not particularly fond of sweet shrimp, but this was tasty! The naturally sticky texture of the sweet shrimp was further emphasized by marinating it, making it a perfect match for sake, especially Japanese sake. The recommended white fish tempura by the person who guided us here was also excellent. Instead of being mixed together, each piece of tempura was served individually, resembling Italian fritto misto, and this is a dish that I would like to pair with shochu or beer. When I was a student, I lived in Matsudo, where there was also a sushi restaurant with the same name (perhaps a related store? a separate branch?), and I had visited it a few times. It was a night where I could enjoy wonderful sushi and drinks, along with a sense of nostalgia.

The omakase lunch set is 1,000 yen! I passed by during lunchtime and decided to stop by. The omakase nigiri set costs 1,000 yen, but with PayPay payment, you get 20% cashback! So, in reality, it only costs 800 yen. I have nothing but gratitude!

I went to the sushi restaurant Kanetarou Sushi in Kinshicho. We go there once a year as a group. One thing we always look forward to is the pot dish with conger eel and matsutake mushrooms. It's a luxurious combination of summer fish and autumn matsutake mushrooms! However, this year, due to the extreme heat, they decided to change the menu. They served us shredded yam noodles, which was a big hit. The appetizers included conger eel, lean tuna, and medium fatty tuna. The conger eel was served with plum sauce, and the sea bass was thinly sliced with ponzu sauce. The matsutake mushroom soup was a luxurious treat for this season. The deep-fried white fish had the perfect amount of saltiness. Of course, we also enjoyed sushi and other elaborate dishes. It's a sushi restaurant where you can enjoy a variety of recommended dishes. It was a delicious meal!
